I hired Hoque Building and Improvements to demo my old sunroom and build a dining room. Shawn, the brains behind the entire operation worked with me hand in hand throughout the entire process. He is very detail oriented and regularly checked in with me on updates for the project.The team he brought for the build (framing, floors, siding, paint, electrical, etc) were skilled and you could tell they each knew exactly what they were doing. The guy has connections. From builders to electricians to architects to roofers, he’s the guy you need to call if you’re looking for a general contractor. Nothing but praise to say about his commutation and delivery. Highly recommend.

Shawn was incredible. Detailed craftsmanship. He rebuilt multiple decks and balconies at our house in Evergreen and we could not be more pleased with his work. He was super flexible as the initial job became much larger and finished in the timeframe he gave us. Would recommend him 100% and would hire him for other remodeling jobs in a second.

Incredibly impressed with this work. Shawn and team built a stunning multilevel 1600 sq ft deck for us and I couldnt be happier with the job they did. Their care, craft, expertise, and precision was top-notch. The entire project was dead on level and plumb, and finished absolutely beautifully. And they were all super friendly and great guys.
