We couldn’t have been more pleased with the completed work of our kitchen and living space.Our house was built in 2000, and we wanted to update our kitchen and extend the existing kitchen wood floor into the living room, which was carpeted. We contacted Nate’s by e-mail. Within two days we had set up a date to meet. The initial meeting was “wow!” We were impressed with the professionalism, the care for the details of what we wanted, and the reasonableness in timing.After several meetings with details, we agreed to contract Nate’s to begin construction. We needed an early August date for completion and Nate was determined to make that happen.Construction began on July 1. We were amazed at the professionalism of each of the subcontractors. Their work was “over the top?” They were at the site when they said they would be. The site manager Jereme ensured that every aspect was attended to with timeliness and perfection. He was a “symphony” conductor to ensure that every item was done in a way that someone was working every day on a project. In addition, we appreciated Kelly for her expertise in design and attention to detail.The work was completed on time, and exceptional attention was paid to work and detail. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Nates Custom Renovations not once but twice. Several years ago, Nates team did a fully customized renovation of our basement, and to this day, we receive sincere compliments from friends and family regarding the basements beauty and utility. Wonderful! We had Nates Custom Renovations remove a wall between two bedrooms and create a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom and the experience was so great that seven months later we used them to remodel our kitchen/dining room and install wood flooring on our entire main floor. The entire process was smooth from the planning stages to the actual construction. Nate did the design and provided drawings and we were able to modify them up to three times but were happy with the first drawing! Picking out the finishes was a breeze - Nate provided a spreadsheet with the budgeted amount for each item. He also told us the order in which we should pick things out. Every where we went, the suppliers knew of Nates and praised their work. Once the construction started, Tim was our main carpenter and he was so awesome! Hes pleasant to work with, does great work (my step dad commented on how good his carpentry work was may times), is detailed, and very clean. They were at our house every day and cleaned up before they left. For the second job, Tim was on vacation for a week and Dave was our main carpenter and he was fabulous to work with as well. I would recommend Nates Custom Renovations to everyone that wants the job done extremely well, for the cost that was estimated, and completed in a timely manner.

We used Nate’s Custom Renovations to remodel our kitchen, living room and dining room in Lincoln, NE and they were amazing! They were so professional and organized. They were so dependable and timely as you are assigned the same crew who is there everyday until the project is completed in full and was done within the timeframe given to you in the beginning. Every phase of the project ran smoothly and they were constantly in open honest communication with you everyday. Every person that was working in your home was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. Most importantly was their quality of work was an A++ We don’t even recognize our home. Nate’s Custom Renovations delivered an amazing final product with our kitchen/entry remodel. My husband and I are working professionals and have worked with construction companies before and been disappointed with the lack of professionalism, late or missed appointments, and delays on finish dates. That is not the case with Nate’s crew. Jarrod, Jim, and Matt were on time every day and stayed within the planned project time frame. The house was always clean at the end of the day and mitigation measures were taken to keep the non-construction areas clean. Nate’s employees were respectful of the entire family, our children, and even our dog.It is hard to have people in your home every day, but the crew went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were easy to talk to and always professional. They were always willing to listen to any concerns we had and quick to make changes we requested. The sub contractors were equally professional.We always felt that our satisfaction was their number one priority. We highly recommend Nate’s to anyone who values professionalism, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction and will be using them again in the near future for a master bath remodel.

Nate’s philosophy/business model is what drew us to talk to him. He and his team were good to work with. We appreciated having the same team working on our kitchen reno throughout construction. Enjoyed working with and learning from our lead carpenter as we were doing demo of flooring while the kitchen was worked on kitchen. Quality of work was excellent. Nate is definitely worth talking to if you are considering a remodel.

We are thrilled with our remodeled kitchen by Nates Custom Renovations! Nate did a great job of capturing our desire for a more open, family-friendly kitchen with additional storage and walk-in pantry. He provided us with a detailed proposal outlining costs so there were no surprises. We were also able to view a computerized 3-D walk-through of the proposed finished renovation. Huge kudos to Tim, our lead contractor, for making it a reality. His work is top notch - he paid attention to every detail and was very easy to talk to. The rest of Nates team (Jerrod, Dave, Jim and Matt) were awesome in lending a hand as well. They delivered on every point of their 9-Point Promise. We hired Nate’s for a few projects. First, a total remodel of our master bath. This included walk-in shower, cabinets, and private water closet. Second, they opened the wall between master and 2nd bedroom to construct a very spacious walk-in closet with a storage island in the middle. Third, they replaced our front door as well as the upstairs carpeting.It all turned out beautifully and was finished on time! All the contractors worked hard and were courteous.A HUGE shout out to Kelly and Jim! Kelly is Nate’s interior designer, and was very helpful to me. It would have been very hard to do this without her. Jim was lead contractor for us. He was very organized and skilled. I always appreciated, knowing what the schedule was for the week, AND if I had any problems or questions he would answer them quickly. We had Nates Custom Renovations remodel our kitchen, floors and office space. Nate was very professional the entire length of the project, always making our meetings on time and listening to our feedback and priorities as we walked through the design process.Kelly was available to help with selecting pieces for our remodel and keeping us on track for when we needed to make decisions.Hawley was at our house every day doing work on the house or making sure the other areas were being followed up on, such as the plumbing and electrical, etc. He was instrumental in the success of our remodel and was always flexible when last minute changes and ideas came up.Overall, the project was completed within the estimated time, and the quality of work is amazing. Nate Bahm and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with! From conceptualization to finished project, we could not be more pleased. Our renovated kitchen and reworked main floor living space is a place of pure joy! Nates CAD renderings allowed us to readily visualize and discuss the details of the project from every angle. Jereme, our Project Lead, communicated with us all along the way. Each day hed inform us of todays goal... what subs might be in/out... asking questions of our needs and wants... encouraging us to think head about xyz.... Jereme communicated our questions to whomever/wherever they needed to be directed. He truly included us throughout the process and project! Kelly, the Design Consultant, was an inspirational dream. Her visionary input in materials selection was a celebration to behold!In any renovation project, there are bumps in the road -- though our few were handled quickly, professionally, and respectfully. The entire NCR crew listened, communicated, and worked together -- what an awesome company!

I highly recommend Nate’s Custom Renovation’s, Inc. Although Nate has several crews, and every job will be assigned “a lead”, you will probably see workers from his other jobs when there is a lapse in the supply chain, or a schedule change for one of the sub-contractors. At the beginning we were given a timeline and they did everything possible to meet every goal. The company works as a unit to keep the job on time. We had a total kitchen redo, wall removal, flooring in 3 rooms, paint, drywall, and a bathroom update. Our lead was always in contact with me. He was on-time and most importantly handled every aspect of the job in a professional manner to make sure the other workers were here when they promised. It’s quite a scheduling feat. If supplies were backordered, I was given the choice to wait or choose a different product. I was always kept in the loop. Decisions were left to me, but I always welcomed input from Blake, our lead, and others on the job. There was never any pressure. The workers showed up, they were always respectful to us, they kept us informed about what was going to happen and what to expect. Nate is honest. He provided lists of trusted contractors so I was able to find the exact products I wanted. There were, of course, a few snags, but Nate guarantees his workmanship and will work to find solutions until you are happy—which I am.

We searched for an outstanding renovation team and found it in Nates Renovations. From the first meeting with Nate, throughout the planning and execution to the final walk through it has been a pleasure to work with Nate and his crew. The Interior Designer, Kelly, was instrumental in recommending fixtures, paint colors and countertop choices. Jared, the Project Manager, was never more than a phone call away should a question arise. Hawley, the Lead Carpenter, was ever-present and working with Jared to have sub-contractors onsite when needed. We are thrilled with our new kitchen. An old, outdated kitchen floor plan was replaced with an open look between the kitchen, dining area and den. We could not be happier with the final result.

My husband and I had our kitchen remodeled . These guys did a fantastic job.Our kitchen was the 1970s look and we thought there is no way we can make thislook up to date. Nate came in and said we can take out the soffits so the cabinetswould be higher and we could have more room and new counter top and new cabinets. We also had a very small pantry witch they made much bigger and nicer.In our book these guys are #1!! We urge anyone who wants the best remodelingjob to go with Nates Custom Renovations.

We hired Nate Baum to do some remodeling. We started out with our bathroom. My husband had an idea turn our plastic shower into a walk-in with no door or curtain. Nate found 18 inches of space into the small bathroom and went to work to create this lovely bathroom. No grout, and easy cleaning.We enjoyed it so much we hired him to remodel our kitchen, knocking out a wall and removing tile floor. It turned out beautiful. He was able to create a high end kitchen totally staying within our budget. It was wonderful working with him because he let us price shop and he purchased the merchandise where we could get the best deal!He has great ideas. Is wonderful to work with. Never leaves a mess. AND if something isnt right, he will take care of it.Hope to work with him again!
