We could not have asked for a better company to build our cover for our 5th wheel. The driveway going from the house had to be built as it was just our yard. Ivan knew what we wanted, made recommendations, listened to our feedback and went to work for US. We also had a building that he extended for us to make sure other equipment was covered. Prices were well within reason, Communication was exceptional and time frame of spot on. We will continue to use him for all of our construction needs. THANKS AGAIN TO YOU AND YOUR CREW... I started working with Southern contracting at the beginning of 2024. I also contacted other local companies for a price to construct a new workshop/garage at my home in Lebanon. Southern was not the lowest estimate, but as I started reviewing all the bids, Southern was most detailed, easiest to work with and provided me a better price for the entire job. Now my project which started in September is nearly complete , just waiting for guttering. The work all met or exceeded my expectations and never once did I ever hear anything about any request that was always answered with “Can Do“. i was excited to see the work begin but, the finished product is a masterpiece and more than I could have ever asked for. Southern Contracting met or exceeded all my expectations and was always a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them for any construction project. Thank you Southern Contracting, Ivan and his crew for a job well done, start to finish.

I can NOT speak highly enough about the professionalism, kindness and timeliness of Ivan. He had a dumpster for me in under an hour, and put it exactly where I wanted it. He was very flexible with me through the holiday and made sure he fixed the yard even though it was super muddy when he dropped off to us and there were 2 tiny ruts that were NOT his fault. If you need a dumpster for demo, junk removal, whatever your needs may be I highly, highly suggest Southern Contracting.

I spent weeks trying to get a company that would build a porch addition to our house. Every one I reached out failed to even give estimates. I like you, found Ivan’s company in google and believe me the 5 stars are legit. A true professional crew. From the first visit for our estimate, to the last day when the job was completed we only have praises for this company. Ivan at Southern Contracting did a great job on our road. He cleared out the ditches that were heavily overgrown and reshaped them. Shaped the road for better run off and then had 6 loads of base rock delivered. He then spread and compacted the gravel. Ivan shows up when he says he will. This is a hard working, honest, polite business owner that knows what he is doing and gets the job done on time. I will also add that he is an American Veteran that has my Thank you for your service.

100% satisfied! Repeat customer for life.I wanted a chain link fence with multiple, different sized gates installed around an oddly shaped piece of my yard, which is on a slope and the ground is pretty rocky. I called Ivan, who is probably the most polite person Ive ever met, to come give me an estimate. His prices were fair, and they got the fence installed perfectly. Im so pleased with my experience that Im hiring them again for a larger, agricultural fencing project and plan to keep this company as my go-to contractor for other things that come up.

Ivan and John are great contractors. I called them while still living out of state for an estimate. They were quick to get that estimate done and check back with me. They knew my time constraints and worked with me on that and got it done when I needed it. They were considerate of our needs and pets when making the fence. They completed the fence in just a few days and it was no small task as the property is nearly half an acre.We were highly impressed with their work ethic. They showed up early and left late. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others. You will not regret hiring Southern Contracting.

Built outdoor garage. It was timely and great communication on parts and materials as the delivery of items was slow due to the covid pandemic. The building is fantastic! The customer service was excellent. Ivan always made us feel like we were the priority and that we could call with any concern question and change we wanted. His professional suggestions on aesthetics really made the building have character and more than just an outdoor building. We cant wait to work with him again on our next project!

What a wonderful experience. I got ahold of Ivan a couple months prior to closing on the house to bid a fence job. I was moving from Florida. He continued to follow up through out the process and when I finally closed on the home he was there ready for me immediately. He pulled through even though we had negative temperatures outside and a foot of snow on the ground. Hire this guy and you won’t be disappointed! Hard worker with great values.

The area was not level and it required and installation of retaining walls and gravel pad. Ivan shows up on time and completes the project as stated in his bid.
