    Wow! Our water heater had been out for a few days. We reached out and he had just finished another job in the area. He arrived in less than 10 minutes, started replacing the water heater at 10:30, finished at 12:30. Fast, efficient, great work, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!

    Ashley and Kelly are fantastic! Great customer service and superb communication. They were able to fit us in in a reasonable amount of time and explained everything throughout the process.     I discovered my water heater tank failed late on a Sunday night, called 8am on Monday morning, and City Creek Plumbing had an opening for my Layton location same day by noon. Shortly after that a 50 gal water heater with new expansion tank was professionally and efficiently installed, and old tank hauled away. Actually, I first called the big-box store to schedule installation with another local contractor, but I canceled that consultation appointment when it was apparent they would not be as responsive or fast. I have no reservations in recommending City Creek Plumbing. Thanks!

    Amazing!!!! I’ve now hired City Creek Plumbing for 2 different jobs. 1 full bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room for finishing my basement. Now a new bathtub install in the master bathroom. We swapped out a jetted tub for a soaker.     We put a post on the city’s Facebook page asking for recommendations for a plumber to replace our water heater. Several responses mentioned City Creek Plumbing. The owner himself responded very quickly and said if I could provide a picture he’d give us a quote over the phone. So that’s what we did and we found the quote reasonable. Tech came out and replaced the unit and upgraded everything to code. He was friendly, professional and neat, didn’t leave behind a mess. New unit works great. Very hassle-free experience.

    Got several recommendations for City Creek Plumbing on a post I made that my water heater needed to be replaced, before I could even reach out (it was 11 p.m.) the owner reached out to me and said they could have someone come get me taken care of in the morning ! We called and within 30 minutes someone was here to access and get us taken care of !I dont know the name of the man that who came and replaced our water heater but he was phenomenal , explained everything start to finish , gave me an honest and fair quote up front and stuck to it. Within a couple hours my water heater, expansion tank were replaced, the water heater was FINALLY correctly anchored and we are now better off than before our water heater broke in the first place ! Not only that the tech took the time to explain to me how to drain and flush my water heater, which is something I didnt even know was supposed to be done haha ! Whoever the tech was he was phenomenal and kind. The work was lightning fast and impeccable and the owner and company was next-level in every way. Could not recommend them more highly and will recommend them to everyone in the future !The tech was that worked at our house today deserves a pat on the back and a raise, he was FANTASTIC !

    When my hot water heater started leaking I called half a dozen plumbers. Ashley was by far the most knowledgeable and responsive. He is the only one that asked if I was able to shut off the water valve. The ball valve was faulty, so when I couldn’t get it shut off, he came over and took care of it late that night. I called Saturday night, right after he had sold his last 50 gallon, but rather than brushing me off, he found one and was able to get it installed first thing the next morning on Sunday. He also gave me a price over text, so I knew what to expect.In this day and age, it is such a relief to work with someone who is knowledgeable, empathetic, and provides excellent value for a reasonable price.I highly recommend City Creek plumbing, you will be well taken care of.

    Ive had City Creek come out several times to help with plumbing issues. Each time we received fantastic service, clear and fair pricing, and prompt service. They are my first call when issues pop up that I cant handle myself.They stand behind their work and products. We had our mainline pressure regulator changed out and the new one failed within the first year and pressure was terrible. Came right out to look into the problem and replaced the regulator with a new one no charge.Overall very happy and impressed with City Creeks work. Highly recommended!

    Our water heater started leaking Sunday afternoon. I called City Creek Plumbing Monday morning and Ashley came to our house to look at our water heater by 10 o’clock Monday morning.     Ashley was great. Very knowledgeable and fast. My water heater started leaking, I requested quotes through Thumbtack and Ashley responded within 3 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and let me know everything I would need just by looking at photos I texted to him. He was able to come out to my house the next morning (a Saturday) and hauled out the leaking unit and installed a new one. They were fast, didn’t leave a mess, and very reasonably priced (I had a water heater replaced in my old house last year and City Creek was $200 cheaper). Would definitely recommend.
