I interfaced with this company for several weeks, as I was assisting my parents in getting estimates and gathering information to install a full home generator. We interfaced with 4 companies and Mike & Danielle were by far my favorite individuals to work with. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, informative, patient, professional and communicative on a consistent basis. It’s rare that I’m impressed with customer service and these guys nailed it. Additionally, they were reasonably and competitively priced. I highly recommend them for your generator needs.

Mt. Salem Electric was really great to work with. Most impressive was Michaels ability to actually take the time to listen to what I wanted, and work with me to make it happen. He was patient, attentive, and happy to discuss the options / best way to accomplish the project, based on my needs and his recommendations.His crew were very friendly and did a very nice job, clean work all around. Mt. Salems office staff has been nothing short of apleasure to work with, as well.Their quote was competitive, to boot.10/10 Highly recommend.

As we say, you never have a second chance to make a first impression and Mt Salem did not fail at making me and my wife happy. On time, friendly and knowledgeable, Justin took care of our Generac generator yearly maintenance and also solved that reoccuring 2800 code problem that has been bugging me for years and that our original installer could not fix (a simple wire pinched during the original installation). I highly recommend Mt Salem Electric for your generator maintenance.

Matt & Ryan from Mt. Salem installed my WallBox EV charger and Power Meter. They were very professional and pleasant and went the extra mile to insure my installation was done correctly even though it wasnt a standard install due to the Wallbox Power Meter. I will definately be using Mt. Salem again.

When the linesman from JCP&L tells you to call Mount Salem Electric, you listen. We are extremely pleased with the work they performed on our home. Especially the day before Christmas. They truly saved our Christmas. I plan on using them again come the New Year. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional!I have worked with many contractors over a 40+ year time period on several homes in addition to owning a Design/Build company doing projects for major corporations for as long. Can honestly, without hesitation, say Mt. Salem Electric has been the best pain free business I have ever worked with no matter what the project or service provided was.The experience, expertise, honesty and guidance from the office staff as well as the installation crew were exceptional. All very unusual in todays world. After receiving four quotes, researching information and speaking with company representatives, I felt Mt. Salem Electric would be the best choice--I wasnt wrong!Delighted with the install of the generator. You wont go wrong with this company!

I recently had an issue with my whole house generator and had the good fortune to select Mt Salem Electric to do the repair. They were prompt, efficient, and had me up and working again in a very reasonable time period, even with the fact that parts for the generator had to be ordered from the manufacturer.
