    Scott came out on Thursday and gave me the bad news about my heat pump. Shain came out the next day, Friday, explained how things would be replaced, etc. Corey called Friday afternoon, confirmed the price and my heat pump was replaced the following Tuesday! Talk about excellent service! Everyone I dealt with was super nice and professional. The price was excellent, and Shain is a total asset to this company! He is so knowledgable, friendly, courteous and professional. Ive been a customer for 20 years, will continue to be and recommend them to anyone! Thank you for helping me and your awesome service!

    We were able to get a technician out within 48hrs when our heat pump quit in the middle of a bad heat wave. Scott came out, saw we were froze up, gave us instructions on how to unfreeze, and then came back to look at it and complete the recharge needed. He even brought puppy treats for our 5 dogs. They give him 5 paws for sure!

    Outstanding Customer Service! Our feline friend managed to infiltrate our HVAC system, and after being rejected by seven other companies, I reached out to Servco. Speaking with their department manager, I explained our unique predicament and the previous rejections from other HVAC companies. Without hesitation, he asked, When would you like us to be their? Within an hour, Zach and David arrived at our home, dedicating several hours to coax my cat out of the HVAC system - a feat they accomplished successfully.My family and our beloved cat, Milo, will forever appreciate the compassion and exceptional service provided by Zach, David, and the entire Servco team. 🐈❤️

    Amazing customer service. I had my furnace stop working last night. Called a different local repair service who had to call me back to see when I could get assistance. Was waiting for 2 hours. My neighbors toilet was needing repair so the Servco truck was parked in driveway and I decided to walk over to see about Servco number and David offered to come check out my heating situation! Fixed it real quick. No reason to wait for the other guys! Thanks so much David and Servco!

    I was incorrect in my previous review, and blamed servco for something they did not do (overcharge for uhaul). They were nice and pointed out my error. Other than me being dumb and understanding what was going on, the rental was fine :)

    Corey Erickson of Servco came to Salem from Lebanon. He diagnosed our faucet problem, repaired it and charged very little. He was on time, professional, pleasant and we will continue to use him. I recommend him highly. You will be pleased.

    Cory came and replaced my water heater back in October. He was so nice even thoughI was so angry this was going to cost the money I had saved for vacation. Servco let me pay it in two parts. I lost my mom in December and my world turned upside down and they held out until I could get the money together....I am very grateful for their patience and understanding through this time.

    A friend referred me to Servco. They were fast & efficient. The Servco crew cleared up my issues in just a couple of hours. They used a camera to identify the issue then ran a hydro jet to clear the clog.

    Scott was friendly and efficient and careful maneuvering his equipment throughout our home. He was very helpful explaining how our furnace duct system works before he cleaned them. And we liked the fact that he was meticulous and tidy.

    I go here for the storage yard. Price is VERY good. I think we pay 55 or 65 a month. And that is a great price for the lot. When calling other places and they want to charge like 130 and 16 a month. Yikes. But this place has a high security electrified fence. It has a great open lot. Its a little tight trying to get your RV in there. But if you are comfortable with your backing skills. It is a great deal and our 25 footer fits in there nicely. Highly reccomend if you are looking for a lower price spot to park stuff.

    I had Servco remove and install new dishwasher and refrigerator this morning. Zack was fantastic. He called prior to arriving and was very punctual. Zack did a great job with the appliances and was very professional. This was another great experience with Servco.

    I had a toilet emergency during a flood while all the rest of the area’s plumbers were busy. I only had 1 toilet and a family of 4. Corey was able to fit me in between his crazy schedule. He was awesome quick and efficient. The price is fair for the job as well. He didn’t have time and he still made time for us! Thank you sooo much!
