Its unfair that I am not allowed to leave a hundred reviews.. This company has been to bat for me so many times I cant count! I have been calling them for many years, they are always punctual, honest and CORRECT.. They dont rake you over the coals and they watch your dollars like it was their own. They are by far a top choice for plumbers in the area. An example- Your clients have inherited the property and everyone and their brother has been out to try and find the septic tank.. So you call the local plumber and he locates it for you.. in about 5 minutes... turns out it was a lagoon. Call the pros, these folks know how to get it done... DO NOT waste another minute hunting for the good guys, you already found them.

After the last cold snap, our family was left with pipes frozen and then 4 broken spots. They were swamped with business and emergency calls but worked quickly to address our issues and get our water back on. They went above and beyond. We weren’t left with any hidden fees. This company is exceptional and highly recommended in the Lebanon/Eldridge area!

We have used Eric for many years think hes been plumbing in Lebanon area 30 years. He is fast and knowledgeable, great with the backhoe and will crawl under some pretty tight and dirty places to get the job done. James has helped us too and does a really great job. The office girl is sweet and is helpful in getting our requests through. The prices are good even seems too low sometimes, especially our emergency situations.

I had called a different plumbing service here in town and they just never showed up so I ended up calling Laclede Plumbing. They were out within 1 hour. Not only was the plumber friendly but he immediately started working on my issues. He was done in a hour and a half. Great price and service and I would strongly recommend this company!

Erick and his team are amazing. Our water heater went out and in just an hours time they got back to us and were at our home to see what could be done to fix it. The water heater was older (13 years) and even though it probably needed to be replaced they offered to fix whatever was wrong with it. They let us come to a decision to replace the water heater with no pressure. They ordered the water heater and had it installed the very next morning. They are totally impressed with their workmanship. If I ever have a plumbing problem, they are who I will be calling. Signed Kelly and Tim Kirby.

I called them up and a couple hours later they worked me in to clean out my drain pipe at a great value. It was backing up into the basement and making my house smelly. Smells gone and its not backing up. Super great team 👍👍 Thank you,!! Call them.

Amazing job and a fast worker. Not sure why hes a plumber because he definitely could have made it as a comedian but I guess youve got to get your stories from somewhere and Id say he definitely got one here. He not only came out late in the evening to thaw the pipes to a part of the rental Im in but also fixed a busted pipe that lead to the source of the smell I couldnt seem to get out of the house and then removed it for me. Im sure you arrived the conclusion that there was a dead critter in my wall but if not, mystery solved. He was very professional and great to talk to.
