Called during a whole home outage the day after Christmas and was able to speak to a dispatcher/office manager right away. Brian was at my home within hours and at the earliest end of the window of time of service. He evaluated the issue and was able to identify some concerns. The problem recurred through no fault of his. Hes offered the first available appointment to do more investigation. Brian and Mid Penn have been responsive, helpful, and thorough. Their service call fee was reasonable as well. I would be glad to give them our ongoing business!

The team at MidPenn are knowledgeable and professional.I called them for an issue with some outlets not working. Brian scheduled me in immediately and had the outlets working in a few minutes. He also offered several services options; from simply fixing the issue, to checking all of the wiring, tuning the panel, etc. I opted for the premium package to ensure all of my wiring was good.Brian scheduled the service to check everything in the house. A few days later, Jason and Richard showed up and started working. They were able to find some discrepancies in the panel and relalable them appropriately, as well as replace an outlet on the outside of the house and add a cover. Everyone was friendly and professional. The package I chose also has them come back in a year to double check that everything is doing well.Prices were more than fair and everything was discussed up front so there are no surprises.

Called midpenn in the morning about partial power outages in my home. Hour later Electrician name Jason came over, super honest funny nice guy talk me through of what he was doing while trying to find the source of the problem. After awhile he figured it out & did some awesome repairs & also replace a breaker. Afterwards he was done we was about to pack things up in the van till he notice packages on my door step, he was so kind enough to bring them in & also about to vacuum up the little mess that was made from working till I stop him lol the thought and effort of trying to clean was more than enough!. Gave me an awesome payment options & also got me a payment plan since I can’t pay all at once. I’m glad I made the right move & called them. Can’t wait to work with them in the near future. I highly recommend this place to anyone that have electrical issues, they will take care of you!.

Also estimation costs to install 3 lights on outside exterior garage wall w/interior wall switch/outlet..run 220 electric line for existing garage compressor..replace exterior wall outlet on porch

Being an older house the owner of the company drove around until he found the right part and drove to our house to deliver it to his guy to finish the install the same day.
