Worked with Derek, who I believe was the owner, on a commercial project over the previous summer. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our project had its ups and downs due to Covid and Derek was more than flexible with our ever changing schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again when needed.

I didnt use this company but would have if they were closer to where I lived. I ended up meeting an owner of the company at a construction site in Lakemoor not long ago. I was having a problem finding a plumber or getting one to call me back and saw this companys trucks at a construction site. The only reason I stopped was because someone was getting tools out of a truck while another guy was talking to him and smoking. I decided to stop by and discuss my problems with him and see if he was interested in looking at it for me. Since they were from far south, he ended up giving me some suggestions of what the issue could be and we were able to fix it ourselves. We saved a few hundred dollars doing the repair ourselves, but still would have paid for someone else to do it if they were available. Thank you for being honest and helpful, whatever your name was.

While they mostly do commercial work, Burns plumbing took the time to meet my residential plumbing needs here in Lemont. They were promptly on time and did the job quickly, professionally, and within my budget. I would recommend Burns Plumbing to anyone I know with plumbing needs! They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier!
