    They just left and I felt compelled to leave a review on how great they were! They educated me in maintenance, pipes etc all without judgment. They were so nice and knowledgeable. I will 100% use them routinely and spread the word. Not to mention they were cheaper than everyone else I called! I was so happy with the extra care, I felt the need to tip! Top notch!

    Erik is wonderful! He is prompt and courteous. We have rental homes and he is quick to respond to our every need! Most times he gives us same day service or as soon as he can. Pricing is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them for all your septic needs.

    Highly recommended!!!!! Eric is honest, fair, dependable, and upfront. He repaired the problem (failed septic pump and full tank) and corrected many issues the original installers left behind. He could have taken advantage of us, but gave us truthful advice about our issue so we could make an informed decision on how to get by until he could repair the issue. Then, he treated our septic system like it was his own when he performed the quality repairs at a fair price. He is a very knowledgeable professional, has integrity, is easy to talk with, and answered any questions we had. We are grateful for people like him who provide a great service many of us need!

    Our house was in desperate need to be pumped this past week. Eric answered right away and was out to our home in a short time.     Eric pumped my septic tank recently. He arrived on time, provided quality work, offered affordable pricing, hes a true professional in every way and will answer any question that you may have. Ive used other septic tank services in the past, but they do NOT compare to Pro Septic (NOT EVEN CLOSE)!!!! Eric was in no rush and he will pump your septic tank clean to your satisfaction. This man is one nice guy and you cant go wrong with Pro Septic. Awesome business!!!

    Very responsive and professional. Eric with Pro Septic literally saved our day! The only company I could get to come out on Sunday. I called Hep, Hiller, Pipe Wrench among others that list emergency services in our area and no one would even come out here. Eric with Pro Septic was wonderful.     Hey everyone....just wanted to share a company with you that did some work for us yesterday. We had a septic tank issue... We found Pro septic on Google. We cant say to much on what a good job Eric Shoemaker did for us. He is the owner of this company. He is a Christian....very prompt....work was excellent...price excellent...his equipment top quality. Give him a call if you have any septic issues.

    We called Pro Septic Services on a Saturday afternoon because we seemed to be having problems with our septic tank. Within a few hours Eric came to our house and we found out our septic tank was in major need of being pumped. He took care of it for us. Very professional and very reasonably priced.

    We called a few people and no one got back to us, or they just wouldn’t answer the phone. I called Eric and he answered and pulled over to take my call and to schedule an appointment for him to come and pump our septic. He was very friendly, answered all of our questions.     In stark contrast to the problems we called them to solve, these gentlemen were fantastic! They were able to fit us in on short notice and then wrap up the job in fairly short order, all the while maintaining amicable professionalism. They were also comfortable with thoroughly explaining the causes of the issue, how to avoid them going forward, and possible pitfalls to look out for unique to our situation. After all was said and done, the total cost was less than what we had expected, too! Great customer experience, overall.
