I had a minor outlet issue and called 8 electricians. Not only did Jim pick up, he was able to come out same day (on a Friday at 6pm) and diagnose in less than 15 minutes. Excellent communication and arrived exactly when he said he would. Grateful for his professionalism and expertise. While he was here, Jim also gave me some pointers that saved me money. I was expecting to pay a small fortune for a same day visit but Jim was reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Jim was terrific. JCP&L made a mistake while turning the power back on after a tree knocked out my power and pulled the cable from the house. Jim came right back to confirm it wasn’t his issue. He then contacted the power company himself, explained their problem to them and got them back to my house to do the repair. He was responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely call This company for all my future Electical needs!

Fantastic communication from the start. Sent him a text with what I needed and he got back to me and fit me into his schedule right away. I needed two OLD light fixtures outside replaced, and Jim made the entire process super easy! Price seamed very fair too. Was also planning to hire him to replace a light pole and he saved me money by telling me that I could replace just the top of the pole in turn saving me money! Will definitely use again!!

I called about 5 electric companies, Jim was the only one that answered and then showed up within 15 minutes of calling. Amazing! He has the old school customer service you just dont see anymore. Ive left reviews in the past, but I need to leave another. Mr. Newman always responds quickly, gets the job done in a timely manner, and never charges too much. After having used him for a third project, I can say hes earned my long-term business, and will be my first and only call for future projects. This time he installed two GFCI circuits in my garage in record time from text to completed work. He knows his stuff and gets it done.

Said he would be over fast, and Im not exaggerating it was the truth, he was with us 20 minutes later and at our house ready to go.Not only did Jim get right to work troubleshooting the issue, but he also acknowledged my family and was kind to every single one of us. It turned out to be a nail driven through the wire causing a short in the back of a closet. He was able to isolate the section, and rewire everything so it worked properly the same day. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend him to others.

Jim came and fixed my dead door bell. He went through the trouble of coming over my condo in his busy schedule and found the dead wire and activated the door bell. In the end he didn’t even charge me. How nice is that? I will be calling them from now on to work on any electric issues or work I may have. I called All State Electric / Jersey Central Electric at 3:45pm on a Monday and Jim Newman answered. I explained the urgency of our situation (air conditioner had no power and it was 91 degrees out) and he squeezed us in within the hour. When he showed up, it didnt take him long to determine the root cause of our issue and repair it. I cant say enough good things about Jim, his quick response time and his knowledge were top notch. He even called us later that evening to check-in and make sure we were happy and able to get our air conditioner running (needed HVAC techs for that after he left). We are so impressed and grateful we found Jim and All State Electric / Jersey Central Electric. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

I highly recommend Jim and All State Jersey Electrician Services. I got notice from JCP&L that they couldnt install smart meter due to detached socket (pretty sure by the way that it was JCP&L that broke it - these things dont just magically come off side of the house). Anyway I called Jim and he said he was in town on another job and could come take a look. He diagnosed the problem and said it was an easy fix. It wasnt, but Jim knows his stuff and stuck with it. He is very knowledgeable, did a very efficient job, and is also a really nice guy. All State Jersey Electric will always be my go to for any electrical work needed.
