    Looking for a Great Painter?I reached out to a good friend in the commercial/residential contracting business within the Kansas City area while looking for a good painter, as we are new to the area. He recommended calling his man Chase with Major Painting and mostly because his companies work was always extremely good and done right the fist time, to name a few reasons. We reached out to Chase and he came by for a free estimate.We ended up painting the entire inside of our 2 year old home, to lose the Flat paint and get something more Kid Friendlier. The Major Painting Crew that came to our home were extremely professional and took time to prepare areas and ensure they didnt leave any mess. They even covered furniture and flooring all while wearing shoe covers as well. He left a foreman in charge named Uriel who I cannot say enough good stuff about as he made us feel like we were in good hands the entire time. This guy Uriel went above and beyond representing himself and his company, I assure you!The end result is High Quality work with a great attention to detail and cut lines so perfect, as if it were a first paint job in the home. I never thought a paint job could look so SEXY! We definitely recommend Major Painting, if youre looking for a company who is going to come into your home and treat it as if were their own.It took them only 3 days to a full 2 story home. If we did this ourselves, and we thought hard about it, we knew it would take us months and we wouldnt have been walking through the house on stilts or had ladders tall enough to reach certain areas therefore we would have taken quite a few shortcuts I am certain... The end result was a safer solution as well for all of us. #GETCHASUM

    We were very happy with the product and the sub contractors and painters. We did not work well with the project manager and the communication was volatile (we wouldn’t hear anything for a few weeks, then he’d demand payment within a few hours of finishing before I got home from work).We’d hire them again, but with a different project manager.

    Professional from start to finish! Chase was very professional when i met him to quote the job and in all his interactions with me thereafter, and wanted to make sure i was pleased with the work completed. We added corbels to our exterior which the Major Painting carpenters installed for us. Alex and Vincent did an excellent job prepping the exterior thoroughly before painting. They were very reliable and personable arriving each morning on time. Highly impressed with their attention to detail, quality work and professional appearance and interactions. I absolutely LOVE the transformation! I will highly recommend Major Painting to family and friends! You will not be disappointed in the result! Thank you Chase and Major Painting!     Major Painting has completed many projects for us through the years. They may not be the cheapest, but they use the best paint, are extremely professional and make sure the job is done right the first time. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they seem to paint every house as if they are painting them for a beloved family member. I cannot recommend any company more highly.     These guys are awesome. We ended up having a significant amount of wood rot we thought was repaired before moving into our home. Turns out it wasn’t, but Chase and Pedro and the crew spotted/repaired everything (including a difficult chimney) and put a fresh coat of paint on the home. The quality is beyond what we hoped for and worth every penny and communication was great. They also knocked it all out in a timely manner even without cooperating weather. Very happy we hired these guys and would highly recommend!

    I had a vent space in the front of my house that had become an entry port for squirrels and birds. Once the critter problem was resolved, I needed to have the area closed up. This company responded promptly when contacted and arranged to provide an estimate in a timely manner. The assessment they provided was honest and the cost reasonable. Dan answered all my questions, and provided information about this project as well as other home maintanence and future painting needs in a non-judgemental manner . Major painting was able to get a construction crew to my home promptly. The crew was friendly and professional, provided quality workmanship and left my home better than they found it - and no debris for me to deal with. I WILL use this company again for furture painting needs.

    *Edited (5/15/23) - My husband and I were discussing how our neighbors painted their house at the same time we did (5 years ago) but they used a different company than we did. Their house very obviously needs repainted and ours still looks great! The quality of work of Major Painting is still so obvious. I would highly recommend them for exterior projects!I am exceedingly pleased with the overall service my husband and I received from Major Painting. They were very efficient, performed quality work (painting the exterior of our 1.5 story home), and most importantly were extremely personable. When Steve came to do an estimate he didnt seem like he was trying to SELL us a product or service, like other companies we met with, but rather was striving to meet the needs of a fellow community member. The painting crew gave off the same impression. They were friendly, yet professional and made sure we were 100% satisfied before they even considered packing up. This business not only does an outstanding job of completing quality work in a timely manner, but makes you feel as though it was their pleasure to do so.     I love Major Painting! They are my first call for any home repair. They built our deck, repaired our siding, painted our home and caulked our windows.     We chose Major Painting at the suggestion of our local Sherwin-Williams store after a recent move from Massachusetts. We had a lot of work that needed to be done that was above our level of skill. We have now used Major Painting multiple times and still that consistent great work and so dependable. Chase is an absolute gem and cares so much about their quality and professionalism. The staff is employed not contracted and they are such a great group! They painted my exterior of home in summer of 2021. We had a water leak on Jan 1, 2022 and that is already fixed and repainted to perfection. They have literally painted almost every surface inside and outside my home! You cannot go wrong in choosing this company!!!

    We had a 5-star experience from beginning to end with the refinishing of our golden oak kitchen cabinets. Chase met with us promptly after our first call, and our project was carried out in a timely fashion from beginning to end. Sergio was the lead painter and he was very knowledgeable and careful. Our home was protected completely and any small issue we may have had was always addressed with care and precision.     We recently hired Major Painting to repaint a couple of Bathrooms and repair and re-paint part of our office area in the home. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Chase was great as the project manager. He visited our home and provided us with an extremely reasonable estimate. In fact I was very very surprised at the cost for the entire project. Ask for Terry for your painter if you can. He was the painter assigned to us, and he was amazing, super efficient, had the project complete in less than a day and it looks amazing. They even did the color match for us in the office since we had no original paint and wanted the same color for the completed repair.     They repainted bathroom vanities that we were unhappy with and we were so impressed with the professionalism of Chase and the paint crew, that we have used them on 2 other jobs as well.     This is a very professional painting service. Chase and the different crews that came to work on the house were all excellent to work with and would stop and take time to discuss work, paint, etc. We had extensive trim work due to rotting and they explained options as different issues appeared and then fixed the different wood work issues in a professional way. Communication was excellent throughout the process and Chase was always responsive to emails and texts. The wood rot repair, pressure washing, taping and eventually painting was all done very well and the result is a great looking house. The cost was competitive as we had five bids on the work, they were not the top and not the bottom but in the middle. If you like responsive contractors you will like this company. They did so well with our house we told friends and they are using Major Painting for their house too!

    Josh and Dylan of Major Painters were professional, respectful, detailed and careful. They had to paint around a lot of wood work and there were no -absolutely no - stray drips or streaking on the wood. They protected the floor as well. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Importantly, they asked me repeatedly though out the four days if the work met my expectations The quality of painting is excellent.     Recently my husband and I purchased a home that was in need of a major renovation including extensive interior painting. Major Painting was recommended to us be a close friend and even though their bid came in slightly higher than others we had received, it was a no brainer to choose them for our project - we wanted the best! We are very particular and pay close attention to detail when it comes to the work contractors have completed throughout our remodeling process - many projects had to be re-started because they were more completed to our standards, however we had nothing to worry about with Major Painting. Chase and his team were exceptionally detail oriented, thorough and prompt throughout our entire remodeling process. They were extremely easy to communicate with and responsive to any of our questions, concerns or ideas. The scope of work completed included painting of our trim, crown molding, kitchen cabinets, built in cabinets, walls, ceilings, plantation shutters, doors, etc. which totaled out to be more than 300+ hours of work, all of which was competed in a timely fashion with no detail overlooked. The team showed up everyday they were scheduled and were all very friendly. We are extremely happy with outcome of the work and will absolutely recommend and use Major Painting in the future!

    Major Painting is awesome. We had them paint our exterior last summer and interior this winter. Outside they repaired wood rot and other issues as well as painting. Indoors they repaired some significant cracks and matched our textured walls so well youd never know there was a patch. Chase DeRousse and the staff at Major did an absolutely phenomenal job with the entire project. Those might seem to be basic expected aspects of doing business, but theyre not. I sub-contract a lot of work in my business; Major Painting is the gold standard as far as Im concerned.     Chase and his crew did an amazing job. Had a company years ago that did not stand behind their work so called Major Painting. They came out and looked at the steel siding, had Sherwin Williams consultant come to house to verify product needed to make sure everything would adhere to siding. Crew showed up as expected, cleaned up everyday after each step, were pleasant to consult with each day, and at the end of the project made sure we were satisfied with their accomplishments.     We recently had our home painted by Major Painting. Their proposal was reasonable, which included repairing all wood rot, priming, and painting with premium paint and stain. In the process of prepping, the gutters were so badly damaged from last winters ice that they had to be replaced before they could proceed. They recommended a gutter company whose bid was reasonable and they were able to proceed immediately. The gutters were taken down and a truck showed up right away to haul off the old gutters. The timing on each part of the project was seamless. The project started on a Monday morning and was completed, including some additions, by Saturday at noon. The paint color was matched perfectly. A supervisor checked in daily, materials were always delivered as needed and the crew was efficient, neat and helpful.We can definitely recommend Major Painting! Job well done!!

    AMAZING company and an AMAZING paint job! Major Painting goes above and beyond to provide the most efficient pricing for the highest quality work. The customer service with the entire crew was the icing on top! Our home is 12 years old and had not been painted since the original. We knew that the job was going to be a huge undertaking since the back side of the house was so tall. Additionally we had a cupola on top of the roof along with a dormer window. I was impressed with the EXTENSIVE prepping. They caulked EVERY SINGLE nail hole, and EVERY SINGLE opening, gap, and corner of the siding. The windows were taped off perfectly and they were extra careful with our shrubs and bushes (even protecting a new birds nest upon my request). They not only took down all of the light fixtures but helped me to reassemble them when I chose to freshen them up with paint prior to being put back up. They were courteous with parking, aware of their surroundings and friendly too. They managed to make the enormous job look easy when it was obviously challenging. They had to enter 2 outside lanais from ladders in order to keep from entering our home. I have never had more fun hiring contractors. My husband and myself have built, and painted many homes on our own with our properties to flip so we are very thrifty. I can say that hiring Major Painting was worth every penny. They were a dream - I would recommend them to any homeowner or for any commercial job. I am including a few photos that just show the during stage. It is hard to see how high they actually had to work but hopefully this can provide an idea. You can see one painter painting the cupola in one of the photos.

    We just had most of our main floor repainted with Major Painting, including cabinets sprayed, and window trim and baseboards re-painted. We had them paint the exterior of our home this summer, and they were so reliable and detailed, that we decided to get a quote for the inside of the house as well. We had always painted smaller projects ourselves, or hired guys that painted on the side type of thing in order to save money. Little did I know what I have been missing all these years. Again, Major painting was on time everyday, left a clean workspace, and delivered as promised just like on the exterior of my home. But I never realized the prep work that can be done on walls, trim, etc. to make your house look brand new with a coat or 2 of paint!     From the top down Major Painting is fantastic. Chase followed up every step of the way to make sure everything was going smoothly. The crew they sent out was incredible. As a lead facilities tech I can tell some horror stories of vendors weve had to deal with, but this crew was on point every step of the way. Their attention to detail, communication of problems and progress, and finally their politeness, not only with me but all of the associates of our facility.
