    It was a pleasure hiring Joey Wong and Nate with Legacy Plumbing to come out to make some repairs today. They rebuilt the main water shut off box and replaced an expansion tank on my water heater. They took time to explain and educate me when I asked questions, and they gave me the feeling that they really cared about making your residence safe and efficient. You’re in great hands with this company. The piece of mind they give you by setting you up for success is priceless. Btw they’re honorable. Some of the digging labor did not take as long as they thought so we agreed to knock $200 off the price at the end. We’re all human and they forgot. No big deal👍 I was satisfied with the extra work Joey put into the job today that I was going to let it go, but he remembered after I paid and they issued me a refund. They want to make sure they remain fair and transparent. Thank you 🙏

    UPDATE: Spoke with Canon, Ops Manager at Legacy Plumbing. Outstanding customer support. We worked out a deal to correct some of the miscommunication in pricing and he will be issuing a refund for the difference. All companies should follow this lead. I will continue to recommend and use Legacy Plumbing based on how great their response was to the work provided. Cheers....Philip and Kelby were professional and did great work. I was very satisfied and pleased with the quality of the work. The reason for the low rating is because of the pricing and should have reviewed the invoice closer prior to them leaving and paying for the work. They were here a long time and I felt like they wanted to get out of there, so I didnt review the invoice. I have emailed and texted Philip first before I call the office to see about correcting the pricing and honor a refund for the double billing of a couple repairs. They might have an excuse for the double billing codes, but this shower repair cost is very excessive and ridiculous for the work they did on those areas. I even paid for the Gold plan and I am now regretting this decision. If they dont honor a refund for just the shower areas excessive cost, I will NOT be using their services again. As a veteran on a fixed income, I feel that they overcharged me for just the shower work done. All other pricing seemed reasonable. The company should refund the Gold Plan I paid for too. I thought they would give a larger Veterans discount, but Philip said its capped at only $100. For the thousands I paid for the work, this is practically no discount. If they choose to respond and refund me for some of the pricing, I will consider changing my rating. Until then, I wait for the owner to contact me and take care of me. Lets see how well they treat Veterans and customers. I have hope. James K.

    We had a leak and ponding in Garland that led to us having to turn the water off for 4 days. Legacy plumbing quickly got us on the schedule and had someone to detect and fix the leak. Mike and Ben did a phenomenal job. They were professional, timely, friendly and went above and beyond to repair the problem. Thanks again for getting us back up and running in time for the holidays.     Through a professional group, I found Legacy Plumbing, specifically Wayne, who was my service person. The group consists of women physicians. We are busy and want the best. Wayne is the best. He was the fifth plumber who came to our house to figure out how to get hot water into my kitchen. Needless to say, my husband called all the others before I called Wayne. My problem is fixed, Wayne went through the rest of the house made recommendations and we are now all caught up. I will always ask for him in the future. It is hard to find good skilled service people. You will be happy if you ask for him.

    Highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism Andrew Durham showed from the minute he arrived. He did an exceptional job communicating what actions he was going to take to find the bathroom sink stoppage and then made sure I was aware of the charges before he moved forward. He was able to take care of the problem in one visit for less money than I imagined it would be. I will definitely be using Legacy Plumbing for all our plumbing needs moving forward.     Jeremy and Damon from Legacy Plumbing came to our home to fix a leak in which my yard was saturated. They arrived and introduced themselves, very positive, informative and explained to us what the process will be. After digging and finding the leak, they had us look at the problem and discussed options and heads-up for what could be the worst. Their positive attitude, professionalism, and thorough approach clearly made a big difference in my experience. The connect, approach and engagement was impeccable. They are easy to do business with, very professional and really care about the homeowner and the legacy of the company.     I called Legacy Plumbing this morning about a leaking garbage disposal and was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day. It was a really good experience - from the initial phone call to scheduling and the actual service. I also appreciate that they were very clear about pricing and options upfront. Brandon came to do the work and he did a great job! He explained everything to me, did the work quickly and left the space cleaner than he found it. I would definitely use them again.

    I have used Legacy Plumbing a few times and have always been pleased with every technician that has come out. Wayne and Jacob came to asses 2 toilets that were not working correctly and they were on time, clean, and very professional. Wayne is a wealth of knowledge and figured out each issue with my toilets quickly. He walked me through my options to fix each one. I was very impressed and thankful for both of them. As a mom of 3, I have a lot of things to juggle, and it is so nice to have a dependable plumbing company to work with. I will continue to use Legacy Plumbing for any future needs.

    Willie came in and was so respectful and friendly. I let him know what the issue and concerns were so he started there and then continued to check my other plumbing around the house and even educated me on the water heater.     We found Legacy Plumbing based on online reviews - Legacy had Nathan and Mike come out and check on a slab leak for us.We initially called a different company and they gave me the run around and tried to get me to fix a bunch of things but not the true issue... 500$ later i went to go find a different company and found Legacy plumbing..I am so happy I was able to find these guys..This company is PUNCTUAL, KIND, AND HONEST!!!!!! They were able to determine RIGHT away what the problem was and gave us recommendations.     Jason came to install floodstop device on the water heaters and fix the shower handle faucet. He did an excellent job, and both are working perfectly now.     Jason and Brandon were fantastic. I discovered a backed up tub from my AC unit. I had Jason’s card from previous service and gave him a call. He answered right away and even though it was late in the day, he and Brandon were able to make us their last stop of the day. They diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly. They gave me a thorough explanation which really put my mind at ease. Cannot recommend Legacy Plumbing strongly enough.     I was looking to diagnose/fix/replace my gas water heater, was recommended to Legacy Plumbing from my neighbor. Was pleasantly very surprised when the expectation was met with exceptional service. Mitchell Mosley was very knowledgeable, respectful, professional, on time, and delivered. As a company, they do the little things that make this a five star review instead of a four. They use stainless steel fittings & adapters on the top side, making it a very good installation, where other companies probably would just use copper and plastic pieces. Overall, definitely a five star service.

    Gerald/Brandon did a great job in handling all aspects of an unexpected gas leak. The excavators did a great job of restoring part of a patio that had to be removed in order to replace the gas riser. A lot of work, but it was handled in a timely manner. Thanks Legacy Plumbing!

    We needed a toilet replacement. I called on Monday and they came out Tuesday. When I called to schedule an appt I was given great options for replacement which I appreciated... providing my own toilet or one provided by Legacy. Keeping their customers in mind and costs at a reasonable price. On Tuesday, Nicholas was on time, organized, explained everything every step of the way and set clear expectations for the entire process. We have an old house with lots of plumbing problems and they never let me down, their quote for the gas hot water was the lowest price by a lot and then after the work was done the plumber lowered the price another 300 because it was less work than he anticpated all the plumbers and office staff are super nice and explain everything well

    We love plumber Jason Lickfeldt! I would have him work on my house anytime with complete confidence! A lovely person :)Jason came to repair a leaking frost-free outdoor faucet. Our home was built in 1989 and did not have the plumbing setup of today’s houses. He needed to remove bricks to access the old copper piping that was originally welded together in order to create a junction that would allow the modern replacement faucet unit to screw in. Jason was friendly, kind and earnest as he fully explained to us what was required for him to do a complete repair. His work on restoring the bricks was top notch. He even carefully took my iPhone and made pictures for me during the process so I did not have to crouch down and peer into the hole(!)

    Hubert did a great job diagnosing and fixing the plugged toilet caused by a nail cleaner and toothpaste that that was dropped into the toilet by our grandson. The camera found them stuck in the drain pipe below the toilet and he managed to push them down into the main city drain. I highly recommend using Legacy Plumbing.

    Once again, another stellar experience dealing with Legacy Plumbing---with a particular shout-out for plumber Joey Wong-Vermillion. Joeys professionalism and concern---and his ability to keep us in the loop through each step of the process (a sewer repair)---was something that isnt seen too often any business these days.     Legacy Plumbing exceeded my expectations! I had researched who to go with and end up selecting Legacy Plumbing. I had a slab leak and Tyler H and Josh B came out, diagnosed exactly where the issue was and fixed it. Tylers workmanship, skills and dedication to doing all that is needed to make sure that its done correctly is unsurpassed. I felt rest assured knowing that I had selected the right company! I was in the best of hands! Not only did Tyler do an amazing job, but what blew me away is that everything that he did instead of repairing things restoring them to the way they currently are, but instead he actually improved upon the current configuration.     I’ve used Legacy multiple times and have always had a great experience! Henry Nichol recently came over and what I thought was a major plumbing issue turned out to be an irrigation issue. Instead of charging me a bunch of money digging around for the problem, he stopped the leak from happening further and recommended we find an irrigation company.     Wayne, Josh, Joey W. and Sara with Legacy Plumbing changed our nightmare into a dream come true.We bought our 93-year-old house in Denton two years ago knowing that it had some neglect issues, but we had no idea how bad the plumbing was.The water heater had been replaced in 2019. Im not a plumber, but I could see it did not look right.I called three local plumbers. Two actually showed up. They were in my house for about five minutes, did not even bother to look in the crawl space to see the condition or location of the water lines, gas lines and drain lines. Not even a ball park quote was offered, just a lot head shaking, eye rolling, comments of Thats a lot of work! and it’s a complicated job, expensive proprietary parts, and they Had to run the water pipes through the attic and down the walls. After a few days I called the first guy to find out if he had an estimate yet. He gave the quote over the phone. The second guy sent me an email several days later. The prices these guys quoted were too high for us to start, but the lack of professionalism, and follow up was the deal breaker for me. What some people try to pass off as “professional” standards today is shocking at best and deadly at worst.About a week later I remembered calling Legacy Plumbing for some advice before we moved to Denton. I was very surprised, as promised, I got a return call after working hours from one of their technicians. Amazing attitude, cheerful, patient and professional. I called them the next day.Talking with Sara, it became clear, this was going to be a more pleasant experience than the last two.She was very patient and listened. She decided the boss, Theron, should be consulted. Theron called me later the same day.Wayne and Joey W. arrived promptly. They were patient, very professional, had positive attitudes, always respectful and were very thorough in assessing the issues. It was obvious Wayne had been doing this for decades. As Wayne assessed the situation in the house Joey took notes. Joey went into the crawl space to recon the gas, water, drain and sewer lines. He took photos of everything he found. The drain lines from the water heater dumped right under the floor and there was a six-foot open crack in the top of the cast iron sewer pipe under the gas stove in the kitchen. Only after they had all laid eyes on all the parts of the system, (Not just what was above ground) did Wayne form an action plan and prepared an estimate for the work. He explained what needed to be done, how it would be accomplished and the timeline.He said the work was not as nearly as intense, complicated, or requiring expensive proprietary parts as I had been told. He told me he would not even consider running the water lines through the attic in this house. The estimate was a fraction of what I had been given by the other two guys.Then it hit me. This wasn’t just about money or a paycheck. They worked with the City of Frisco to locate our hidden clear out lines and to isolate where the blockage was. Then they reset one of our toilets, after the City of Frisco cleared the blockage.     I dont post a lot of reviews, but I believe excellent work should be commended. We had a pretty large leak in our front yard. I called Legacy plumbing up and I was able to make a same day appointment. They sent Jason Lickfeldt out and we are so glad they did. He was so curteous and professional and really took the time to educate us on the issue. It was easy once he explained it to understand exactly what happened that caused our leak. He then worked tirelessly to correct it and i know it wasnt easy since it was 100 degrees and deep in the ground. I have confidence that the issue is corrected for good and will absolutely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs as well as recommending them to neighbors.

    Extremely pleased with the excellent service provided us yesterday by Mike and Dylan of Legacy Plumbing! We had 3-4 minor issues that needed repair, and everything was done with perfection.     Update 8/5/2021After Mike reset one of my toilets last year, I had him back last week to do the same on my second toilet. Once again Mike was a true pro! Quick, efficient and thorough. He brought Ahndre with him, and he was just as friendly and impressive. They even reinstalled the shut-off valve at a much more convenient and accessible location and angle. Its that attention to care and detail that keeps me going back to Legacy Plumbing.Then I had Mike back today for a bigger job: rebuilding the water box in my flowerbed. This time Mike brought Tyler, who partnered with Mike to do impressive work.My house is 40 years old and the valve in the water box was buried in a few feet of dirt: I couldnt dig far enough to find it.They did a spectacular job rebuilding it. The valve is now just a couple inches under the lid, and filled neatly with gravel (pic attached).------6/19/2020Mike was early, friendly, professional and communicative. He worked quickly but explained everything he was doing in laymans terms to me.     Had Legacy detect and address a hot water slab leak that had no inside or outside evidence until a day before they fixed the leak. Chose to re-route the pipe with PEX versus tunneling under the slab. The team Legacy sent did excellent job with minimal damage to drywall areas to resolve issue. Cuts were done neat and easy to replace/repair drywall impacted. All areas were clean when they left. Both techs were good at explaining their findings and what they were doing to fix the problem. Once to replace both my water heaters and again to follow up on another plumber my home warranty company sent to my house for a clogged kitchen sink.     I am so glad that I found Legacy Plumbing. I called the office explaining my problem and in few minutes, I got a call from Theron , who explained to me the next steps and pricing model. I was so impressed with Tylers accurate diagnosis of the issue.
