    J.R was very knowledgeable about the issues with my homes plumbing from 1983. He was able remove the old and install a bathroom vanity that out classed the rest of the house.Also, J.R. fix issues with the pipes in the kitchen and laundry area.     I called Daniels Plumbing Pro LLC about a possible leak in the line on my property. He advise me he could come out the next morning. He arrived on time and had the job finished within a hour and a half. Him and his coworker were fast, knowledgeable, affordable, and kind! so if you ever need a plumber, I would definitely recommend. I hope that I don’t need him, but if I do, I would choose him again!!!

    We are very pleased working with JR and his company with our detached garage build. His work ethic is very organized and he takes care of the site he is working on. He did excellent work roughing in the plumbing and prepped the sight appropriately for concrete. He is great at communicating and very knowledgeable about his work. He is very thorough with explaining what he plans to do, how he is going to complete the work and provides any alternative solutions that may benefit the project in the end. I highly recommend JR for any plumbing project.

    JR with Daniels Plumbing Pro was my life saver! I can’t thank him enough for all the plumbing work he did in my house.     I 1000% recommend Daniel’s Plumbing Pro. My mother is older and recently fell ill. I traveled to Hawkins, Texas and discovered several plumbing issues. A neighbor recommend Daniel’s Plumbing so I reached out late at night via text thinking he would respond the next day. Well to my surprise he responded via text immediately and talked me through a plumbing emergency at 11pm!!! The next day he came and resolved the issue. I was so shocked to find someone so genuine and fair with their pricing. I have already booked him for additional work at my mom’s house and highly recommend him if you need a plumber.In 2024 it’s so hard to find good help but I’m thankful I did.     This is the Best Plumbing Company that Ive ever Dealt with. JR is an Awesome Plumber. He kept me informed through the entire process and let me know what was to come before hand. In todays world there are a lot of Scam Artists that like to Price Gouge the Customer and add extra stuff to their Invoices that isnt necessary when it comes to Tools and Labor. Im a Major Critic believe Me and I have a Hard time Trusting Anyone. So dont choose the other Plumbing Companies that are close by or down the Road or you might end up regretting it later.     So thankful for Daniels Plumbing! I had JR come out yesterday for a bid on a leaky shower, but in doing so he noticed that a previous company did not replace the exhaust pipe on my hot water heater and it had been leaking carbon monoxide in my house, next to my bedroom for the last year or more!!! JR prioritized getting that pipe replaced in no time! I’m very appreciative of him and getting my house fixed and safe again.

    This is my second time to use Daniels Plumbing Pro. The first time he installed a lift station for my aerobic system in Lindale, TX. The second time he installed two new sinks, a new water heater, and a new toilet in my commercial building in Tyler, TX. JR does great work and his prices are excellent.     I had a lot of issues from commode to shower to kitchen sink and he was able to do them all in one day AND for less than his quote. Worth every penny and professionally done.     Giving a hat tip to Daniels Plumbing for excellent and efficient service.I determined that past Saturday that my hot water heater was giving strong signals that it was on its last leg. I reached out to J.R. Daniels, owner and operating of Daniels Plumbing pro. For almost an hour on the phone, he walked me through some trouble shooting measures but ultimately I made the decision that this was merely going to be a stop-gap solution. J.R. then walked me through gathering information that would make replacing the hot water heater more efficient. Monday morning J.R. and his assistant arrived around 0900 with all needed equipment and was finished before 1200. For transparency sake, I have known J.R. for a 5 or 6 years now. He has been a plumber for all those years but has been helping other business owners grow their business. He is now running his own company. I encourage those in the ETX area, in and around Smith County to reach out to Daniels Plumbing pro for your plumbing service needs.

    J.R. Came out, discovered the problem in less than 10 minutes and had me fixed up in less than a hour! He was VERY knowledgeable and walked me through the problems. He was also able to explain to me how things worked with my septic system and what to do if I were to have any plumbing emergencies.He was very respectful and he was very nice!J.R. Showed up in the appointment time, called the day before to confirm times, and called the day-of to let me know his ETA.I HIGHLY recommend J.R.!

    I give Daniel Plumbing Pro a Five star rating he is the best. We had a busted pipe from the cold weather. I was able to turn the water off at the meter and the next morning he was out to fix it.     I think I found my forever plumber. Called this business and they responded quickly. They took care of the job I needed them to do and explained the process on how it needed to be done. I was quoted a very reasonable price for all the work to be done. After it was finished everything was cleaned up just like they were never there. Also a 1 year warranty was given if there was a problem later on. I will always use Daniels Plumbing.

    We decided to add propane to our fireplace and install propane fire logs Daniels plumbing, came out and ran to the gas to the fireplace and to my propane tank. He installed the gas logs and tested and also replaced a stem in my master bath lavatory faucet. He also did work at my brothers house, which is Mark Harrell had a stopped up sewer drain and he was out there the same day to get him cleared and flowing properly. I recommend Daniels plumbing to anybody that needs any plumbing needs.

    Daniels Plumb Pro LLC did a great job of diagnosing problems I was having with my old tankless gas water heater. J.R. Was able to get it back in service that same day and will be replacing it with a newer and better unit in the coming week. If you want a very knowledgeable and professional master plumber I would highly recommend Daniels Plumbing Pro LLC.J.R. Came back the day after New Year’s Day with a new Navien indoor tankless hot water heater. Wow!! What a great job he did removing my old outdoor wall mounted tankless water heater and replacing it with the new Navien indoors in my attic. Now, no longer do I have to worry about my hot water freezing up or going out anytime soon. These new Navien hot water heaters are so much better than the one that was installed when we built our house 7 years ago and I know this one is installed correctly and with a great warranty.     Noticed a leak on my outside faucet from the joint where the pvc supply to the faucet itself was attached. We’ve called J.R. number one, because we’ve known him for years and number two, he’s reliable and does quality work. He arrived right when he said he would. A very important trait to me because he’s not taking my time for granted and he’s a man of his word. I asked for a modification to the faucet so the same situation would not happen again and of course not an issue for J. R.
