Casey & Zack arrived at exactly the time they said they would! (In my book - that is a great start!) They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and did an amazing job installing a PSI regulator and replacing our water heater, at my workplace. They told me how long they anticipated for the work to be completed and were finished within minutes of the estimated time. They cleaned up after themselves and for the most part - I did not even know they were here working - they were quiet and did their job. They were terrific to work with!! I highly recommend this company for whatever your plumbing needs are!! I am thankful we chose them!! Overall GREAT experience!

This past week we realized we had moisture under our hard-wood floors. We called Best Plumber of Lenoir City (on Sunday) and they arranged to be out on Tuesday morning. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, and quick in diagnosing a compromised exterior hose bib faucet on the side of the house. They were able to recommend Patriot Remediation who responded the same day - Patriot brought in a team to remove damaged flooring, walls, & cabinets. They dried the moisture and documented everything for our home owners claim. I would highly recommend Best Plumber.

I called with an emergency plumbing situation that needed to be fixed the same day. I spoke with David, who told me although they were booked for the day, he would speak with someone to see if they could get to me. David called right back and told me they would have someone to me within 2 hours. He called me an hour later, telling me that someone was available to come earlier! Jonathan came out and assessed the situation, and let me know I had a couple other issues that he could fix while he was here. I am very happy with their work, their thoughtfulness for a new customer, and their professionalism. I am thankful for them making the extra effort to take care of my problem when they were already booked!

These guys were awesome! We had Pipe Wrench and Best Plumber come out for competitive bids on replacing a leaking 14 year old hot water heater in Tellico Village as we were going tankless. Pipe wrench wanted to install the highest BTU unit, rip out drywall, replace gas lines, etc. for a 2 1/2 bath house....Price was through the roof! Best Plumber came out, assessed the situation, did the BTU calculations and said we were fine with the gas lines we had and installed the proper size tankless water heater.....That was Friday, our new water heater was installed the very next day and yes on Saturday. Four guys showed up, nicest guys ever and knocked it out in no time. They cleaned up nicely and we had a dry basement once again......I would never call another plumber, respect is given but TRUST is earned!

All tools needed, parts in abundance, no watching the clock while the plumber goes who knows where in the middle of your job.I have used other area companies and experienced incompetence, lengthy delays, over-pricing, and even an inability to show up for scheduled appointments.I recommend Best Plumber based on experience...... I am a good DIYer but ran into some setbacks and Jonathan was the plumber who came out and was able to fix those setbacks for me. He wore shoe covers to keep the floor clean, brought his own towels on rainy day to stay clean.He was professional in his interactions with me and used the iPad to show me the costs up front.I would use Best Plumber again if needed!
