The new crew who did our large, stamped patio was great! They were professional and their work was beautiful! I give the crew and finished product 5 stars. I chose 4 stars overall because the timeline was not accurately communicated and the project got started very late, only after contacting the owner directly. Again, the finished product was beautiful and my hope is that this company will work to improve customer communications in the future.

Elite-A special group that is superior in terms of ability. Youll find that at Elite Concrete Creations in Lima,Ohio.Timeline: June 2, 2023 1st call to this company requesting an estimate to have my 50 years old driveway to be repraved. June 6, 2023 Jason Neal came out and gave me an estimate of replacing my driveway with concrete.I chose concrete over paving. June 8, 2023 I signed the contract 1/2 down & 1/2 upon completion. June 13, 2023 Elite called and gave me a start date of June 14, 2023. They were at my residence at 7:45 am the job was completed before 4:00 pm. My old driveway was cracked at the bottom with large pot holes. Nobody wanted to come into my driveway in fear of doing damage to their cars. My house now look like a home. When people drive by they slow down and admire the professional job and how quickly it was finished. I personally give this company five stars based on my experience beginning to end. Everythig was cleaned up and all debris removed.
