Had a wonderful experience! Daniel did a flush of the tankless water heater, and during an inspection found the vent piping was not properly glued in place or aligned. This resulted in water dripping on top of the control cabinet. He repaired the vent piping while he was here.Great service!

We had our water heater installed by them, and after a little while we noticed that the water was really not as hot as we wanted it to be. So we called them and asked them could they come out and raise the temperature. They sent a guy out right away and they raise the temperature and did not charge for the trip, these guys are the best

Without water for 3 days because the well pump wasnt working. Electricians said it was due to loss of continuity in the wiring between the pump and the pressure switch so they couldnt deal with it. Daniel and Aidan from L & B Plumbing solved the problem in 15 minutes! They were here within 3 hours of our call for service!Weve used other plumbers in the past. Never again. Well call L & B Plumbing for all of our plumbing, heating, and HVAC needs from here on out.

I had a chance to talk with Deb and she walked me through some diagnostics steps to rule out some items, then scheduled a visit. We got a range of times and a picture of our technician before he arrived. Once he arrived, he was able to diagnose and repair our unit. Great experience from start to finish!

Bo, the owner, came out and did the job of replacing the toilet in the master bathroom efficiently, repaired a place in the linoleum that had been there for years, cleaned up what little mess there was and hauled off the old john. He also removed the old washing machine hoses that were frozen on the faucets and put the new ones on too. Price was very reasonable, gave me the senior discount, explained the features on the new one. He was polite, friendly, informative. Hes now my go-to plumber for any future problems. I highly recommend him, his company, and the friendly lady who scheduled my service call.

L&B understood the frustration and need for immediate service when having water problems. I truly appreciate how quickly they were able to respond and how helpful they tech was. My girlfriend and I have definitely added them to the top of our list as everyone else we called such as Hiller just wanted to add us to a list and would not be able to get to us the same day. No water for days is not something we were willing to accept and L and B reacted to our needs. We received a message with who our tech would be including a picture which is very helpful and professional. He was also able to let us know he would be early and approximately what time he would be arriving. We didnt have to wait with a 4 to 6 hour window hoping they would make it. Thank you so much for actually providing customer service along with the plumbing service which is a rare find these days.

Tim and his guys are the absolute the best. I had been with out heat for the last 3 days when I made the call to him. After speaking with him, in a matter of minutes, the nice scheduling lady called and got me on the schedule same day. His guys came out to the house with in a couple hours and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. The guys were super polite and courteous and talked to me in a way that I could understand because I am no expert when it comes to HVAC. Tim and his crew are fantastic and it’s refreshing to know that there are guys out there like them to help and get things fixed without breaking the bank. 200 percent recommend these guys and will never use anyone else for my HVAC needs. I was shocked, since I already had a company that’s well known come out and look at my busted pipes and quote me a ridiculous price, while wanting to cut up my floor and leave behind an extra mess for me to pay.Corey quickly discovered the busted pipe, fixed it, and what was supposed to cost me$1400 with the other company only cost me $390 with L&B. I had what I thought was a stopped up toilet in a new bathroom I added on to the house that I use as an AirBnb. I called L & B Plumbing on a Monday and they came out that day. After spending a lot of time assessing and snaking the drains from all different parts of the house, they were able to determine that the work done by the contractor for the bathroom was not done properly and that more a repair will be needed to correct the contractors work. They kept me informed with each step of the work they were doing, took the time to explain it to me and showed me photos from the crawlspace. They charged me minimally for the time spent for what they did to assess the situation and put everything back to normal so I could still use the other bathroom in my house till the other repairs could be done. It was so easy to talk with Deborah in the office to schedule the work and she provided an estimate immediately and was able to schedule the new repairs within a few days. I felt confident in their abilities, was appreciative of their coming out the same day to help me with a stressful situation and schedule the new repairs within a few days.

This is the first time Ive used L & B plumbing. I had a rather difficult water heater installation. It required moving my washing machine before the water heater could be removed. L & B Plumbing arrived on time and quickly got the old water heater uninstalled and moved out of the way. They then installed the new water heater and moved everything back into place. Everything worked as expected. Everything was cleaned up after they finished. I will definitely be calling them again when I have plumbing needs.

I needed a professional to perform general maintenance on the houses sump pump. I found L & B Plumbing on-line, one of the ONLY plumbers who listed sump pump services, and via the on-line, I requested a service call. L & B Plumbing promptly called to schedule a service visit. Lacey and Moses were my technicians, who arrived within the schedule window, listened to what I needed done, diagnosed the problem, went above and beyond in terms of looking at the electrical the sump pump is connected to, determined the pump had blown out, likely due to one of the previous storm power outages, left to purchase a new sump pump, used the old one to match to a new one and keep the price in check, returned, installed the pump, made sure it was working and kept me apprised throughout the process. Both Lacey and Moses were professional, respectful, helpful and represented L & B Plumbing in the best possible way. I couldnt be more pleased with, not only their performance, but with the outcome, a working sump pump! HIGHLY recommend L & B Plumbing!!!!!!!
