    I called them once, to see if a sewer pump needed maintenance. They could have told me this would need be checked every 90 days and charge $100+ every time and I would be non e the wiser. Instead they gave an honest response saying nothing needed to be done just charged for the drive there. Kudos to their honesty

    Jennings was a referral by Realtor Cody Farris. I can always count on Codys referrals.My call was answered at what most would consider, closing time. I was assured my issues would be handled just before our Artic weather arrived in North Texas. The technician were very friendly and kept us informed of what they were doing. In just a couple hrs, we were going to have hot water again.Thanks Jennings, we have a new plumber!!!

    I reached out to Jennings Plumbing through a referral who highly recommended them. I had a leak in my kitchen that needed to be looked at. Timothy arrived on time and was very professional. I appreciated how he answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop of the services he was providing. He was upfront with the pricing (if work needed to be done), and detailed how much it would first at every step of the detection of the leak. Thankfully, the leak was coming from the appliance, so no extensive work needed to be performed. I was very happy about that, but was somewhat surprised at the final bill. I do appreciate the work and the detection of the problem, but the cost of labor for less than a hours work caught me off guard. It will not stop me from recommending Jennings or using them again in the future as I was satisfied with the professionalism and transparency throughout the process. When I use them going forward Ill remember the saying of you pay for what you get I guess.

    Had a great experience with Jennings plumbing.We needed a gas line installed and they did the job for us on a limited notice and budget.Was happy with the price and work done. The guys were very professional and were quick and very transparent throughout the whole process.

    This was my first time using this company. I used contacted them via text. They responded via text within 2 hours and had a time available for the repair to take place. Once that was done, I was told that the technician would call me 30 minutes before his visit (which he did). The technician showed with in the time frame I was given the day before. He, Sean, was very professional and fixed my issue with in a small window of time. I am very pleased with this company and the work done.used again today 1/6/23 - another great experience.

Many plumbers dont do hydro jetting I called numerous companies. I also appreciate their respect and concern.     Amazing experience with this company! Had a water pipe break in the super cold temperatures and Jennings was super responsive when we called them and got a crew out to assist.     Update 2/24/2023 Great service again, quickly diagnosed and capped a leak in bathroom wall for a fair price. Will call back when we do the bathroom renovation. Also fixed clogged drain line cause by AC slime last year.Good plumbing service, helpful in giving advice, and has worked well with our home warrantys service. Completed a unique point of entry water filter replacement in a difficult to access space. Saw project through to the end including an unexpected leak. Stood by their work and left a good impression on us. Will be top of our list to call if needed in the future.

    Great company, great team! We used them last year to repair a tankless water heater and this year with the freeze we had another tankless water heater damaged that they got to replace. With the craziness of the freeze and huge uptick in urgent repairs across the area they did a great job of scheduling and getting repairs done quickly.

Technician (M.E.) called 30 in advance, arrived on time, had friendly professional attitude and knew what he was doing. He listened to what I thought was going on, inspected and diagnosed for himself then had a replacement thermostat on the truck with him. Told me what to expect after replacement and thoughtfully advised me on potential courses of action if more work was required. Terrific service.

I called my Home Warranty company so the selection of plumbing company was out of my hands.I was EXTREMELY impressed with Michael who was there to help.     I suspected our plumbing issue was going to be something simple but 4 bathrooms were affected and since neither my husband or I are professionals, we thought itd be better to call Fidelity, our Home Warranty company. Fidelity sent out 2 gentlemen from Jennings. They showed up on time and both, Michael and Chris were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. While our problem in all 4 bathrooms turned out to be relatively simple, they took care of it quickly and professionally not once making me feel like an idiot for not being able to identify and fix the problem myself.     I needed a toliet unclogged. I called JPS. It was time to replace a toliet. I called JPS. So when I had a major plumbing issue - I called JPS. One half of my home’s sewer lines replaced. The hardest part of getting the job done was getting my finances in order. And praying the rain would ease off. JPS got my home back to better than normal after not having one of my bathrooms for almost 2 months. Not once did I worry about leaving their crew in my open home while I was at work.
