Shawne helped me in a pinch! I had low water pressure throughout my house so I called the city first to come check it out - they said I had a galvanized pipe (probably 90 yrs old) that is leaking so I received a yellow tag from them that said it had to be replaced within 14 days. I found Bolons Plumbing on their contractors list and Shawne came out the same day I called to look at the situation, answer all the questions I had and gave an estimate that was very fair. He and his team were able to come back two days later to get the job done in about 6 hours (excavating old pipes, replacing with pex pipes, and relocating my meter). They cleaned up the area and even offered to come back to fix my lawn since they had to dig it all up. And as a bonus they saved me from having to replace a sidewalk since the pipe ran under it, but they were able to work around it. Thanks Bolons Plumbing for helping me with my pipe leak!

Bolon’s Plumbing replaced a 2500’ water line on an incredibly difficult job for me on short notice. They showed up when other plumbers wouldn’t and stayed until the job was done. They showed incredible integrity throughout the process and installed a high quality water line for me. I can tell you they stand behind their work too. Real salt of the earth people working here! I will certainly use them again if I ever needed!

We cannot say enough good things about this company. Called on Friday night around 8:00, they were here by 8:30 with a diagnosis and our new water heater tank was installed by Saturday at noon. I had this company do the plumbing for my entire retail store, from the underground to the finish and everything came out really great. Any questions I had were answered. I like that its a smaller family operated company, Shawne the owner and his 2 sons were great along with his other 2 plumbers that work for him, he is licensed and insured, and everything came out exactly as planned. Will definitely use Bolons Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

I spoke with Shaun and he is a very capable plumber. He never even had to come to my house, he was able to diagnose my water pressure problem by phone, gave me the opportunity to try to self fix and the simple fix he described did the trick.This guy is the real deal. 100% would recommend.Thanks Shaun!

Called Shaun at 12:30AM with an emergency situation. He was there in a reasonable time and got the job done while roto-rooter (who was called earlier in the evening) came out and refused to do anything due to and unexplained “company policy.” Basically, they pick and choose the work they want to do. Shaun was eager to help and resolve the issue.I also wasted time calling several other emergency plumbers with no call back. Shaun picked up the phone himself and was on it. I’ll call him first next time and not waste my time with roto rooter or other plumbers who apparently don’t want to work.

I had a terrible time trying to get someone to come out to my house. I had a leaking pipe and finally my warranty co assigned the job to Bolon. I was able to contact them and the owner called me back the next day and the day after that the tech came out, figured out what was wrong and replaced the copper pipes that were bad. My water is back on and no more leaks!!! Thank you Bolon! Your tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate it! (I wish I could remember his name, I think it was Shawn.)
