I have been using Demmis for many years now - the have done large and small projects for me. They have dug up my basement floor and installed plumbing for a bathroom in my basement - replaced a water heater - cleared drains - and replaced sump pumps - and I have never had a bad experience... recently a sump pump was not working during a rain event - I called at 7 pm and Dan was out there before 8 pm and completed the repair within an hour.. Highly recommended!!!!

This is the plumbing company to call if you’re in need of emergency plumbing service. We called because our hot water heater was spraying water all over. Dan came out within an hour with a new hot water heater in his truck and replaced it on the spot. At the same time we replaced our kitchen faucet and outdoor spigot. Dan was very efficient and professional. With that being said, this plumbing company went above and beyond servicing us at a fair price! As Im used to living in apartments and have only been in my townhome for about a year. Im not too familiar with how sump pumps work normally. Ive been having an issue with drain flies and thought the pump had stopped working. They were quickly able to determine that there was no issue. Definitely have an old pump, but it didnt need replacing at this time. Since they didnt find any other issues, they didnt bother charging a fee, which was nice.

Ive worked on the inside of plumbing companies for many years and I can safely say that this is the best and safest place you can call within its service area (as big as it may be) for your plumbing needs. Some of these other plumbing companies are predatory and will leave your home in a bad spot overnight or for days. They may even cause problems to charge more money. But this company was early, fast, fair and courteous. Forgot his name I think it was David? Visited me and was the highest level of professional and experienced. Was done with reasonably priced ejector install in 1-2 hours and was consise and simple in communication. I think this company and their technicians are going a long way and their awesome! I would like to highly recommend Demmis Plumbing because they are very HONEST. Prior to finding Demmis Plumbing we had gotten an estimate to replace some rusted pipes. The City wouldnt change the water meter because of the pipes. I found Demmis Pumbling in the St. Rene church flier. I called them and they were very honest. They said the pipes didnt need to be changed just cleaned. The City then came changed the water meter with no issues anymore with the pipes. Demmis Plumbing saved us A LOT of money with their honesty. Thank you Demmis Plumbling.

This family owned service is where it’s at.I was quoted multiple times by large organizations for a leak coming from my basement pipe. Not only did those “well-known” companies fail to look into the problem, they quoted an outrageous number that realistically didn’t make sense to move forward.Demmis Plumbing was a referral from a family member. The moment Sam picked up the phone, I immediately knew it would be a great service. They were extremely responsive, well aware of the urgency, and scheduled a service the next day.Dan was great; he was knowledgeable, personable, and honest - which is hard to come across these days.I can’t stress the fact that organizations will always try to screw you when urgency is involved. Just do yourself a favor and save the time, stress and money and give these guys a call. They actually care.

Had a Navien tankless water heater installed on a Saturday, took about 6 hours to complete. I think my setup was a touch more complicated than most.While Demmis was a bit higher on price, I value a proper and professional install over a cheaper install. I was quoted less by other companies, but they just didn’t feel right.Alex explained that I might have to do the upgrade at the moment but was fine with doing it, this was nice as I didn’t feel like it was a pressured sale.All said and done, we are very pleased that we upgraded to a tankless water heater and we are very pleased with the quality of the install that was done.

My kitchen sink was stopped up. I called a local well known plumbing company. 2 of his men came out promptly. They told me that the sink needed to be rodded out and that it would cost $250.00.I agreed and they commenced to rod the line. They rodded the line 3 times and the sink still would not drain. The lead plumber said that the 2’’ sewer line in the basement was so clogged up that 10 feet of it needed to be replaced for $900.00.I paid them the $250.00 that I agreed upon even though the kitchen sink was still stopped up.I then called Demmis Plumbing this afternoon. Dan came to my home and I told him what the plumber this morning said. He just shook his head and said that no sewer lines needed replacing.He then rodded the line and within 10 minutes the kitchen sink drained perfectly. Dan also cleaned the mess up under the sink that the previous plumber left!If you need a great plumber at a decent fair price….call Demmis Plumbing! You won’t be sorry.I wasted $250.00 with the first plumbing company that I called, but it was well worth it because I found Demmis Plumbing!

We had a major leak and called late on a Saturday. Alex arrived within 30 minutes. Stopped the leaking and diagnosed the problem. We had a cracked sewer pipe. Dan was out the next morning by 9 and completed all of the work by early afternoon and cleaned up. Very happy with their work and response time. In less than 24 hours the situation was resolved and that was over a weekend. Will definitely call them for future work.

Our experience with Demmis Plumbing was outstanding. It was a problem with our sump pump during multiple days of rainstorms. We were due to close on the sale of our home in just a couple of days. Many after-hour plumbers did not even bother to respond to our call because they also were busy. We called Saturday evening, & even though Demmis was swamped also -- they squeezed us in that night. Demmis Plumbing arrived at the time they said they would, diagnosed the issue, & repaired it. We thought it was a failed sump pump that needed to be replaced, but it was so much less. The charge -- even with an emergency visit on the weekend -- was less than $200. Because they were reputable, came out on an extremely busy Saturday night, did not take advantage of us, & literally rescued the sale of our home -- I tried to offer more money later. They would not accept & just said to call again if service was needed. Demmis Plumbing went above-and-beyond the call-of-duty and we are so grateful for them. We will definitely be repeat customers. Burst pipe on Christmas Eve. I contacted 11 “emergency 24/7” plumbers. All but 2 either didn’t answer or were fully booked. I knew many would be closed for the holidays. Servpro quoted a $250 service call plus $95 an hour with a 4 hour minimum. Demmis quoted a $120 service call and Alex was at my home in 45 mins. Fixed the pipe in under an hour and total cost was half that of Servpro quote. Fantastic service from receptionist and Alex, polite, professional and speedy. Highly recommend.

This could be badCalled Demmis, expected to wait til tomorrow with all calls… good with that and understandable. Alex got to us in about 2 hours after calling.He freed the pipes to clear and found the source of cold air. Coming from the vestibule air vent - wide open!!!!! Air coming inside and Going up the duct work! Fixed the issue and now my Condo no longer has gushing cold air!!Great service, cares about the finding the source, courteous and Very reasonable prices!While I have used his services before and always pleased, Demmis plumbing is my and my neighbors #1 plumber for issues we need to have done.A+++++

This was my first time using Demmis Plumbing. I was extremely satisfied with me service. I put in a request after business hours and got a call that night. I was scheduled for the next day. I had the pleasure of Dan coming to my house. I had a leaking outdoor spigot that is complicated by a deck that is built over it. Dan was great. He assessed the issue and suggested a resolution. He worked around the deck issue with no complaints. I appreciated his patience. He also was very polite. I think I have found my go to plumbing company now!

I contacted Demmis Plumbing and 3 other plumbers for info about replacing my ejector pump. Demmis was the most reasonably priced plumber and completely understood my description of the problem when I called. They came out the same day as my call and replaced the pump with the same model that I had. I had it installed 9 years ago and this was the first problem with it so I knew it was a good pump. I remarked to the company that the installer had worked so quickly and efficiently that I was very impressed. I also asked for and received a small discount. Thank you Demmis Plumbing.
