    2 young gentlemen helped retrieve my bundle of keys from an unused but open gutter drain where I had unbelievably dropped them. I could not see or feel the keys myself and probably made the situation worse attempting to retrieve them with a flexible extension arm with a magnet. They used a snake with a camera and located the keys and got them for me. All of this on a Friday night! They then covered the unused drain so that it won’t happen again! Thank you to these young men!

    We had a main water line bust and Tyler came out the next day looked and everything and gave me a quote. The very next day he was back and started on the line digging it up. There came a thunderstorm coming in so he got the line replaced and the city put a new meter in. He had to come back the next day to finish up because of the storm but with in a hour he was done and new seed and straw was laid down for the grass to grow back.

    Sunday emergency call and I had a mess on my hands. Garbage disposal and trap pipe both dislodged and had water and garbage everywhere. Got a quick call back and Adam was at my house in 20 minutes. He assesses the situation gave 2 options and based on his experience I chose to have all of my pipes replaced and the disposal put back into place. Adam also had to run down to Depot for a part. All while telling me he still had 2 more calls to go. He quickly and neatly replace all of my bad parts, validated all was working as planned and off he went. This was at about 4;30 on a Sunday afternoon. I’m sure he wanted to get home but never complained or rushed. I had also contacted your competitor. I got a call an hour after it was already repaired. Adam did a great job!!

    Hired Rooter-Man for an inspection on a vacant lot I am purchasing in Hamilton county. They sent out Blake and I was very pleased with his service! Blake was punctual, very knowledgeable, and communicative. He explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and even gave me some advice as to how to proceed with an issue that came up, that would need to be addressed with the county. I would hire Rooter-Man again and recommend them to anyone needing septic services.

    I am really very happy with the service we have gotten from Rooter-Man Plumbing.My only issue is not contacting us if they are going to be late. However, the times that we have had to call them, it has been an unscheduled service call.They are always professional and courteous. I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable company!

    Able to fit me in same day! Appointment follow up was good! Knowledgeable regarding trade. Courteous and professional. After conversation found out that was able to do more than just drains does home improvement with bathrooms and plumbing so I believe he’s going to do some additional plumbing or put in an additional black room for me. Great personality would definitely recommend him and anyone home. I felt comfortable the whole time.

    Fantastic. They worked with my schedule. They were very thorough and making sure that all the sludge was pumped out of the tank. They also inspected the tank to make sure it was operating properly. once they were finished they spent extra time making sure that the top was on properly and closed, I would definitely recommend them

    Adam was amazing - we requested a routine septic tank clean out and were able to get next day service. Adam did a very thorough job, even though it wasnt his specialty, and completely educated us about our 50+ year old system. It seems that most septic cleaners only pump out the liquids on top without getting the sludge/solids below, and charge the same amount! Would request Adam for any repair work! (The reason for 4 stars is my husband felt he wasnt as prepared as he could have been - he needed to borrow our hose, our flashlight, and left some junk on the driveway, which was easily cleaned off).

    Called at 3:00 pm. Truck arrived at 6:30 same night. Truck was clean. Adam was very professional and hand dug both lids. Cleaned tank and was gone in an hour and a half. Will diffenatly tell everyone on our street Rooter-Man is who you want to pump your @#$%. Very satisfied

    I called for a clean out maintenance, of my septic tank and they were able to fit me in that day. Seth, Adam and Bobby were all very polite and accommodating. They called and emailed when they were on the way. Bobby helped me figure out how to replace the tank cover that had been broken as well. Id recommend Rooter man.

    The guys showed up in the time given, they even called before hand to let us know they were headed out our way. They were also more than willing to answer questions without acting like we were bothering them. They were down to earth, straight forward all the while being professional... Also being we did not know the location of the septic because it doesnt have a riser, they gave us an estimated cost from just pumping the septic and also the high side to dig, pump, inspect and to add a riser... All without being pushy to get the job, and that part we like...

    Rooter Man came out to solve our drains backing up. They came quickly and diagnosed that our septic tank was likely full. They located my tank, which I had no idea about, and told me they would need to dig up the tank for access in order to see the state of it.They dug it up with a machine, pumped my tank with their pump truck, and showed me that the pipes coming in and out were blocked with waste. They cleared the pipes to and from the tank. They put green risers on my tank lid to give access to pump it without needing to dig it up in the future. I had no idea I was even on septic, and now I know I have to pump it every 3-5 years.They showed me there were roots grown inside of our field lines and explained that we would back up again if it wasnt fixed. They offered us different possible solutions and I went with a repair as it was the cheaper option. They explained it was not a guaranteed solution as there might not be any good pipe. They dug up the field lines and attempted a repair. Fortunately, they found good pipe, and we only lost about 10 to 15 feet of field lines.They were very transparent, communicative, and professional. We are so happy and relieved to be able to use our facilities again after them being down almost the whole day. They even left our yard looking decent for how muddy and wet it was after the rain! I cant recommend Rooter Man enough!

    We highly recommend Rooter-Man and specifically Adam near the Mt Juliet area. Adam was extremely professional, honest, and a hard worker. Adam came out and not only performed professionally, he exceeded expectations to the point where he is now our first-choice option when anything arises. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, clear - he explains everything, uses cameras and pictures as needed to make findings understandable, has upfront, competitive pricing, and has never tried to upsale or push services. Having always had sewer service, buying into an LPP Septic system has meant a learning curve for us, and rather than take advantage of that for profit, Adam has been more of a teaching partner, helping us understand how to manage and care for our system rather than to remain some dependent customer. I compared Adam’s service and cost to other companies in the area and found overpricing and lack of experience with other vendors. Adam is completely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and septic systems and his work is done properly and at a fair and reasonable cost.I would highly recommend him.

    Adam was quick to reply to a request for an estimate. Came out to our house after a full day of work to inspect and explain the process of renewing and relocating our aging septic tank. He gave the steps it would take, the concerns we might encounter, the time it would take and an estimated cost of various size tanks. He seemed very knowledgeable and easy going.
