    Beaudoin Plumbing Heating & AC came highly recommended by a friend. Each time contacted, they were very professional and responded well within an appropriate time frame. The first was on a 94* day & the AC condensing unit seized up. Another unit was ordered and replaced within 2 days. The second was when our pilot light went out and the response was immediate. So grateful and happy with their service. Thank you so much for keeping our family cool on the hot days and warm during the cold.

    We recently had mini split heat pumps added to our home and looked at several companies before deciding on Beaudoin. Our installation was tricky and we felt Eric listened to our goals and needs, provided us with common sense advice and helped us design a system that best suited our needs. The other companies were not nearly as open minded and creative. When it came time to do the install, they were clean, professional and knowledgeable. Mary who handles the scheduling was on top of things and very responsive. In a world where customer service and professionalism seems to be a lost art, it’s refreshing to do business with people who still stand behind their work. We highly recommend Beaudoin to friends and family.

    Beaudoin saved the day! After having a terrible experience with another HVAC company we were left with no AC during a heat wave when our mini-splits started leaking. I called around and 48 later Beaudoin was here! Nate was kind, professional and had us up an running in an hour. I’m so glad we found them and we’ll be using them whenever we need HVAC services.

    I called the office I gal that answered the phone was great talked me out being total stressed, she found me an appointment. The tech was on time, very professional, found the problem, explained the issue in detail in language that I understood including how to take care of my furnace going forward. I found Beaudoin Plumbing Heating & AC with a google search and could not be happier with the company as a whole. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    They replaced my Furnace and Oil Tank with very little down time for our family. The quality of the Furnace is outstanding and the process they had in replacing the Oil Tank is second to none. When they back filled the new oil tank, they filtered the oil to remove any lingering slug. The inspection by the Fire department and home owners insurance passed with flying colors.If you ever saw how they plumbed the furnace, you’d say they were artists. What’s elven better, It was allot less expensive going with this company vs other. You’ll be very satisfied in working with Eric and his team.

    Ive used Keith Beaudoin Plumbing for years both at my primary residence and a rental property I owned. Theyve always been great at responding and reasonable in pricing. Most recently, Ive used them to replace my Boiler and install an indirect water tank. They were extremely detailed in their quote and were able to install it in a very reasonable time. They did an extremely good job and I would recommend them to anyone. Eric and Team are great, thanks!!!

    Awesome service. Very competitive pricing and a knowledgeable employees. Had an emergency service call when our furnace wouldnt light, and the service technician on call explained what the problem was and how he was able to fix it. He also cleaned up afterwards and actually left the basement cleaner than when he arrived. Will only be using Beaudoin from now on.

    I own my home and also run a home daycare from it. With running a daycare, it is imperative that my home is heated and the potty is working! I have on several occasions contacted Beaudoin Plumbing Heating & AC for repairs and they have been amazing! I also own income property, which again, when you tenants want things fixed, they dont want to wait. I couldnt do it without them! I highly recommend this company for all of the plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

    I was very happy with the service I received with Keith Beaudoin. The technician that came to my house for my a/c was very pleasant. He told me everything that would need to fixed on my a/c but only did what I asked him to and what I could afford. He was able to get it running and after three weeks without a/c my house is finally cool. I would definitely recommend them

    My furnace stopped working a couple of weeks ago and, being new to the area, I had no idea who to call. A phone call to a few other HVAC companies yielded no results … it would be at least a day or two before anyone could even come look at it. A call to Beaudoin HVAC and a conversation with the very helpful office manager, Mary, had the owner himself, Eric Beaudoin, at my door later that afternoon. Eric patiently explained my options regarding the 26-year-old furnace that had seen better days. I was concerned with their ability to replace the unit as it was located in the attic, with access only through a very small scuttle hole (not sure how the previous owners got the monstrous unit up there). But Eric assured me all would be fine – this was nothing for them. The day of the install came and Marc and Bill were the ones that drew the short straw – this, in my opinion, was an ugly, impossible feat. But they made it happen – and with such great, positive attitudes. And most importantly - my new furnace is running wonderfully. Honesty, integrity, trustworthy, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable are all words I would use to describe the team from Beaudoin!. Im so thankful for all you did!

    The level of service I received from Keith Beaudoin Plumbing and Heating was better than I have received from any other tradesman. We had them replace our oil burner with a gas burner and water heater. Eric Beaudoin first started working with me in several months ago, explaining how the MA Save Heat loan program worked and walked me through having the gas line installed to the house. Eric kept the entire project going through the time waiting for the gas line, securing the MA Heat loan, ordering the equipment, and scheduling the install. The work took longer than first expected but that is because they took the time to do it right. Any unknowns that came up were simply handled without trouble or expense to me. I very pleased with the work they have done and expect years of trouble free service from the equipment.

    I chose this company based on the excellent reviews. I called on Monday to schedule a clean & check before winter heating season and was surprised to get an appointment for the next day. John arrived at the appointed time, he was professional and pleasant and he expained everything he had done. I had been informed of the cost when I made the appointment so there werent any surprises. Great customer service.You dont get ten five-star reviews unless youre doing something right.

    6/8/12The Best of Whats Around. Ive used Keith Beaudoin Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for 8 years now and I cannot praise them enough. Every time I’ve had an issue at my house, from the smallest leak to a malfunctioning boiler, they’ve responded immediately. They are efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. This past week I converted my entire house over to natural gas and they installed a high efficiency gas boiler and more. The whole process, from start to finish, went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. *****

    All of the great reviews here made me choose Keith Beaudoin Plumbing and Heating, and I certainly was glad I did. I made the rookie mistake of leaving my garden hose plugged in over winter. This allowed water to freeze back up in to the silcock pipe and make a small crack in the pipe. After reading the online reviews, I decide to contact KBH,P&AC via email. It was Memorial Day, so I didnt call, nor did I expect to hear back from anyone for a day or two. Well, I heard back in minutes from Eric Beaudoin saying, Common problem Todd, my office will be in touch tomorrow. ... just that quick reassurance set my mind at ease. I spoke with Mary the next day on the phone. She is a lovely person to speak with... another sign that KBH,P&AC is in the business for their customers. We set up an appointment for a couple days later. I got a call that day from (I think it was) Eric. Instead of coming out, he had me look at the problem myself to verify what he thought it was - which saved him and me time that day. I then spoke again with Mary to set up an appointment. Their technician Johnny came out today and worked on the job for about an hour. He was certainly a competent professional, and quite funny too. All in all, I spent about $220 to get the job done right, and Im glad to have my outside water running again to give my deck garden a good drink. Johnny also gave me some tips about my AC compressor on his way out. If you are in the market for a good plumber in the Fitchburg area, you cannot do better than Keith Beaudoins Plumbing, Heating & AC.

    Reliable and honest... I recommend calling them. I contacted them via email, and heard back within 24 hours. I made an appointment for someone to come out a few days later. They were very honest with me, telling me they could fix my issue instead of having to replace the entire toilet. The person who came out (I forget his name) was personable and professional, and had the job done in about an hour. If I need work done again in the future, I will definitely be contacting them again.

    Our gas furnace refused to ignite on the 7th night of below 20° weather. Our 8am distress call was answered immediately. John arrived about 30 minutes later, had to go out for a part. By 11, installation was completed and base boards starting to heat up.Although a little pricey, the job was labor intensive and we were grateful for the quick response. Definitely recommend these folks.

    These guys were great. had an issue with hot water finning my jacuzzi jet tub and they came to take a look at it. I cant remember the name of the service tech but he was very kind and knowledgeable. he told me all my options and laid out the issues in a way i could understand easily. would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

    Beaudoin Plumbing removed all of my copper water pipes and replaced them with PEX plastic tubing. Johnny was the plumber and did an outstanding job! He was here every day and worked very hard theentire time he was here. No detail of the job was overlooked. He was thorough and the cleanup afterward was perfect. I couldnt be happier with the job he did for me. And also a thank you to his assistant Jorge!Would not hesitate at all to call these guys for any of my future plumbing needs.
