    We chose Karin to reimagine our dated kitchen. The result is absolutely stunning! The process was smooth overall, with just a few minor hiccups that are to be expected. The quality and craftsmanship are superb. Their professional installer, Bob, did the entire job, kept an impeccable jobsite and went above and beyond. He was truly wonderful to work with.     We just finished our Master Bath remodel with Karin Ross Designs and could not be any happier with the results and experience. Our situation was a little different in that we needed immediate repairs due to significate water damage and continued leaking in our shower. After contacting 3 different companies - Karin was the only one to respond timely, came out the very next day, and got us an estimate within 24hrs that was very reasonable. From start to finish Karin Ross Designs has delivered on everything that was promised and our new Master Bathroom is everything we envisioned it to be.

    We recently finished a kitchen remodel with Karin Ross Designs. Working with Karin and Nick was a very seamless experience from the design all the way through the construction and finishing touches.     We used Karin Ross Design Company two years ago for our kitchen remodel! It is truly a designer kitchen!We just recently used them again for our master bathroom remodel.     The KRD team made our dream kitchen come to life! The experience of the design sessions to the care in our home throughout the construction process was exceptional. The crew that was in our home day in and day out was amazing! The craftsmanship, care and dedication was observed daily. There was clean up every night and frequent updates on progress. They were timely, knowledgeable and meticulous.

    Karin Ross and her team were amazing from start to finish. We had them redo our fireplace and bathroom. I showed Karin a few pics of what I wanted and she delivered better than I could imagine. She was upfront and honest and gave me great feedback on what would work with what we currently have. She kept us in the loop each week and let us know what was going on. We last minute added on redoing our bathroom floors and they were more than willing to accommodate. We told Karin what our price range was and she gave us options within our budget. The craftsmen also were amazing, everyday the were on time, told us what was on the agenda, cleaned up after themselves (yes there was dust but it’s a demo of course there will be some... but it didn’t look like a mess), was nice to my dog (who can be annoying), and overall great people! We will be redoing our kitchen soon and I can’t wait to start that with them! I’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you KRoss! You’re team is amazing!

    Karin and her team were a dream to work with for our ground floor remodel! From the very beginning, the process was streamlined, convenient, and tailored to what we needed, and Karin helped us translate our vision for our house into reality. One of the reasons we wanted to work with a designer was because our house aesthetic is a little off the beaten track, and Karin was invaluable in sourcing materials and options that would match the kind of design we loved, along with anchoring our ideas into a cohesive whole that now makes the entire house flow. The actual remodeling process was quick and smooth, with a team that paid a lot of attention to detail and did an immaculate job. (One thing that was super lovely was that the team kept the worksite extremely tidy, which is a big help with kids and pets!) Having Karin work hand-in-glove with the remodeling team made the entire renovation process seamless and ultra-convenient. We are blown away with our renovation and how flawless our ground floor looks now; we’d use Karin again in a heartbeat!

    Karin Ross Designs has been fantastic to work with. From our first meeting when Karin and Nick came to the house and we talked through what we were thinking, to selection of the design that Karin created for us, to the item selection (tile, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.), everything was well thought out and coordinated. Karin and Nick took care of everything: coordinating plumbing, electrical, roofers, windows, carpet, ordering everything we needed for the project, etc. The guys (Jerry, Johnny, and Tony) that did the majority of the work on the house were extremely professional, friendly and focused on the work at hand. They were here every day at 8 AM. If we had any questions, concerns or requests, Karin was very accommodating, and the guys on site would take action.We had two projects in one. The smaller project involved remodeling a hall bath, while keeping the existing footprint of the room. It turned out great! The larger project involved removing and adding walls and windows, completely reconfiguring plumbing, electrical and air to reimagine our master suite. The end result was way better than we couldve ever envisioned ourselves. It was Karins vision that we fell in love with and what we now have the pleasure of living in. Its awesome. We highly recommend Karin Ross Designs for your next home project.

    We used Karin Ross Designs for our complete kitchen remodel, bar addition, and refacing of our fireplace. From start to finish we received fantastic service with superior communication. From the first inquiry we sent to Karin Ross Designs, we received a response nearly immediately, despite it being well outside of business hours. Karin was prompt in meeting with us to discuss our needs and budget. She was able to feed of our personal style and needs, to create a beautiful, functional space. She found the perfect balance of glam and everyday feel for our spaces. I love the glam, but have 3 teenage boys. Karin knew exactly how to combine materials to create comfortable, but stunning spaces in our home.Karin took as much time with us as needed to discuss each and every detail of our kitchen. Every cabinet was designed with our personal use in mind to make the space function as efficiently as possible. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of each item we wanted in our kitchen. Because she is a consummate professional, with a full understanding of the current trends and materials available, her industry insight was indispensable. Before the first day of demo she spent countless hours with us to make sure we had a plan in place that exceeded our initial expectations. Our meetings were always productive and she stayed organized and had already pulled several samples of products she thought we might be interested in prior to our arrival.Once on sight, the crew was on time each day, respectful of our home, and worked diligently, paying attention to even the smallest details throughout the project. The construction area was cleaned up as much as possible each day, with trash disposed of, scrap materials removed, floors swept as needed, tools put away, etc. During particularly messy periods of work, or those with heavy fumes, they secured the job site with plastic to eliminate contamination to other areas of the home.As work continued, Karin maintained excellent communication - responding quickly to texts and phone calls, as well as continuing to make herself for additional meetings as needed.While Ive yet to have any construction project be 100% smooth sailing, Karin was quick to tend to minor changes that needed to be addressed as the project progressed. She handled them with immediate attention, providing multiple options for us to choose from, and working quickly to have them implemented.As we went through the planning process and made our selections, she had the foresight to place material orders, so we didnt have delays during construction waiting for supplies to arrive. For some items that were still experiencing delays due to Covid and its supply chain disruption, she advocated relentlessly for us and was able to expedite even when it seemed impossible.Karin has a true talent for design and works tirelessly for her customers to make sure they have a space that reflects their personalities, as well as functions beautifully. Her customer service and knowledge of the industry is second to none.
