    My heater service with Technician Austin Brown was very through and he provided excellent service. While performing the complete service, he noticed another issue needing replacement with the hot water heater. He took time to go over the problem and explain what needed to done. Pricing, and explaining financing ( if needed). I was very impressed with his knowledge, and such a nice person. I am hoping my next service appointment can be scheduled with him.Thank you

    Alec and Josiah were just great! They were polite, friendly and did a great job. They were here for 5 hours because some potentially serious problems came up when they double checked everything.     Bowman had installed our original system 20 years ago. When that system coded out, Bowman was quick to verify, advise and install a new system. The new system is a step-up from our older system (which heated the house well). Tore out and installed the new system in a day. Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Cleaned up the work area. If this system lasts as long as the other system with no issues I will be a very happy camper.

    Service employee Austin was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do. He gave me some recommendations after completing his inspection.     GF Bowman does all our plumbing work and has for over 20 years. Recently Robert Schaffner Jr came and did an install of 3 faucets as well as a new whole house water filter.     Recently, after purchasing a residential property, I called G.F. Bowman (A Certified AC& Heat Pump Company) and requested a visit in order to discuss the age & condition of the current AC. As I expected, the current unit needed to be replaced.The next step was a proposal with several options. After choosing the best option, we picked an installation date.On the installation day, Tyler Roth, the lead tech, introduced himself and went to work. I didn’t see much of Tyler & his assistant during the 3 days of the install. After the installation was completed, my wife & I were schooled on the system’s features & also the function of the new thermostat.Totally pleased with the operation & quietness of the new unit.Many thx to G.F. Bowman & Tyler for the professionalism & quality of workmanship throughout the installation project.If you are in need of a consultation concerning your AC or Heat Pump, be sure to reach out to G.F.     The process starting with the sales department, financing, and scheduling was smooth, and simple. The sales person arrived at our home within and hour of our original request. She provided three simple quotes which were easy to understand. She explained the financing options and communicated promptly throughout the whole process. Financing was a breeze and our installation was scheduled within days. The three person crew arrived promptly at their scheduled time. They worked very hard in less then ideal conditions in a very small, very hot crawl space to install our new central air unit. The installation crew was very efficient, respectful of our home and our space. They left our house cleaner then when they found it. We were very pleased and impressed with the entire process of replacing our broken central air system from start to finish. Bowman was not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive, we were impressed with their service and attention to detail as well as their financing options. Would highly recommend them again.

    Alec Countryman was thorough and professional. He checked the zone controller and found the problem. I don’t remember any other tech even looking at the zone controller. Anyway, he has to order the controller. I want him to be the tech who finishes the job. Before he left he made a work around so that we have at least one zone of heat!

    Five star crew all around at G.F. Bowman. First started with Kristie when I called about our boiler going out. Kristie was awesome as she was willing to bring us heaters out at no additional cost. Then Stephen who came out to give us an estimate. Last the crew of Andrew, Blaine & I believe Caleb who installed everything & got us heat back. Blaine kept me informed on everything that was going on step by step. When they were done Andrew explained the new unit in great detail. Also G.F. Bowman brought the crew out some candy for Halloween.

    Thanks to GF Bowman for making an emergency call to repair my toilet on a Saturday. A broken toilet water valve and a broken shut-off valve behind the toilet meant that I had to shut down the main water line into my house at 9:30pm on a Friday night. GF Bowman had a technician out by 8:30 Saturday morning and everything was repaired by 9:45. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, clearly explained all my options, and answered my many, many questions. Shout out to Rob Schaffner for the great work! I highly recommend this company.

    Woke up on Friday to an air conditioner running nonstop all night and the temperature just not coming down. Called most of the company’s in the area and no one could fit me in their schedule till Monday! But like most customers we want prompt service. I called GF Bowman and they had no issues fitting me into their schedule same day.When I heard the knock at my door and opened it- there stood a young man that looked to be one of my son’s friends ( in age). I said are you here to fix my air conditioning? He said, “ yes I am” I was shocked- he looked so young. But Stephen did an amazing job. He explained in detail, EVERYTHING!     When I need help with home maintenance, I am always hesitant to contact someone who I dont personally know, because Ive had some negative experiences in the past. I took a chance with GF Bowman because my personal contacts were limited for what I needed (new central air system installation). Im glad I did, because they were experienced, efficient, friendly, and above-all, professional. Thank you GF Bowman for hiring and training staff who are professional and friendly, yet not TOO friendly.     Superb service all around, from the initial contact with the front office staff to the service technician. Tech went out of his way to pick up replacement part in order to complete the work order. Turns out that the part provided was defective. New part was sourced and installed the next day without delay. As a backstop I was provided with a window ac unit, in case the part did not arrive. - Service of this caliber is hard to find today.

    Not sure what happen . Your men arrived on time . Now we just wanted service done, which they did ,but when they came in they started with a sales pitch before even looking at our systems l find that all they wanted to do was sell us very expensive equipment without first looking at our system. We never had this happen before and were a little taken back. The service men were friendly and courteous and the service we have had in the past has always been positive. We just felt this time it was more a sales call and not a service call.

    We developed a water leak in our newly installed tankless water heater. Gabriel came out the same day and found the source of the leak very quickly. The installers failed to put Teflon tape and pipe dope on the outlet fitting from the heater. He also found the the pvc piping that contains the drain water was just pushed together and not installed with the proper glue. A leak waiting to happen. Thanks to Gabriel we should have no further problems.

    Great experience from beginning to end. Called in and Stephanie got us set up quickly to have our furnace repaired. Donald was our technician and was really kind. Originally thought wed have to wait until Monday for the part to come in and offered to bring us space heaters from the office. While we were completing paperwork he got a call that they found a part in Middletown and off he went and had us up and running in no time.

    This was an easy and pleasant experience. William and Tyler are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely nice people. In a surprisingly short amount of time, they had the on demand hot water heater installed. They used their new process where they pre-fabbed much of the unit on the mounting board ahead of time in the shop. They started at 9am and were turning everything back on a little after noon. While settling up, we asked if they do toilets, and Will said they did, and he could install it that same day if we wanted. It was nice to see someone so anxious and willing to do work! He never hesitated to offer doing that right away, ordered the one we wanted, and got it installed in no time. Everything was cleaned up from both jobs and we were saying our thanks and good byes around 3:15pm. We will use Bowmans anytime we need something they can provide.

    Updated- management reached out and was able to clarify the issues as well as the payments and refunded me as needed.Initially called for a routine check up, was done with an estimated 2.4k fix. Declined as the system was working and it had no immediate issues... until after the servicemen left and proceeded to stop working as an ac unit. Called again with the caller stating it will be up the the servicemens judgement on what was the main cause and if it will require additional fees and service. Came today and checked and fixed an error that was spurred by unclear circumstances was given a 200 bill for his time. Be sure to double check the estimate and be wary of the price.

    Heat stopped working and GF Bowman came out that same day. AJ was my technician and was very nice and personable. He worked diligently to solve the issues. Several hours later (that evening) I realized my heat stopped working again. I called the next morning and AJ returned. Turns out a third short was hiding in the compressor and GF Bowman didnt charge me anything, standing behind their work the previous day and their warranty. I understand issues happen and a little wire can cause an unexpected issue. Everything has been working great since. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

    Dealing with G. F. Bowman was a most pleasant experience! My furnace quit heating at the end of last season and was looking for an honest company to do business with. G.F Bowman service techs determined that my heat exchanger was bad and gave me a quote for a replacement before they left my home that day. Curious if a new furnace was a cost-effective option, a G. F. Bowman Design Specialist (Mr. Rob Redmond) came out a few days later and verified my home size heating needs. Rob gave me three options to choose from before he left that day. At no time was I pressured to authorize the repair OR choose a replacement. After two weeks of weighing the Pros and Cons of repair or replacement, we decided to replace the old system. G. F. Bowman gave me several VERY reasonable financing options. My new system Installation and Service Technicians, Keith and Jeff, were on time and did an awesome job of removing the old system and installing the new one. Everything was perfectly cleaned up and they took time to thoroughly explain my new system operations and warranty. There is no doubt that G. F.
