I called Thompson Electric needing urgent (but non-emergent) electrical help with two problems and they were able to come out the next morning. The electrician who came to help, Mikey, was so nice. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and able to resolve the issues I had, as well as, give advice and recommendations that I was needing. So, so thankful I called. The most awesome experience. Worked with the service manager, project manager and the electrician Nick Beason on my poolside project to wire my Poolhouse. They were very approachable, easy to contact and communicate with me about my project. I appreciate they checked in with me every step of the way and explained everything along the way so I could make informed decisions. They were transparent on the issues, cost and solutions so there were no surprises. Nick B did outstanding work and asked me several times about my satisfaction with the project. Simply put, my wife and I were treated like family and for that, they receive my highest recommendation.

I can’t say enough about Thompson Electric and especially Levi. Levi came to initially to run some wire for a couple ceiling fans on our patio. Ended up coming back out to wire our hot tub. This included swapping out a sub panel on the side of the house and wiring a disconnect for the tub. Levi went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything!! Even came back on his lunch break when a breaker kept tripping to ensure that the wiring was correct. Ended up being a wire connected to the wrong spot by the tub manufacturer. Many thanks to y’all!! Levi, thank you so much for what you do! You were outstanding!!

We were thoroughly impressed with Jeremy and Thompson Electric. From the moment you call, you know youve called the right place. They are extremely responsive and do everything they can to get you taken care of ASAP. We read all the reviews about Jeremy and quite honestly, that is the reason we decided to call Thompson Electric and he did NOT disappoint. He was on time, polite, courteous, and did exactly what he said he was going to do in the timeframe he quoted. No unexpected delays or charges!! I called Thompson Electric and talked to Rachel who was very helpful and pleasant because I had a 3way switch that wasn’t working properly. She said she could have someone come out the next day to fix it. Ryan arrived early and called before he arrived. He came in and I explained the problem and he got right to work checking things out. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely nice and explained everything as he was working on it. He was done in less than 30 minutes and ended up replacing two switches and the problem was solved. I will definitely be calling Thompson Electric for any future electrical issues and asking for Ryan to come out. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan!

He even was able to teach me what back-stabbing is and why Thompson Electric doesnt regard this as an acceptable practice when installing or repairing electrical boxes or switches. Highly recommend. I’ve used this company for years and they’re the only electricians I trust. I was having issues with my outlets in my living room and couldn’t figure out why my circuits were going in and out. The tech, Ryan Gleghorn, did a full diagnostic and ended up peeling back my breaker box to find there was loose wire left by past electric work from a different company. Ryan also went above and beyond with repairing my porch light and replacing outlets. Thank you Ryan and Thompson Electric.

These guys were awesome! I filled out a form a week ago, the lady called me the same day about 10 minutes later to get us scheduled! Ive never experienced good customer service like these guys. Not to mention Jeremy was really great as well, he called me ahead of time before he got here, was fast in/out while still doing a great job, even cleaned up after himself and was super friendly and kind. Service was extremely affordable and reasonable which you can never find these days.11/10 recommend Thompson and Jeremy especially!

I have nothing but great things to say about Thompson electric!! I had purchased a home that had wall heaters throughout and although I was not a current customer, the seller I bought my house from was and had them come out to verify the heaters were no longer connected. I called to ask if it was safe for me to start cutting wires. The receptionist was so friendly and said she would have the tech call me who had originally inspected them. I got a call from Jeremy and he made a quick trip over to double check it was safe for me to cut wires and start removing the heaters. Well, he ended up removing them all for me, at no cost!! He also gave me some great tips for installing drywall where the heaters had been. He was so incredibly friendly and just a pleasure to work with. Great sense of humor, also!! Thank you, Jeremy, for going above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely be recommending Thompson Electric!! Thanks again! 😁

Clarence with Thompson Electric saved the day for us today. About half of our offices power went out today, and we have a complicated building that is not easy to work on due to its age and it being partially solid wood (log cabin). I had Thompson Electric come to my house and install a plug in my crawl space for a sump pump. I was told that they would call when the were on the way and should be there between 8:00-8:30AM. Well, I got the call and they were there at 8:30AM. And Jeremy was very professional and a great person. He was fast, he was polite, he made sure that I got what I needed without trying to sell me something I didnt need or want, and he was fast. The charge for what was done was better than what I was expecting. I will be using Thompson Electric again, and I WILL ask for Jeremy.
