    Super company to deal with. Had a plumbing issue that sprung up first thing in the morning. Within 2 hours they had a technician out fixing the problem.     I have contracted with Pierce Plumbing several times and found them to be very professional, responsive and reliable. When I moved my parents up from Florida to take care of them, I contacted Pierce Plumbing to install comfort height toilets and shower grab bars. They were very easy to work with and were able to do the install before my parents moved in to their apartment. I specifically requested medical grade grab bars and fortunately for us they had a few leftover from previous work so they were able to use them for our project. I have found that they have consistently either met or exceeded my expectations over the past five years!

    I had an excellent experience with Pierce Plumbing and HVAC. I called them for a boiler inspection, and they were incredibly responsive, coming out the very next day. They did a thorough inspection and cleaning and recommended a few additional repairs to ensure everything was running efficiently and properly.     I came home from a vacation to find out my oil tank had a leak and I wouldn’t be able to get an oil delivery until it was patched, or replaced. I still had the original furnace from when this place was built in the 1980’s, so even though it wasn’t ideal money-wise, I wanted to see what my options were for replacing the entire heating system. It was early October and I had no heat or hot water, so I needed to move quickly. I reached out to Pierce first, and Danny replied almost immediately and said he would stop over to provide an estimate and answer any questions I might have. A man of his word, he was over later that afternoon and explained what services they could provide, what he would recommend, when approximately he thought they could start, and explained financing options. He left and I felt confident I found who I trusted to do this major project. But I needed to confirm that, so I called another company, they took a look and I echoed what I wanted done based on Danny’s recommendations. The next day I received a quote for the same services, except $2000 higher. I got back in touch with Danny, and he got me on the schedule to start the work - saying they’d start in exactly one week. Not ideal in my current situation, and when I reiterated my case, Danny went out of his way to bump me up to the next day. The guys they sent over were awesome - a two-man team that showed up and busted their butts. Two and a half days later, and I was up and running with a beautiful, efficient new setup. They disposed of the old equipment, installed new copper piping throughout, and even stuck around the last day to wait for the oil delivery when they wanted to inspect the new system (which they were very impressed with) AND checked back in the next morning in person to make sure everything was running smoothly. Seriously can’t say enough good things about Pierce - Danny is awesome to deal with, and Chad & Matt set me up with a new system that will give me peace of mind for the next couple decades, at an amazing price. Make them your first call if you need something done.

    We had a truly excellent experience with Pierce Plumbing. They were highly recommended to us by a good friend in the industry so I went in with high expectations Those expectations were quickly exceeded. Our issue was tricky and there wasn’t really a quick fix. Pierce really took the time to figure out exactly what the right fix was going to be. We traded a few phone calls back and forth as they worked on our project and they were always friendly and professional and gave me total confidence the job would be done correctly. The issue was indeed resolved completely and we were 100% satisfied. Should any plumbing issue come up for us again, Pierce Plumbing will be our first call. They stand by their work and they won’t be satisfied until the customer is.

    Absolute amazing experience! My water heater died and I was told by another company that no water heater that same size existed - ever! - and that the only solution I had was to allow them to into my (original) so they could install a much larger than needed heater. I immediately ended the call and reached out to Pierce. Upon sending them pictures of the water heater and space, they assured me it was no issue. A few days later, I had a beautiful new heater installed - same brand and size as the old heater - and no holes cut into my floor! The team at Pierce put my concerns to immediate rest. Corey was really fantastic, knowledgeable, and very respectful of me and my home. Owning a home is tough. There are companies out there that don’t always have your best interest in mind. Pierce Plumbing does.

    I called Pierce Plumbing by reccomendation of a friend who is also in the industry. I was having issues with my furnace kicking on, it was freezing out and my son (9) and I woke up to a cold house. I got an immediate response and within a few hours they were at my door and an hour later, my furnace was fixed and operating normally. I was thrilled with the quick response and service and did not gasp at the cost. I would call them again and certainly reccomend them in the future.

    We were in need of some light plumbing work to replace an old shower valve and accompanying fixtures. After being ghosted by another local plumber that gave us a quote and didnt show up for the appointment to do the work, Pierce came to the rescue.     The evening before I left for vacation, water was leaking from the relief valve on our oil burner. Searched online and texted Pierce Plumbing.     If possible, I would give Pierce Plumbing & Heating 6 stars instead of 5. I had an unexpected water heater failure (I guess when are they ever expected, haha), and they were able to accommodate me very quickly.Their office staff were incredibly responsive and professional.     My sister and I were selling our father’s home. We went to work at the home and found the heat was not working. I immediately called Pierce Plumbing to explain the problem (my father used this company over all the years he lived there) they told me that they would send a technician out the same day and we set up a time for the technician to come out. One major compliment to them is that they are very prompt if not early! We appreciated that very much!! On another occasion we found out that we needed to replace the pipes in the basement that lead to the sewer (not an emergency). So again I reached out to Pierce Plumbing. This was going to be about a six hour job. So we were able to book an appointment that was convenient for everyone and I was able to get someone to be there while the job was being done. I’d like everyone to know that we are extremely grateful and pleased with Pierce Plumbing and HVAC. From the person answering the phone and setting up the appointments, to the technician coming out to our home and the work being done. Once the appointment was made we were always updated as to when the technician would arrive (if he’d be arriving earlier) and we also knew his name. Having been a home owner most of my life, I’ve never had a company so polite, that kept you informed about an upcoming job. I would receive a text informing me of when the technician will arrive. Such a refreshing experience when typically you’re told someone will be there between 10 and 4!! Anyone looking for a plumber or HVAC company they should not hesitate to give Pierce Plumbing and HVAC. You’d be pleasantly surprised.

    We called in an emergency situation with no A.C in the record breaking September heat wave! They returned my call within 5 minutes and got someone out same day to fix our A.C!     After another plumber blew me off because I was too far away, I called Mike. I was happy to find that he came right over to look at the scope of work; I had three projects. The estimate was fair and the scheduling was very reasonable. The work was done today and he and his assistant came on time, worked very professionally and did a great job.     I had never used Pierce Plumbing before. They were very quick to respond to our leaking kitchen sink. They fixed it promptly and we have had no problems.
