    Our technician installed a new thermostat that others had difficulty doing. He spent much time finding the wiring issue and fixed it showing perseverance with his work. He even removed a cover that none of the other techs that have been here had removed and found a dead bird in the unit that had been there since house was built. (4 years).     Justin was very helpful with getting our air working again. As soon as he opened it up knew what the problem was and showed me. Had it fixed and house cooling back off in less than 30 min. Would definitely call this company again and ask for him to be the one to come out.

    Salesperson answered our questions; install took 2 days because heating unit had not arrived by install day; first day team did the tear-out & a lot of heavy lifting but not much communication; final day of install went well, unit & thermostat were explained. They hauled away the old unit; I had to do some cleanup & have some work to do by the new pad. I have not had to try the heat yet. Had to call regarding where filter is/goes. Office communication is good. Amana variable speed unit with companion wi-fi thermostat seems like a great choice so far. Installed Sept ‘24.

No complaints about the technician.Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the service was a promotional package thru TVA that was supposed to include a free water test. When I asked the technician about the water test he said they were out of the test kits. And that maybe they could send someone else out later to do the water test. I will wait and see.

    All of my experiences with Eco from HVAC to Water Heater to Plumbing have been great. This time, Ethan came out to conduct my heating system maintenance check. Called prior to arrival; on time; provided detail on checked equipment and answered questions sufficiently. After leaving I noted a hiccup with my thermostats. I called and he came back after finishing his next appointment, determined the problem and fixed the issue. I appreciate the service and the customer focus of this company. Heather, who takes my calls and routes the appropriate technician is awesome!

    Fast and reliable! Eco was there when we needed them.Recently we wanted to get our ducts cleaned and the day before they came out to do it, go figure...our AC went out. Eco was quick to send a tech out and got us taken care of. In addition, we had the ducts clean and an air scrubber installed and you can definitely tell the difference in air quality. Big props to Jacob and the entire team at Eco because when they say the fastest in town, they mean it.

    We were very impressed with the service we received starting with the initial phone call, it was answered by a bubbly young woman (Heather) who was more than happy to help. She scheduled a time for their team to come and see what the problem was. They were prompt and very polite. Corey was extremely helpful in getting us information on a new unit and getting us with the right financing. Dylan was very sweet and explained what happened to our old unit and getting our unit running, it was 90 degrees and now it is a comfortable 73. We are so grateful for this company(Family).

    We had planned to replace entire ductwork and Corey came out to give us an estimate. Corey was friendly and knowledgeable and went over issues we had and provided a reasonable proposal. Although we eventually decided to clean the ductwork instead replacing, we would certainly have given job to ECO due to Corey’s effort.

This company went above and beyond in the repair of my unit. Due to certain circumstances they fit me in their busy schedules and came out to repair my unit, had to order a part, expedited the shipping of the part and was back at my home repairing my unit for me as soon as the part came in. I will use this company again if ever needed and I will highly recommend them, excellent work and professionalism as well as their compassion for others, from everyone that I spoke and dealt with in this company.     My heater stopped working on New Year’s Eve and I didn’t think I would be able to get anyone to come out and repair it. Eco Heating sent someone within an hour and it was a very positive experience.     I recently purchased a new-to-me home. Upon testing the major systems I observed that my HVAC system would not heat or cool. I shutdown the system and made an appointment to get it inspected. On the day of the appointment I went to the house early and turned on the system. Much to my surprise it started blowing heat. I left the system running and it heated the house to the setpoint without issue.Upon Brandons arrival I advised him of everything I knew and he set about inspecting the system. Brandon was very thorough in his inspection and kept me informed throughout the process. He found two capacities which were weak, but functional and advised I look into replacing them.Brandon observed that the model and serial numbers were nearly illegible on the data label so he wrote them on the housing in Sharpie so I would be able to read them later if needed. Brandon was extremely personable, communicative and professional. My interactions with Brandon convinced me that Eco Heating and Air is a company I will do future business with. Assuming all of their personnel are like Brandon I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heart and Air maintenance.

    They bought out Climatize from whom I got a summer/fall maintenance package. The summer tune up was a joke, I dont think they did anything but check motor amps. I ended up washing the outside condenser unit which was filthy and full of leaves. I was considering trying to get the fall portion refunded but when I called Eco answered so I gave them a shot.I was home and saw they did a much better job. After they were done and getting ready to leave, I asked the Tech Jared if Eco worked on gas fireplaces, and he asked what was wrong. Long story short, for no charge, he fixed the fireplace and also found a safety hazard (uncapped live wire laying at the bottom of the insert). He capped and taped it up.I will call them again for future service.

    I called ECO to come look at why my heat was not working. They scheduled a technician to come out and look at it. They found that it needed a gas valve. They ordered it, but it was on back order. A cold snap was coming one weekend while waiting on the part, so they brought me a couple of electric heaters to help keep the house warm for me and my family of 5, while waiting for the part to arrive. The part finally arrived last Friday around 330 pm. Instead of waiting until Monday, the Operations Manager came to our house, after hours on that Friday and installed the gas valve to get our heat working. Very professional people! Very cost effecient!! I recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be using them again for future issues with my HVAC system. Thank you ECO Heating and Air!!
