    What an absolute gem! Called them on a Saturday morning when I woke up to a wet basement from a leak in my well pump. They answered right away and within 10 minutes I got a call back from Cory.Cory came over within 2 hours and walked me through everything while he worked. An awesome guy!Prices are very reasonableI will be using this company for many things in the future!

    !2/03/2024 H2R Plumbing replaced my sink disposal. Matt and Caleb arrived early, were courteous, clearly explained the job, installed the disposal, and cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Overall, service was excellent, and I would gladly refer H2R Plumbing to friends and relatives.

    The staff at H2R are thoroughly experienced at Customer Service. I was not on their schedule when I called and they fit me in right away, even though they had a full schedule. When the gentleman arrived, he was incredibly kind, diagnosed the issue with my water heater and fixed it within 1 hour. Awesome service and incredibly kind people. I will call on them for any and all of my plumbing needs!

    Matt was amazing, the water company went out 3 times and still didnt clear the shut off valve at the curb so he called them and handled that part making then come out so he could complete the job. Matt communicated extremely well with me and was willing to fit me into his week schedule several times at the last minute. Will use for all my future plumbing needs.

    H2R plumbing is great. Jeremy in particular was amazing to work with. He was kind, honest and fair and did an excellent job reparing some leaks I had and a few other things. He was very patient in explaining some of the issues. He had a partner with him, but I didnt get his name, but he was great too. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient. I cant recommend H2R plumbing and Jeremy enough. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

    I reviewed over 10 companies for a leak in my waterstack. I called a couple of them and got sales pitches for a year-long maintenance program and bait-and-switch. I learned of Matt at H2R Plumbing and had the BEST Plumbing experience ever!!! We discussed what all would be needed and I agreed to wait a week so he could finish another project. Upon starting the project the waterstack broke at an additional place making the work more complicated. Matt thoroughly explained it would be more time and materials which I understood. He went to Menards for parts. He also inquiried what else we would need as he had time that same afternoon. Long and short story he was here for 6 hours and we got the waterstack repaired, in 2 bathrooms we got new Moen showerheads, and replaced the flappers, and a new toilet handle in one of them. While replacing a current showerhead part of it broke leading Matt to have to cut some of the drywall to get to the pipes underneath. He tried really hard NOT to have to do that but it didnt work. So, all in all, he had 3 trips to Menards which was okay with him. We found Matt very knowledgeable and skilled, personable, and the BEST plumber we have ever worked with in the last 32 years!!!     Would DEFINITELY recommend this amazing company. I called and spoke to Kevin regarding clogged sinks our tenants were having. Kevin and his team were able to not only get to our rental within 24 hrs but they fixed it the same day!! Invoicing was a breeze and their prices were very reasonable! We live out of state so it’s a huge peace of mind to have this company be so responsive and affordable. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will be using them again for any of our plumbing needs!

    H2R has helped me several times now. They replaced my downspout drainage last year and were extremely quick to respond when I called for a main water line leak. They responded to my house quickly and took care of the problem for a great price. Kevin has made it a point to make sure the job is done right and that my family is taken care of. I will always call them first before any other company.
