Chris truly gave exceptional customer service!. He went above and beyond what we expected. Chris did not hesitate traveling all the way to Clinton to install the radon mitigation system we needed and was so very reasonable in the entire cost!! It even included a return trip to make sure everything was working as it should and for a final reading.Chris took the time to explain in great detail the whole process & why, which made us feel extremely comfortable in choosing his service. He even took great care in placing the system in an inconspicuous place both inside/outside the house, as well as to make sure any cracks in the unfinished part of our basement were completely sealed.If you want a radon mitigation system installed with fabulous results for peace of mind/health (our reading was 3.8 at the beginning...after installation 0.9), we highly recommend Edge Radon Solutions. We used Edge Radon to install a radon mitigation system when selling our home in Jackson County, MO; Chris Jenkins was the technician. Chris delivered the mitigation system that lowered the radon levels, charged us exactly the price that he quoted us during our initial discussion, and delivered the work on time. Chris was a courteous technician and was pleasant to work with.

When the digital radon detector I purchased indicated the radon levels on the main level of our house read over 4, I called Chris at Edge Radon Solutions. He said to try it in the basement. When I did it read over 9, Chris explained what he needed to do to install the mitigation system and where he needed to install it and the calking of the basement he would need to do to seal the basement and the cost. 4 day average later, his detector read 0.40. The system is quiet and we are happy.

Chris was awesome! I was really stressed when we bought our first home and found out it tested rather high for radon - and we have a baby on the way! I reached out to some places for quotes and Chris was quick to respond and work with me, even when I wasnt always as timely :)Not only that, but he was so friendly and kind during the process! We have a one year old (not well behaved) lab who jumped all over him and he was very relaxed about it. The tests came back low but not as low as Chris said he would have liked, so he also came back AGAIN to try a few other things to lower it even more.Hes a family guy you can trust to make sure the job is done right and to not take advantage of you or your home! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for the job.

Chris was great to work with and fixed a couple of issues with the installation in no time. Radon levels went way down the next day and we are very satisfied with Edge Radon!

Chris was very through in his evaluation and explanations to us. He told us what he would do, where it would be and how it would look. Chris wired the mitigation system to a breaker with the sump pump battery back up. We will hear that annoying beep if the circuit trips. He caulked cracks, the wall edges and pipe protrusions to help seal the basement. An added bonus was the basement was cleaner when he finished than when he started!I would definitely recommend Edge Radon Solutions for testing and mitigation.
