I called on Saturday afternoon and they had a tech scheduled to come the very next day for $49. Jason Z. showed up right on time and troubleshooted the issue within 15 minutes. He replaced the circuit breaker and faulty receptacle and took great care to make sure everything was clean and safe and done correctly. He was done in just over an hour! Absolutely amazing! We couldn’t recommend more!

LOOK NO FURTHER FOLKS!! Deciding which electric company to choose for a job I needed done in my residence, and after reading reviews I went with Thomas Edison Electric Inc. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! Very happy with the work done. It was no small job with at least 5 electricians scratching their heads to figure out what on earth was happening. Stan assured me he would figure it out, get it all safe and done correctly. He did! He explained everything along the way, answered all my questions, and never got annoyed with my nerves or questions. By the end of the 3 days he felt like family! Would gladly have him back and you would be lucky to have him work on your house!

We had a sudden power outage on a weekend and Thomas Edison was extremely quick to send a tech to our house on a Saturday morning. Justyn was able to diagnose our issue and recommend several options for repair. I was presented all estimates prior to work and he stayed for most of the day to complete what we decided on. I am very happy with and how polite and professional he was. Justyn was respectful of our home. Taking the time to change his boot covers every time he went out to his truck on a rainy day. I will definitely recommend this company to my neighbors.

Finished job last week- I called them 3 days later because my granite installers said I had the wrong outlet. Apparently I had not given the electrician the correct information about what I needed. Colin came back out, literally two days later, showed me the options of the different plugs I needed, and I picked the one I thought would look best. I thought the whole process would be a pain in the butt but he made it simple and quick- in and out in 30 minutes! And put the tarp back on top of the outdoor kitchen (secured) while we awaited granite intall. Colin is allowed back at my house any time 😊

We needed an electrician due to complicated wiring issues owing to how the electric was originally installed in 1979. We expected this would be a long process and would cost more than we could possibly afford. When our electrician Charles arrived he immediately got to work figuring out the different problems we were dealing with, prepared estimates for each different task for us, and once we agreed to get the work done, it was completed in one day for much less than we expected. He explained to us what he needed to do, what we could expect, and what the benefits/limitations would be of various options. If I ever need electrical work done again, I will be calling them!

I haven’t gotten the work done yet, but the customer service is really unlike anything else I’ve experienced. In a world run by computers, where I always have to chase companies to help me spend money, Thomas Edison contacted me immediately and kept in touch with me at every step. I received 4 phone calls in 2 days and the service technician was actually earlier than I was initially expecting (but not without a phone call to ask if early would be acceptable.) I have cancelled service because of poor customer service, and disappointment has become the norm. My experience has been a refreshing shock. They’re terrific!

I had a dishwasher and a couple of outlets that didn’t work, I called in the morning- they explained in detail what I could expect and the cost for a visit. Agreed on time day after call. Then I got a call in the afternoon asking if they could send someone the same evening. Which I was really appreciative of! Leo, the electrician, came out and gave the best service- very methodical and explained what he would need to do to identify the problem and to correct it. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service from everyone at Thomas Edison’s!

We called because a light switch cover was hot and smelling. We never had to call an electrician before. So we called Thomas Edison Electric because it was at the end of the work day. They arrived within the time frame we were given. Upon arriving the electrician was willing to work with us as far as the charge and the possible repairs needed. It was all done and complete in a very reasonable time and we are very happy to have the repair done so quickly.

Today my husband and I had an emergency due to us losing power through half of our home, we contacted Thomas Edison Electric where we were accommodated with same day service and we are happy that we did, the service was prompt and Collin was more than amazing he was diligent, responsive and very experienced. Thomas Edison Electric Company to the Rescue! On April 30th this year, there was a heavy rainstorm. At 7:30 that evening, I discovered water coming into our electrical panel box. Not good! I knew this had to be fixed that night, so I went to an old phone book. Thomas Edison was the only company that advertised 24/7 emergency service, but would they come during a pandemic? THEY DID! Linda was very helpful on the phone, and Brian and Kenny came within 90 minutes to save the day. These guys were totally professional and very friendly. They had everything they needed on the truck and went right to work. They estimated about 3 hours to complete the job - new panel box and new circuit breakers - and they were right. I would heartily recommend Thomas Edison Electric Company for any emergency service. I would also recommend them to solve any other electrical needs you may have as well. Extremely satisfied! We had a total emergency, rain water in both the inside and outside electrical boxes. Outlets shutting down, one at a time, all night long! Corroded connections failing. Thomas Edison answered the call right away and scheduled a service man for that morning. Troubleshooting and repairs took over 10 hours, and the electrician stayed and completed all repairs without complaint. Company was honest, professional, efficient, and timely. Theres no match for Thomas Edison in the market today!

Called for emergency service at 5:40pm. Electrician arrived by 7pm, was professional, knowledgeable and fixed the issue, finished shortly after 8pm. Refreshing after dealing with other electricians who dont answer the phone, cant seem to be able to return calls or are just unprofessional. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Jason was very professional and courteous while fixing my ceiling fan. The work was quick and efficient and he was very personable as well. The person training with Jason did accidentally drop the fan blades resulting in significant dents to my hardwood floors but I was given an appropriate discount on the service. I’ll certainly be calling them for any electrical needs I have in the future. Highly recommend!
