Very satisfied. Had an appointment about a week out. After local job was completed, I was called and the work was done a week early. I was thrilled! Needed to have baseboard heating and thermostat in bathroom disconnected as part of renovation project. The work was done efficiently and faster than anticipated. Thank you Casco Bay Electric!!!!

CBE helped me out with a large rewiring project on a 150+ year old house, and it went perfectly. The project was well-planned, organized, and kicked off on schedule. The estimation process was detailed and informative and helped me wrap my head around the scope / trade-offs of what I was trying to do.All of the crew members that did work on site were professional, courteous, and did great work. They went the distance trying to solve some tricky problems unique to the chaos of such an old home, which was much appreciated!They were an outstanding company to work with and I’ll keep going back to them for as long they’ll take my business. Had a problem with the main breaker on my electrical panel at 4:30pm. Found Casco Bay’s listing on line along with 4 other electricians in the area. The 4 others had me leave a message on their answering machine…still haven’t hear back from them! Casco Bay answered right away and I was put through to a dispatcher who listened to the problem and had a team there the next day. The team was very friendly and smart, diagnosed the cause of the problem and had the part right on the on their truck. Just got their invoice and was surprised at how reasonable it was.Finally, after all these years, I have a reliable electrician that I feel good about using and recommending!!!!
