    We bought a house almost a year ago & although it passed the initial inspection weve had several severe issues! Go Pro Plumbing was highly recommended, so I gave them a call & was scheduled & serviced in a very reasonable time!     Charlie is the MAN!!! Its so refreshing to be able to have someone reliable, honest and responsive. My new home closing depended on him being transparent and giving realistic expectations of what I might encounter.After I got my house, he followed up and his findings proved accurate. He came out, was able to locate a big leak quickly and repair it in no time! I dont know much about plumbing, but he was informative, personable and completely trustworthy. Although I thought the issue may be extensive, he relayed and resolved what ended up being a minor simple leak.He was professional and the most reliable plumber Ive ever worked with. Price was more than fair and MUCH better than what I expected!!     Excellent experience. Charlie is a blessing! Had a complicated leak between water line & irrigation & invasive root system. Charlie spent more time that most would trying to solve the issue.     Very happy with my Go Pro Plumbing service. The owner, Charlie, was extremely friendly and very professional. He worked all day until 2am to make sure that the leak was fixed and that I was happy with his work. Charlie also took the time to explain my broken pipe and the process for fixing it, all the way down to the quality material that he was utilizing.     Charlie is captial A Amazing! He and the Go Pro Plumbing team were super responsive to our emergency when our pipes froze and we lost water to our entire house. Charlie was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed in a matter of hours when other plumbers said there was nothing to be done. He walked us through everything he was doing and what to do and what to avoid. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the job that Go Pro did absolutely deserve it.

    This business was above and beyond my expectations. Having plumbing problem for several years Charlie came to our rescue with a diagnosis and a short term solution. When we sold our house it required leveling which destroys the sewer system underneath the slab so we immediately gotCharlie at Go Pro who was able to replumb the entire system via cramped tunnels and did it quick and at a reasonable price. This required a city inspector to sign off on his work. The inspector was so impressed that he went the extra mile to do the the job the best way not just the adequate performance he was used to seeing. All this added up to being able to reassure the new buyer everything was done even better than the city had required. In my many conversations with Charlie he understood completely what we needed whether it was a short term solution or resolving the problem completely and delivers fantastic service every time.

    We are SO GRATEFUL for the excellent service we received. After Winter Storm Uri, we found two rooms in our house flooded.We count ourselves very fortunate that Charlie was able to come out on short notice, find the leak, and set up a workaround to get out water on while we waited for replacement parts. Our water heater was ruined, and our team was relentless in finding a solution for us despite our unit being out of stock nation wide. Charlies quick thinking to get our cold water running until a replacement was available spared us from being completely without water while we waited.Go Pro Plumbing was friendly, honest, and communicated regularly the status of our replacement parts order.     I recently called Go Pro Plumbing after my old hot water heater broke. The technician arrived within the hour and fixed it within an hour. The service was quick and the technician was really friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they replaced the broken parts and cleaned up after themselves. The prices are reasonable, too. I would definitely call them again.

    I recently had Go Pro Plumbing come out and replace the sewer lines on our rental property . The main plumber Charlie did a fantastic job. The house was a disaster to begin with, but he kept things so clean in the yard. He was patient with all my questions throughout the process and would take the time to actually show me what was going on. When the inspector came out, he told me this is one of the guys I’d recommend so hearing that really made me trust Go Pro even more. I highly recommend them to anyone.

    Charlie came out and did an amazing job. I had a leak right up next to my foundation which was very worrisome.     Our water heater started leaking suddenly on a Sunday morning.     From the moment we called Go Pro Plumbing Charlie and his team were on it. We had them inspect our home to determine where the leak stem from and they and they knew exactly what the cause was.     Appreciated their availability on such short notice especially on a Sunday. Charlie came prepared, and taking extra precautions during Covid (mask and gloves) to protect his clients. He did a very thorough check up and also offered recommendations to help keep our plumbing functioning properly, especially as new homeowners, of problems you can run into. Well probably call this company again in the future since the builders for our home likely did not so great work, and were finding new things each year unfortunately. But its good to know we can rely on Go Pro to help us out.

    As first time homeowners we have dealt with a number of different plumbing companies over the years, and Charlie from Go Pro was hands down the best! We had 3 different plumbers come to address a leak, and after a lot of time and money, numerous pricey tests, and water damage we never found out the true issue. We were told by one that even after doing all the different tests that they could not guarantee they could find the source of leak. I couldn’t believe it. Took a friend’s recommendation and so glad I did! Charlie came and managed to find the problem that no one else could. Honest, professional, thorough, and super knowledgeable and helpful! I can’t begin to tell you how grateful we are that we found them!

    UPDATE: I was so pleased with the service, I called him for another issue that just recently plagued us. Now, I will only use GoPro for my plumbing needs. I had this crazy issue and called Charlie to come out and he was fantastic. Water was shooting out the bottom of my toilet and coming up from the tub drain. I was panicking and he totally calmed me down with his professional and knowledgeable demeanor. He repaired the issue, which was a deeper issue involving tree roots, and not only was he pleasant and professional, he was extremely efficient and affordable. GoPro is 10 stars in my book!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Go Pro plumbing was awesome. Charlie will be my go-to plumber from now on.     Shout out to Charlie for his professionalism and hard work!! We had sewage coming up in all the bathrooms. In a matter of minutes he had it drained. He went steps further and checked the outside sewer drain and found roots. He cut enough roots to solve our problems!! So incredibly thankful for him!!     My home is only 4 1/2 years old, and my water heater already broke. I had called several plumbers that were recommended, but they were not able to fix it, or just did not want to mess with the warranty. Most water heaters have at least a 5 or 6 year warranty, which would pay for the replacement parts, but of course, not the labor. Well, Charlie from Go Pro Plumbing came out and handled it like a pro for me. We got the replacement part shipped out from the manufacturer, and he came over on a Saturday (Labor Day weekend), and replaced it for me. This company has amazing customer service. Their prices were very reasonable too. I highly recommend Charlie for all of your plumbing needs.

    Go Pro Plumbing has helped us from a broken main water line to the installation of a new water heater. Charlie always does great work and is meticulous on making sure the work is completed well. Some other people may cut corners, make it easier, but Charlie ensures it is right. For a new water heater, he ensured that the safety valve, clearing for the discharge, and that the unit had enough air inflow and outflow. Cannot recommend Go Pro Plumbing enough.

    We had a leak in our ceiling on the bottom floor that showed up and about the size of a softball. We first called a plumber over to trouble shoot the leak and he was about as useful a screen door in a submarine.After wasting our time and money my wife went straight to Google and found Go Pro Plumbing. We got in touch with Autumn on the first call and had a very detailed conversation with her. This is a family owned business and you can tell by the courtesy they share. She reassured us they can find the leak and take care of it. Autumn was able to schedule a time that worked around our schedule which landed on a Sunday and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole ordeal. Charlie (her husband) came by and was very professional (guy knows his stuff). He even had a thermal scanner to track down the leak in which he did in a timely fashion instead of throwing hundred dollar bills at maybes and what-ifs. The leak was fixed in a matter of 3 hours from start to finish. If you want trust worthy honorable work done with people that really care CALL THEM and speak with Autumn. She was such a delight to work with over the phone and Charlie knows really knows his stuff. Honesty and Integrity like anything else these days are hard to come by and we are thankful to have found them. We will use them going forward for all of our plumbing needs. THANK YOU GO PRO!

    I was really impressed with the plumber with Go Pro Plumbing. We had a leak in our slab that 2 other plumbing companies couldnt find. Chris was able to find it in under an hour. He showed me everything he saw and went over all the options. and he actually recommended the middle option instead of the most expensive and explained why. They do discounts for teachers which my wife is one, so that was great too. They came and fixed our leak and were very careful about my yard, my wife has a special plant in remembrance of her grandfather, they had to move it to get to the leak, and were very careful with it. Chris even talked to a lawn guy on how safely remove it and then put it back. They really went above and beyond for us.

    We called for an emergency pipe water leak. Charlie arrived within 2 hrs from the call. He provided detailed information about the repair. The repair came with a 1 yr warranty. We choose to do the repair and desperately needed the water back on inside the house. The work took a few hours. Thank God for Charlie and his company. We needed Angels and thats what we got. We were already having air conditioning issues prior to a pipe leak.

    If you want a company that goes above and beyond this is the company for you! We bought a house and immediately found out something was wrong when we ran our washer and it flooded our bathroom. We had three other companies come out and they could not find a resolution.     The night before Christmas Eve and not a plumber around. A water main break and water turned off. One last call to Go Pro plumbing and out comes Charlie to rescue my entire family and make sure we had water for the holiday when everyone else said no way. He was there 15 minutes after my call at 11:00PM and worked till 5:30 am. Will not use any other plumber going forward. Helpful and friendly and excellent customer satisfaction as his main goal.     We had a big named plumbing company come out and they couldnt unclog my bathroom, couldnt even figure out what was going on. Just told me that we needed to spend $5k to replace the whole pipe. We called Go Pro for a second opinion and luckily they were able to get out pretty quickly. Charlie is the one that came out, he showed us on a camera what was blocking the lines and then worked all through the night to get it fixed for us. My husband works nights and Im pregnant with our second baby girl, and the last thing I wanted was someone in our house all night. He tried so hard to be quiet going back and forth to his truck and put padding underneath his equipment to help with the sound. So instead of replacing my entire line, he just cut into the wall and the pipe and pulled out this huge crapload of hardened rust stuff. It was gross BUT we have a working bathroom now and it was insanely cheaper than what we were quoted the first time. They helped us so much and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

    We had only been in our new build 3 months when we experienced an unexpected sewer line stoppage. Naturally, it occurred on a Friday night. Called Go Pro Plumbing first thing Saturday morning and was amazed they could get to us on the same day. We were given a window for their ETA and were kept notified about their arrival time. Charlie spoke to us about the problem and gave us an expectation of the cost. It was very hard line to unstop but Charlie kept at it in 104 degree heat until he got us back operational. We liked him because he was very clear on what to expect, very courteous and respectful, and acted like he was taking care of his own parents. It is very clear he has what we would call old fashioned values, which we are drawn to. We selected him, in the first place, due to the great reviews we read. Turns out, what we read was what service we received!

    If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and does top quality work. Look no further! It can be scary hiring someone for what could be a large job. But Charlie is trustworthy, and honest. We have a pretty large leak in our front yard. Charlie was quick to locate exactly where it was coming from and repair it. He even checked to see if there was another just in case.

    This is one of those rare companies, you hope to find and work with, that goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. We had a sudden water heater leak on a holiday weekend no less. The plumber was on time, gave great advise on what was needed, explained all to be done, and they installed a new water heater, and made sure all was up to current code and above the normal standard (it was a huge job, and he worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done). The plumber, Charles, was meticulous, well organized and just did an tremendous job, well above and beyond what I have experienced with other companies. Thank you Go Pro Plumbing, I know who I will be calling going forward for plumbing needs and who I would recommend to anyone needing a plumbing company.

    Charlie came out to help us so quickly when at 9pm our sink and garbage disposal camedisconnected from the pvc pipes. Just happened to be the same day my husband had acl reconstruction surgery and trying to take care of our 6 month old.     I cannot rant and rave enough great things about this company! Autumn and Charlie are amazing to interact and do business with. Autumn is so responsive and delightful to speak to. I called her in a panic and she listened to me (rant like a crazy person) and was very empathic to our situation. Charlie is very knowledgeable and wont just come in and steal your money. He explained everything in great detail and showed us exactly what the issues were. He fixed them in a timely fashion and the problem was immediately solved. When we build our next home he will be installing all of our plumbing, but until then we will continue to use this company for any further plumbing issues we may encounter.
