    We called Faithco to have a gas leak repaired and had them check our water heater too. It was old and not venting correctly so we needed a new one. JR, Justin and William were fantastic. They had the job done in no time and the new one is working perfectly.

    Excellent company! I needed to have a 50 amp circuit put in quickly for my motorhome and Faithco did an amazing job.     I cannot recommend Faithco enough!While remodeling an older home we realized our unit and furnice needed to be replaced. Normally that would be a nightmare to have pop up during remodel.But Stephen made the entire process as easy as can be. He was honest, professional, and truly dedicated to making sure we were taken care of. He offered us multiple options and helped us find the right fit for our family. We are so grateful for his time and effort in ensuring we were happy. He was prompt in returning calls and answering any questions we had. I can say we feel completely at ease and satisfied with how the entire process went.The crew that came out to install was great and did not leave a huge mess behind.     Faithco has shown to be a reliable conpany to deal with. Easy to get someone out for a estimate( Thomas) and the office kept me informed about scheduling. Estimate was better than other two companies by a fair bit. Cant say enough good things about the crew ( Chad & William) that came to our home to do water and gas line work. Showed up on time, did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly and safely. Thanks to these guys, we now have heat after going a month without and I have no doubt we will be trouble free for many years to come. Thanks again Chad & William, well done !

    Kind, respectful of my two dogs needing to go outside every couple of hours during almost a whole day AC repair and rewiring work order, thorough, very communicative! Anthony our tech was awesome! Brooke in the office was kind and helpful as well!     Ivan converted my existing non functional bathroom/laundry room light to a light with a fan and exhaust. Did a great job, worked fast, and the cats loved him (they’re a good judge of character). Faithco also has done plumbing and septic work at my house, and did a great job. Will likely have HVAC out soon as well!

    Repairman was on time, courteous, knew what to do to correct the problem. I would refer this company to family.I have rarely experienced service as fine as this.     Chad was excellent and was helpful at giving me the information to obtain the parts we needed to get replaced. Yes, Faithco does have all of the parts, we just made the selection prior to having the work completed. The parts that I had picked up from Lowes did not have all of the parts in the box as it was not known that the box had already been previously opened.

    Had an unusual loss of a single electrical circut (that included our refrigerator). We were blessed with good timing as the Faithco tech was just finishing another job nearby and was here in 45 minutes. It proved a head scratcher as it took 3 techs, 2 days to diagnose and repair. Three great guys who persisted until fully repaired. All three were totally respectful of us and our property. They repaired our underpinning where they had to make entry and helped to empty and move the refrigerator and then put it all back once repaired. They left everything in a clean and orderly fashion. Conveying our appreciation and respect to Jordan, Bobby and Aaron... and to the entire Faithco team.

    Issac was here ahead of time. He listened to my input and was able to quickly find the problem. He was extremely polite and courteous, letting me know what it would cost upfront.     Justin Mitchell is the man. I called at 7:00am due to a cracked water heater. He was at my house by 7:25 to assess the situation. He quickly identified the problem and gave me an easy quote to fix and bring my house up to code.     FaithCo is a fantastic company. Their servicemen were on time and their work was high quality. My favorite part though was their clean up. They were neat and tidy and left the area spotless! I really appreciated that I didn’t have to clean up when they left. :)
