MSI Plumbing & Remodeling did an awesome job on my remodeled bathroom. I absolutely love it! Chris M and Jason were here every day, on time and worked continuously all day. Brad helped continuously throughout the job with his advice and suggestions. He and Melissa were always available by phone when I needed them. Brad put me in touch with tile and plumbing fixture people who helped me make elegant choices at reasonable prices. From start to finish the entire experience was wonderful!

First, let me say, MSI is a very professional service company! My hot water heater broke. I was given a very reasonable price quickly. I gave them the ok on Thursday afternoon and they were completed by Friday noon!Pete and Zack were terrific! They were both very experienced. They worked neat and quickly!The front office is led by Melissa. Melissa is also very experienced and very professional!Everyone was also extremely nice, which is great to see in these crazy times!I highly recommend MSI!

Nothing I write here would do justice to the level of service and care we received from MSI. From start to finish, the communication and the product were incredible. If a career in plumbing doesnt work out, Melissa would make bank as a therapist. She handled my inane ramblings regarding the latest disaster to strike the house with grace and thoughtfulness. She worked through each issue systematically, helping us quickly get on their busy schedule. Rich, who also had an award-winning temperament, deftly handled our situation with precision and confidence. It was a complicated job, but by the time it was all done, not only was everything perfectly working, it was put back together in such a way that you never would have known they were even there (which is saying something, given the amount of digging that occured and the location of that digging). True mastery of craft and planning! I might add that Rich and MSI were also fair. When we encountered some unforeseen circumstances, I thought for sure we were in for it. Rich made a dozen calls with a variety of professionals, talked through the issue with me, and in the end, an issue that I thought would have added weeks to our timeline was resolved within a day.As a needy customer, I know full well Im demanding and a lot to handle. MSI never made me feel like a bother. They went above and beyond the call of duty, treating our home as if it were theirs. Really, truly, extremely grateful. THANK YOU TO MSI!

MSI remodeled our guest bathroom and it turned out better than we thought possible!!! In the past, we have used MSI for various plumbing repairs and this was the first time we used them for a remodeling project. The quality of the work was absolutely exceptional (we inadvertently chose a difficult tile to install, sorry Adam). They were very respectful of our house, took precautions to minimize the mess and cleaned up nicely when the job was done (and Im a neat freak). Now I keep going into the new bathroom just to look at it....

Call them!! Working with MSI is honestly better than having a friend in the business. There’s no reason to ever call anyone else. I trust them completely to get the job done right. Melissa is endlessly helpful with scheduling, diligent about follow-up, and a delight to chat with. Their excellent technicians have been to my late 1970s house several times, fixing or upgrading large & small plumbing issues. They are always prompt, friendly, courteous, efficient, thorough, clean, respectful of home & property. There are never any surprises… a quote is as good as final. I most recently needed to replace a broken exterior cast iron septic drain pipe. My home warranty company could find no one to do this work, but MSI was there for me with the right resources and a reasonable quote. Excavator Bill, along with plumbers Bill and Pete, did an outstanding job! Not only in replacing / improving the entire drain system, but going several extra miles, including cement reinforcement of both end connections to ensure the pipe will not shift again. A friend who was here to observe said simply, “They know what they’re doing.” Landscape disturbance was minimal, restoration excellent, all work completed in less than a full day. I couldn’t be happier!

Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. They were neat (cleaned up, hung drapes back up, etc) and fixed all the little things they found along the way. My great experiences with MSI happen before anyone even gets to my door: the receptionist (Melissa) is spectacular and made me feel like my problem mattered personally to her. She’s comforting and understanding, and even though I’m a millenial and don’t call anyone ever, I’m never worried about calling MSI at all (not going to lie, I kind of look forward to it!). This most recent time (for plumbing) Roy and Matt showed up exactly on time and were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reassuring. Before this, Zack came to look at my HVAC and was the same way! They really do hire the best. PLUS they don’t make you feel like an idiot for calling them; they never condescend or belittle, and are always willing to educate. CHOOSE MSI!! You will not be disappointed!! As a side note, they have automated text alerts and reminders which are super convenient too!

We hired MSI to correct/finish our Jado sink faucet that needed work. From the very outset, Melissa-who was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable connected us with the correct replacement parts for our Jado faucet, we were already in good hands.( Omg!....they do make parts for our sink!!! )(Prior plumber said no parts were available for our faucet... Just replace it entirely...ugh!)The arrival ace team, namely, Matt and Roy were just awesome! Very experienced and thorough and communicative. They stop and tell you what they are doing and why...unbelievable. We now have running water in our sink and our vanity is correctly attached to the wall. Nice guys!!Great job! Importantly from the very initial point of contact, Melissa, to the finished work culminating in hot and cold running water....awesome job. Thanks to all at MSI Plumbing and Heating. The water is now running and we did not have to replace and purchase a new one!!!!RH

I had several issues at home with a leaky bathtub and also a badly clogged kitchen sink .... I desperately needed help.I called MSI remodeling and plumbing service based on the great reviews on Google’s website and MSI did not disappoint.... infact they were more wonderful and better than I expected.Firstly Melissa understood the urgency and immediately scheduled her team to come to my house the next day.Roy and Pete were the two gentlemen who helped me and fixed the issues .... they were professional, efficient and extremely good & knowledgeable at what they do. One very important point that I want to make is that I have used several different plumbing companies in the past 12 years I have lived in my home and MSI plumbing service has proven to be the best!I have had the same leaky bathtub issue before and used a different plumbing company 1 1/2 year ago. The problem was fixed at that time but the issue soon came back.Roy and Pete opened an entry door/panel in the wall to look at the water pipes to find out what is causing the leak with the bathtub and was extremely detail orientated which I appreciated (and by the way the previous plumbing company did not do).They helped me with the various issues and also checked the water hardness and acidic level. All in all, I am so glad that I used MSI plumbing service as it is hard to find good tradesmen who are reliable and does a great job!Thank you Roy & Pete!

Id like to give a Shout Out first to Melissa. Over the past few years, Ive had the pleasure of getting to know her each time Ive called. Shes always very pleasant and engaging and relays your needs quickly and thoroughly to the staff at MSI. My call this time was for help with hook-ups to my washer and dryer. Home Depots delivery & install. team said there seemed to be a problem with both the gas dryer & washer hook-ups so they couldnt install them until remedied. I immediately called MSI and Zack and Corey came out the very same day. They replaced a worn out gas shut-off valve (that was potentially dangerous) to the dryer and thoroughly cleaned & inspected the washer boiler drains and hose caps. I cannot say enough about their quality of work and professionalism. Zack and Corey are a great team! They even came back out (free of charge) a few days later to help me re-ignite the pilot light in the family room fireplace, because my husband and I couldnt get it to work. I highly recommend MSI for any home plumbing, heating & AC, remodeling needs.

We run a farm animal rescue and have 2 small kids. And we had been essentially without water (especially hot water) for several days. I called several plumbers and no one was able to help. However, when I called MSI, they acted immediately. Melissa was very empathetic and moved schedules around to help us. Roy, Jake, Chris and Pete came and replaced our water tank and surrounding pipes. moved our water filter and flushed our boiler. The service was quick, the repairs were quality and we have water pressure for the first time since we bought our house a year ago. We will be customers for life. Thank you, MSI for helping us!

Very professional team from the office staff, Melissa, to the supervisor, Rich and the installation crew. They have handled all my plumbing needs for over 20 years, and always do a great job!

Msi was great. Brad was even better. He walked through all the steps and answered all our questions. His staff was extremely helpful especially when there was some confusion. They were exceptional in explaining things and did everything they could do to the best of their abilities to resolve any issue even when there wasn’t any. We had many bad experiences with contractors and can be on the defense with things and found this to be a wonderful change. This company will walk you though the steps and help keep you informed and continue to inform you with exceptional professionalism. I love these guys and plan on using them for future projects. We had a water leak through our ceiling. I emailed Brad Howell to get an estimate for the repairs. He responded quickly and came out to assess the damage. Within a week MSI had scheduled our repairs. Couldnt be happier with MSI! When Rich came to quote the job he was very professional and upfront with everything that needed to be done on our bathroom renovation. We were adding a laundry room upstairs as well and we had a specific timeline on moving in that hinged on this all getting done. MSI kept us on track and did all the work in a timely manner. Cory was onsite with Pete to do the rough work and they also were great. Corey saw us through to the end making sure we were satisfied. Anytime I called or texted Rich he always picked up or responded quickly to any question I had. Renovation is stressful but MSI made the plumbing aspect easy, stress-free - not easy on a 100+ year old home!

Chris M. was the lead professional on the remodeling of both out kitchen and half bath/powder room. He was primarily responsible for the demolition of both rooms as well as implementing the process of remodeling these rooms. He was capable and thorough in plumbing, electrical work and installing tile. He arrived on time at 7:30 each morning and worked tirelessly until the end of his shift. I was particularly pleased with his efforts to treat out property as if it were his. He took extra time and effort to maintain a high degree of cleanliness in all he did. He frequently communicated with the homeowners making sure he was proceeding as they desired. The most impressive positive about Chris was that on several occasions the materials that were purchased were not exactly as envisioned and/or there was something wrong with some materials delivered by vendors. He was quick to evaluate the shortcomings, discuss possible courses of action to address these problems and, thinking on his feet and relying on his professional knowledge, was able to create and implement an alternate solution and the use of other materials to create a solution to the challenge. I highly endorse Chris as an exemplary craftsman.

We had a leak in a 3 inch copper waste pipe. Corey and Peter came out and evaluated the problem and advised us that a section had to be removed and replaced with PVC. Corey gave us up-front pricing right off a standard rate schedule so we knew right at the beginning what the charges would be. He and Peter completed the job in a short time and left the work area in completely clean condition. Very happy with their work and friendly demeanor. Shout out to Melissa as well, the dispatcher, who was very flexible in scheduling the work.

Jason and Chris did a great job fixing a leak in the kitchen of my condo... Finding the source of the problem wasnt easy and thanks to them the problem was solved before it became a disaster. They kept me informed and explained things in a way that I could understand. They always showed up on time and left my place spotless. Totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. Also, very considerate of my pets and always asked to be sure the cats were put away so that they wouldnt escape.p.s. there were other guys on the job, I believe one was Roy but Im sorry I dont remember the other names. My wife and I are in the midst of a major kitchen remodel that has required significant relocation of plumbing and a new gas line. The guys were here promptly at 8 am every morning and they cleaned up after each days work. Corey is an excellent plumber AND a very patient teacher for the young apprentices that accompanied him on the job. The apprentices, Zach and Pete were hard working, eager to learn and very nice guys. I would like to point out specifically, however, that Ive never met a young person that was as respectful as Pete was. When introduced to me, he took his hat off (out of respect) and shook my hand. He did the same with my wife. This is very rare with todays young people and Im sure that his parents are very proud of him. All in all, I have been very pleased with the personal nature of the crew and the quality of work done. The price/value was fair and I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend MSI Plumbing & Remodeling for any home improvement project requiring plumbing.

Just had a master bath/bedroom remodel done with MSi. I had the pleasure of working with Brad, Adam and Chris M. Brad (contractor) was great at coordinating the job, helping with ideas and dealing with the unexpected things that pop up all while remaining calm and just dealing with it. Adam and Chris M showed up early every morning and rarely stopped for anything, they are definitely hard workers. Adam built a beautifully tiled shower and took care of all the other details that lead up to the finished project.Chris M put down the flooring in both rooms( which looks amazing) and took care of various other detailed carpentry work. Thank you all for the job you did. Everyone at MSi was courteous and respectful of my property. Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving to the MSI group and customers.This morning I had MSI scheduled to check my water heater and pressure coming in due to my water heater pressure valve leaking.MSI had installed my water heater over 5 years ago so I had spoken to Melissa about the issue and she had me spoke to Rich about the issue.He narrowed it down to possibly being the pressure relief valve.His expertise and experience was awesome in explaining the issue and then we made an appointment afterwards.Melissa was also very helpful and sincere at my situation.When Kurt and Rich should up earlier then I expected due to a cancellation,Kurt was professional and courteous on asking the issue and then coming in to start the diagnosing issue by checking water pressure coming in and then going to water heater pressure relief valve.Rich and Kurt diagnosed issue and replaced valve efficiently and quickly not leaving any mess.These 2 gentlemen along with Melissa, make customers feel great and happy for their awesome service at MSI.Ms Ann Thornton I would like to thank you too for such an awesome team and company.Thank you.Sandor Murguly

We recently had a renovation done of a bathroom in a 130 year old Victorian home. The bathroom was very small, and very difficult for two grown men to work in. But Chris and Tom were not only able to work efficiently, but they also were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a beautiful job. Chris, in particular, was very patient with us and kept us well informed. The project manager, Brad, worked well with us and checked in regularly on his team. I can highly recommend them for renovation projects.Jan 2025- Plumbing emergency developed, and I called another firm for help. After an hour with no call back, I called MSI. Live 24 hr call center lady was professional and helpful. On duty tech, Bill, called shortly after the call, and was onsite very quickly. He quickly assessed the problem, and kept me informed, as he handled the situation. The work was well done, and reasonable, especially considering it was an emergency. Bill saved the day!
