Travis, with A Handy Man, LLC, stopped by yesterday to take care of a few home projects. The most important of which was to re-hang a very much out of plumb exterior door so that he could attach weather stripping to the bottom and still close the door. He also hung a piece of artwork above a wall of glass panels and installed a dimmer switch for a chandelier. Travis was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient. Also, it was very easy to schedule with. I did not know Travis nor did he come with a personal recommendation. His website and Google reviews convinced me that he was trustworthy and would do a great job. And he did!

A handy man (Travis) did an exceptional job installing two interior doors in our house for a bargain price. One door was missing and the other door was damaged when we moved in, so we needed to get them replaced and Travis made it very easy and had great flexibility. He allowed for us to purchase and bring the materials to the house which saved us more money too. Overall very happy with his work and would recommend.

Travis did some baseboard installation for us after we replaced flooring in a couple of rooms. He did a great job, and was timely in his communications. We had some curved corners he needed to work around and he took his time to ensure everything turned out nicely. I like to do my own work, but I have just been too busy lately and I needed help. Some friends referred me to Travis and he was perfect. I worry that contractors won’t take the same level of care and attention to detail that I do. Travis’ craftsmanship was outstanding and he was kind and considerate throughout the whole job.Travis was flexible in letting me do some of the work to save money. So if it was some thing that I felt that I could do well, I did it. If it was too much for me, or I was too busy, Travis did it. There were no frustrations or headaches working together and the stress of having to do it all by myself was gone. 10/10. Travis is great.

My toilet was wobbly and tightening the bolts didn’t help. Hmm, something was wrong that had to be addressed. I chose A Handy Man over a plumber and am glad I did. Travis figured out the plastic flange had broken and confirming with his team how to fix it. He came back in 2 days (very fast turnaround time) with a metal flange, nuts and bolts and in no time fixed it.Travis is honest and best of all Travis cared that the job was done right and told me to call him if there were any problems. What more could you ask forA Handy Man has my unqualified recommendation for handy man services.

We had to install new smoke detectors in our vaulted ceilings, the garbage disposal wasn’t installed properly so Travis fixed that, and he had to help us fix the trim on our fireplace form it being installed improperly.Would work with Travis again in the future.
