This particular project required the crew to work on the outside of the house to install extensive wiring and conduit for a newly installed heat pump. Right off, we were impressed with the cheerful and enthusiastic way the crew interacted with us despite it being an extremely hot day and tough conditions to be working outdoors. We really appreciated the collaborative way we were able to discuss with them the best options for the project before they initiated the work. We were able to quickly agree on an approach that everyone was happy with and we were pleased with the end result that delivered exactly what was needed. A small additional project was completed in the kitchen as well. We weren’t familiar with Hemel Electric before this project but they have made a new customer if we need work done in the future.

Amazing service! The owner Brad came out and bid the project. I was managing a complete basement renovation. He got me a quote quickly and had his guys on it as soon as framing passed inspection. His team of guys were fast, professional, clean, and did an incredible job on all the electrical work from rough in to trim out! I am doing home renovation and have had a difficult time dealing with companies lack of responsiveness and professionalism. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Hemel Electric. They were very responsive and were able to get me in very quickly. They came in to what I thought was just going to be an estimate and were able to install lights above my bar right then and there which took them less than two hours. I would highly recommend these guys and will be using them again in future for other electrical repairs.

The guys with Hemel are always so polite, so responsive, quick, and CLEAN (other electricians have left wires and mess everywhere, and according to our Contractor that isnt uncommon). Hemel has helped us with at least half a dozen projects at this point and everything is always done well and weve had no issues with the work theyve done years later. They always stay to make sure everything is working right and help set up smart devices. They installed the light in the photo, and it looks amazing and works perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I called Hemel and left a voicemail as I was having issues with what appeared to be a short circuit at the box but couldnt locate the source of the problem. Brad promptly called me back (ahead of the other four companies I called) and provided me with a solution over the phone when he could have easily made a quick house call and charged $100+. Next time I have an issue, or when it comes time to install new fixtures or add outlets, I will definitely be calling this company.
