Have used James and his company on more than one occasion. They do excellent work and were on time. I would highly recommend this company, and their approach in repairing the plumbing issues you may have.

To put this review into full context, I need to start from the beginning.First off, I was having trouble with my hot water heater, so I called a plumbing company I had used in the past. Their assesment was that I needed a new water heater, which I was severely over-charged for. A few months later, this same water heater started making a loud knocking sound. So, I assumed whatever was going on would be covered under a warranty. This other company came out and gave me their new assesment of the situation and wanted to charge me over $1000 for the repairs. It was at that point I found James and Dixie Plumbing. He, diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone and came and fixed it for a much more reasonable price.(He also looked at a few other small issues we had while he was here)His work was great, as was his communication and promtness. If I ever have need of a plumber again, I will be calling this company. I highly recommend anyone in the area to give Dixie Plumbing a call.- Rex

I am beyond pleased with Dixie Plumbing! We actually had to call them to our house for two separate reasons this week, first to replace our hot water heater, and second because we had a clogged line in our AC line. Service was fast and efficient and they were on time on both service calls. He actually figured out what the problem was with our A/C lines after weve had continuous problems with it clogging for four years and nobody was able to figure it out! James and his helper were very nice and friendly and service fees were more than fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Hands-down would recommend this company! They were professional, and got the work done quickly. We went through our home warranty and have a call within 24 hours with Dixie plumbing to take care of the issue. If we have any other plumbing problems I will be using them again.

Ive used this company twice now through the home warranty company. 1st time they came and fixed what another plumbing company said wasnt fixable and this 2nd time the got rid of a nasty clog in a pipe. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
