Bello has been very attentive in getting our sewer completed. All the workers were hard working and focused on the job. Sewer is a dirty job, but our sewer got completed on time. The workers showed up on time and got it done. Very relieved and happy the job was done before all the rain came. We had water damage in our basement from the last big rain. We are very happy with the outcome. We found companies do not like working on the older houses. But Bello came right out and did a great job. Thank you.

Everyone on their staff is very pleasant and helpful.Craig and Alex did duct cleaning the day before our HVAC system was installed. They did a great job on cleaning the ducts which was never done since the house was built. They did a great job on getting all the debris out of the duct system.Craig and Alex did a wonderful job on installing our Daikin HVAC system finishing earlier than promised. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. Alex explained the new system to us and actually stayed longer to be sure to answer all of our questions. Very pleased with the technician, John, that Bel-O sent to my home. With all the rain we got, my sump pump got clogged and wasn’t pumping it out and the water was rising quickly. I was having a difficult time finding someone who could come urgently, with as much rain we got I’m sure a lot of people were in the same boat as I was, but Bel-O was able to send someone out within just a few hours, and John was able to get it taken care of. Very grateful and appreciative!

Very satisfied with the service that Jim Gauch did this morning. My thermostat kept resetting itself after a large storm passed over but finally settled down with minimal cooling. The system was not able to keep up with the heat of the day so the house gradually warmed up. Then late in the day as the temperature passed 77 degrees it started working. When Jim arrived the next morning he could find nothing wrong. He did a complete and thorough test of the entire system. He suspected the thermostat, which was working fine, of course. He advised me to take a picture of thermostat with the discrepancy to show the technician if the problem recurs which was great.

A hot late July Sunday, 4 pm, and I return home from a week away to find the a/c is out. Called Bel-O as they have a stellar reputation. Caleb answers and says he’s on a call and will be glad to come over around 5. He’s kind and clear per the after hour charges and the time of his arrival. Once he arrived, he was thorough and exceedingly polite and attentive to check the simple solutions first (like cleaning the outside a/c unit to improve airflow and replacing the batteries in the thermostat). He then did a full assessment of other parts and made some recommendations while doing tests while detailing his work to help me understand and learn more about my home’s HVAC system. Value beats price and a professional with experience and an affable personality who is available when needed magnifies value. Caleb and Bel-O offer the best team of professionals and value in the area, IMO. I wouldn’t use or more highly recommend anyone else for HVAC needs.

The diagnostic fee of $99.00 was billed separate and not applied towards the service repair. As a veteran I received a 3% discount well below the typical 10%. Bel-O you can do much better!

Our 15 year old AC unit just stopped working after multiple l00 degree days. Anthony came out in the appointment timeframe, checked a few things, and told us exactly what was wrong. It was a burned out fan motor on the outside unit. He had the part in his van and got us back up and running in about 2 hours. The thing we truly appreciate is that he could have told us the entire unit was toast and that we needed to replace it for $10K or more. We would not have know any better. But Anthony and Bel-o were honest and only fixed what was needed. This is why we will always use them! Thank you.

Highly recommend!!! Called Bel-O to schedule for someone to come out to look at my sewer ejector to replace. We had a sewage smell that would come and go and it was driving me crazy. They were able to schedule me an appointment for the next day. Received a call later in the day that Jason was able to come out. Jason arrived at my house and quickly started to investigate the smell. He found the culprit. It was not the sewer ejector. One of the pipes was not capped off and the previous homeowners hid it behind drywall. My house no longer smells like a warm fart. Thank you so much Jason!
