This was my first experience with Layton Plumbing, and Max was fantastic! He arrived on time, was professional, completed the task quickly, and provided me with a wealth of information for future reference. The fee was also quite affordable. While installing a new washing machine, the delivery worker ruptured a pipe in my laundry room. I had to turn off the water at the street and summon water removal experts to remove all of the water that had flooded my home due to the broken pipe. I phoned four emergency plumbers, and the earliest appointment I could get was in two days. I dialed plumber number and Pam answered the phone. She was incredibly lovely and instantly put me at ease, promising to have a plumber at my house in three hours. Max arrived on schedule and fixed the pipe in a matter of minutes, so we had running water again without having to wait two days. He was very professional and performed an excellent job. I strongly suggest Layton Plumbing.

When a specialist was needed to handle a plumbing problem over the weekend, Advanced Plumbing was very accommodating. Together with Max the technician, customer service demonstrated promptness and consideration in their efforts to address the issue and ensure the buildings long-term viability. We were okay with the plumber arriving a bit later when he called to say he would. The work started right away, and we were updated on its status. All spare pipe and gasket work is completed. We were rather happy with the outcome.

The floor was soaking and the toilet was blocked. Max took out the toilet and pointed out to me where the missing portion of the wax ring was. Additionally, he demonstrated to me the presence of standing water close to the waste pipes top, which he claimed was a sign that the pipe was clogged. When he ran a snake down the waste pipe, he discovered that the pipe was clogged with roots. After clearing the pipe, changing the wax ring, and resetting the toilet, he flushed multiple times and there were no more leaks. He made sure everything was tidy before he left. He was incredibly competent and kind, and I would definitely recommend using his services again.
