Super responsive. Our Project Manager, Dan, handled the few hiccups in the project and kept things moving. We love our new shower and the recommendations from Dan and Martel really made a big improvement to our plan. We went from a tiny shower and impractical tub, to a roomy shower and could not be happier.

We hired Tridel Construction for a remodel of our kitchen. Initially we thought we would source each step out ourselves but after we purchased cabinets we decided we should hire a contractor. After some research we decided to go with Tridel. They had great reviews and our project manager Andrea was great to deal from the initial meeting - I didnt want to waste time getting other bids after we met. The price seemed reasonable and I felt confident that they would do a great job - and they did! Of course there was a couple minor hiccups but Andrea was always there to take care of it and made sure things were done perfectly. There was never any lack of communication. She noticed things I wouldnt have noticed and made the process very smooth. We look forward to using them again. Thank you!

My husband and I have lived in our home for 18 years and are the original owners. Last year we decided it was time to renovate our master bathroom because the original floor plan had the shower/tub combo piece that was starting to show its age and the tub especially took up a lot of floor space. I turned to Home Advisor for recommendations for contractors and met with 5 different contractors including Tridel. Initially we met with Isaac Prives who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We have never completed a major remodel before so you can imagine there were many questions and lots of uncertainty about what to do. Depending on your budget and imagination, the range of options can be a bit overwhelming. So much so that we decided to table the renovation for nearly a year partly due to how overwhelming it can be but also due to the stress a project of this magnitude might cause for our senior Miniature Schnauzer who was 15 at the time. Fast forward to 2020 and we decided to revisit the bids we had received a year earlier. I remembered Isaac from Tridel and asked specifically for him to come meet with us for a second time. He was once again thoughtful and patient as we asked many questions but after a year of contemplating we now had a better idea of what we wanted to do in our master bathroom. We decided to move forward with the project and hired Tridel to do the work. Initially Isaac was our contact but on one of our visits to the design center, he introduced us to his brother Max Prives. Max was just as kind and as thoughtful as Isaac and answered my many many questions and helped me make final selections on cabinets, tile for the shower, tile for the floors, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, paint colors and even brought up some things I would never have thought about. We began the project in late August and 5 weeks later had the bathroom of our dreams. Max stopped by every day along with many other Tridel team members and their partners that worked on this project. Max became such a fixture in our home that our new little Miniature Schnauzer puppy considered him part of our family. I cant tell you how comforting it was to have someone so responsive and helpful as part of this project. I dont think I ever asked for Isaac again as Max was on top of everything. He would stop by our home daily and sometimes twice a day following a major install just to make sure it was done properly. If there were changes needed, hed have the crew back that very next day to make the adjustments so we stayed on schedule. No offense to Isaac, but I never again found myself asking for him because Max was our guy. If you are considering a major home improvement project, I whole-heartedly would recommend Tridel and specifically Max Prives to lead you through the process. We love our new bathroom and will definitely use Tridel and request Max for our next home improvement project!!

We had the ultimate homeowner nightmare happen of a faulty toilet upstairs flooding our master bath -- which not only ruined our baseboards and flooded our walk-in closet carpet, but seeped through to where it was literally raining in our downstairs living room, causing bad ceiling damage. Devastated, we wanted the best work done to restore our house, and after a lot of research, we chose Tridel based off google and yelp reviews... and Im SO glad we did! Our repairs started on 9/3 and were fully completed by 9/10!Vlad was our project manager, and the customer service and communication was excellent! He had no problem making frequent stops to touch base with us or to check on the progress of our project. Having consistency through our house was important to us, and he was able to find our exact baseboards. While they did not have our exact carpet (we ended up ordering it through a company called ProSource) -- they even picked it up once the order was delivered and brought it to our house, installing it that day!The ceiling downstairs also came out looking amazing... I was so worried wed be able to tell the difference or that the texturing of it wouldnt blend completely, but we were very pleasantly surprised at just how flawless it looks. You seriously would NOT be able to tell anything had even happened! I did not get his name, but the painter truly went above and beyond to make sure he did a good job, and that meant a lot to us. Our home is back to how it looked before it happened and we owe that to Tridel doing a top notch job!HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you to Vlad & the entire Tridel team! :)

We hired Tridel Construction to do a major remodel of our master bathroom and kitchen . The project was handled with the upmost professionalism from both the Project Manager to the highly skilled and polite work force. The project manager Isaac Prives was very attentive to all aspects of the project, he was at the project daily to provide leadership to the crew and answer any questions we had. He was also available to us at any time by phone to answer questions and always replied in short order , the design ideas and advises he gave us were just great. The project came in on budget and time, would not hesitate to use or refer this company to anyone.Thank you Tridel Construction .

The work was done in the best quality there is. Vlad the project manager who worked with me was in my house daily, he made sure that the job is done right. My wife and I decided to update our new home in March. This project included a kitchen remodel, new interior paint, new flooring, minor touch ups in the bathroom, new paint on all the cabinets, new lighting and hardware. After some research and interviews with different contractors, we decided to hire Tridel Construction company. They were very punctual in meeting with us and the project manager assigned to us was Max. From our first interaction with Max, my wife and I felt very comfortable and confident with our choice. Max was very professional about explaining the steps of the remodel and the contract to us. The whole project took about two and a half months as he had promised. Of course along the way there were some minor hiccups as expected. However whenever things werent satisfactory, Max was always easily accessible and available. He made sure every little thing we were not happy with was immediately taken care of. He spent a lot of his personal time with us to make sure this journey went as smooth as possible. He even went shopping with us for building materials late afternoons on many occasions. In the end when our project was finished, it ended up nearly perfect and on budget. When we first met Max, we started a business relationship together, but now were very proud to call him a friend. If youre out there looking for a good reputable construction company that addresses all your needs, do yourself a favor and give Tridel a chance before hiring anybody else. Very good experience working with Tim and his crew at Tridel Construction. Starting several months ago on a kitchen/dining room remodel we came in with very solid ideas of what we wanted and Tim was one of the few who was willing to play ball with us. We worked with our own designer and several of our own contractors and Tim was able to work with and around them seamlessly. I am also going to give a shout out to the crew and the paint crew who all did a magnificent job.The only slowdowns we had were due to having to wait for just the right crew to come in. Tim was always right though, they were worth the wait.Now lets wrap this thing up and start saving money for the big bathroom remodel we are dreaming about. Because I can safely say Tridel Team will be high on my list when that one comes along.

I would like to take a moment and express my gratitude for this amazing company . My wife and I wanted remodel our kitchen , two bathrooms , tile floors and a fireplace wall unit on a house we just both . We shopped for three different contractors and decided to choose Tridel because of three reasons ,1.We asked for three customer referrals and they provided us with them right away , the recommendation were phenomenal .2.When we got the estimate from them and compare to other contractors they were a bit higher and we ask if they can match the price from to other contractors although they didn’t match the price but they did offered their discount and came a bit closer to what we had in mind .3.From the first meeting and three appointments later , the project manager Isaac provided great customer service , knowledge and design ideas that helped closed the deal .We scheduled start of the project in three weeks later , Isaac took us for shopping materials at they preferred vendors and generate 10% discount for us . Once the project started Isaac coordinate everything with the vendors and provided us with excellent communication daily either by text or phone calls he sent us pictures and kept us updated he even FaceTime us to make some decision as we had some changes ( thank God for IPhones lol ) , he never left us feeling that the job wouldn’t be done to perfection , we actually took a two weeks vacation a little bit after the project started .Isaac offered us with suggestions and solution to our project without being pushy with his ideas.The workers were very professional And friendly And clean after them selves daily .The project Took a bit longer to be completed from what we expected but we did add some more work so I can’t complain .At the end of the project Tridel send professional cleaning crew which we didn’t expect and it was a nice final touch to their perfect workmanship. We couldn’t be happier with quality work that Tridel provided and would like to recommend them to everyone wants to renovate their home and go Through smooth and joyful process , these people beyond amazing ,we definitely be consulting with them again in a future for home remodeling.

FULL KITCHEN REMODEL.I wanted to reconfigure my kitchen layout but had hard time to imagine what would be the best for me, I interviewed Tridel Construction and another general construction company for this project .Isaac the project manager came out to estimate the project , he had great ideas for my kitchen and offered me to generate two options of full 3D design for halping me to see what would be the best option for me , and only for $500 ! of course I signed on that right away .Both of the design options were really good and was hard to choose from :) ,Once I picked the design I loved Isaac worked on the estimate .The estimate came up higher then the other contractor but I decided to goWith Tridel , Isaac make me feel confedent enough to made this decision . Isaac took me to their preferred vendors to purchase everything we needed and generated discount through their account .He took care of the plans and permits for my project , every question was answered, it felt he know me personally because he seemed to be able to read my mind in exactly what i wanted.My project went smoothly right from the beginning. Everyone on the team were kind , respectful ,very professional never and cleaned up everything daily .Isaac the project manager worked closely with me and i always felt being taken care of. The end result was far beyond my expectations. I dreamed of having a chefs kitchen but in all actuality, mine is well beyond spectacular. I couldn’t be happier!Thank you Tridel and Isaac for building my dream kitchen.I will definitely hire you again for all my future projects.

We contracted with Tridel for a major room addition to the house (Think 3rd bedroom, new pad and covered patio). This is a organization that operates with heart, professionalism and a commitment to quality.The process was exceptional. From the very beginning Jack explained the sequence, the timing, what would occur when and what costs would be extra. It is obvious that Tridel only takes on a predictable number of projects to maintain their own internal standards.After we first came up with the design documents, Jack and team actually proposed something different in the layout plans which was equivalent in terms of intent. Although this was very different than we had originally discussed, it turned out to be a better option and one that I had not thought of (we went with that suggestion), design service above and beyond is my point here.Be aware that this project included partial demolition, HVAC, electrical, concrete, framing, roofing and much more, Tridel is adept at all levels of work, a retrofit such as this was not a trival task. The result was incredible down to the matching of the paint.In any large scale project, there will be minor hiccups - but in this case they were few and far between. Each interaction we had, each step of the way was professional. Ongoing communication was clear, and the workers (on staff, office and subs) were all just plain fun to work with. I did have a few minor change requests (Hey, can your guys put in new carpet for the adjoining room?, Hey can your guys add a few doors that need replacing?) which Tridel did for a nominal extra cost. Like I said, above and beyond.Look, when you enter into a project like this, you want trust, communication and a true partner who knows what the ins and outs are. Dont hesitate, just be glad if you become a part of the 2022 and beyond portfolio of projects that Tridel takes on.Highly recommend.

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that I share my recent experience of extensive home renovation by Tridel Construction.This was my first remodeling ,so I was a bit nervous ,also I did nt know precisely what to expect.After having three recommendation from Home Adviser,I decided to try Tridel Team first.I called the Tridel office and meeting was set up with Tim project manager.In our initial meeting ,Tim took the time to carefully consider the project and he explained clearly to me what needed to be done and what to expect.After having first meeting with Tim,I decided to choose Tridel Construction. The criteria that I used in deciding Tridel was level of comfort and trust with Tim,I felt that he was sincere and honest.He possesses all the attributes necessary to be excellent project manager.I have only the highest amount of praise for him as a professional, diligent, reliable ,informative, responsive, accessible, patient, farther more friendly, always caring about my needs and ready to help.He goes over and above the work quoted to ensure the end product is absolutely to his and my satisfaction.Thats not it,he shopped with me for my appliances and furniture.I would like to personally thank Tim for taking me through very exciting journey in renovating my home and adding an extra layer of confidence by stopping by almost everyday to check on crews progress..I enjoyed every bit of it. Tridel should feel proud of such resources like Tim who can bring in goodwill for Tridel as he presented the company with class.Construction crew worked hard and for long hours.They were courteous, professional and friendly.They would clean up and dispose off dailys garbage and every morning it was pleasure to see them back.I am very much pleased with their exemplary attitude and work ethics.It is hard to put into words ,how much I love the new look of my home.It is absolutely gorgeous.Quality of workmanship is unbelievable and of high quality.The experience at each phase was superior.All these tasks were accomplished with a noticeable degree of competency, humility, integrity and grace. From my initial meeting with Tim to negotiation, contacts, structural designs, interior designs, construction,cleaning,moving and rearranging furniture and setting up ,my experience have been fantastic.The personal attention ,I received and the attention paid to every detail was exceptional.Wonderful transformation and exceptional service with results that exceeded my expectation.After initial start of project ,I added many more to it, but whole process completed way before deadline.In the end ,I thank each and everyone of you, who involved in this process for doing the great job and making my dream true.I look forward to request Tridel your service in the future to have more projects to be completed.

Tridel is the best team I ever had to dealt with !Jack the production supervisor and Arsen the project manager are the most genuine , professional and honest people !Arsen the project manager came out to estimate addition of 700 SF with full bathroom to our house , from the first meeting Arsen was very knowledgeable and explain the steps we need to go through for this project , we immediately sign with him for Architectural drawings .Arsen schedule the architect three days later and they start the process , the drawings were ready after about three weeks to be submitted to HOA.After the HOA approved the drawings , we moved to the next step of finalize the plans with structural, plumbing , mechanical and electrical engineering .The final plans where ready after three weeks as jack predicted .Jack and Arsen generated a bid for the project upon the plans , I had another contractor to bid it too , Tridel bid was very reasonable and a bit lower then the other contractor.I signed with them and they scheduled to start the project in about four weeks .I have to say I was really terrified to do this but jack and arsen woke me through the project smoothly !The workmanship is phenomenal take care of the area clean every day and was really polite , and of course very professional.It was three months from start to completely finish and the end result looks like we never did the remodel , looks like it was there from the build !Love this company! Cant wait to redo my kitchen and master bathroom !Hands-down I want to recommend this company for everyone who in need for a good construction company with great people !Thank you so much Tridel

We worked with Henry Rozenthal on remodeling a 25+ year old bathroom remodel! Fabulous process from start to finish, we absolutely love the new bathroom and it will serve as a Christmas/Birthday/New Years gift for at least the next few years haha. This was our first remodel process, and Henry was very patient with all of our questions, comments, and concerns. The whole process took less time (by a few days!) then we were originally estimated which was greatly appreciated. Also loved that we were only without our toilet for around 24 hours - probably the only one bathroom house left in Vegas! Thank you TriDel for the beautiful new bathroom.

Due to a leaky tub my home was in need of repairs and I decided to remodel while I was at it. Arsen did a great job of guiding me through the process. Arsen was also able to point me in the right direction of where to pickup cabinets and other materials as my budget dictated. He checked in regularly and always let me know what was going on. Between Arsen and Alex (foreman) the project ran smoothly with work being done on schedule. Then when the project grew from one bathroom to three in total they handled it with ease. For other projects Tridel will be my first stop.

I called Isaac after I was recommended and can’t express enough how much he has helped me from start to almost finished. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jack and his PMs (Issac, Arsen) at Tridel. One thing you can expect from them all is that they will deliver what they say they will.Tell them what you want, step back, allow them to do their work, and voila, done! No stress.As all things with construction, always do allow for plus/minus days in project implementation so you, as a client won’t have to worry. It is normal in the industry. In early 2021 we got several quotes for a Master Bath remodel. We came across Tridel Construction because of all the great reviews wed seen on the internet. Of all the contractors we met with, Max Prives with Tridel was my favorite. His personality, his ideas, and his overall vibe matched our sensibilities the best. The project price was out of our range last year, as we had an unrealistic idea based on watching home improvement shows on TV. We revisited the idea in March of 2022, and Max came back again, more than happy to provide an updated quote. We signed the contract and everything came out perfect. Max was here every day to check the progress, provide updates and timelines, and continue to share ideas and thoughts as the project went along. All the people he had working with him were efficient, friendly, professional, and an expert at their trade. I really cant say enough about how beautiful our master bathroom looks. We are so excited to use it every day now. I see why Tridel got such great reviews. We are looking forward to having Max be our designer for our next project, when its time to tackle the kitchen. Great experience overall!

We have worked on a few remodel projects over last few years and Tridel is the best remodeling company we have worked with. If we ever do another remodeling project they will be our go to folks. Jack is truly a gentleman and hands down the best contractor to work with, he was very patient, honest and advised us well on several phases of the project. His crew is very professional and respectful and Tridel takes care of their people well, which is reflected in their dedication to the project and respect they showed for Jack. We did have a few scheduling mess-ups during the project, but it was mainly due to the delays caused by sliding door company Panda doors that Tridel works with. I would strongly recommend you give Tridel a chance and get a quote from them. I am glad I did.

Very good. We had the house exterior stucco and woodwork including the eaves, garage door, and front yard fencing repaired, sanded and painted, a large gate replaced, an exterior entry door replaced and a bathroom painted. A big job. Even the windows got washed. This was best Contractor Ive dealt with. Everyone was honest, patient and worked hard to finish on time and get it right. Most importantly, to me, the project manager, Elena from the original meeting/estimate/contract wasnt pushy, had great suggestions, set a schedule that was followed and kept me constantly in the loop with texts, pictures and calls. Important because this was my Mothers house. The crews were great. If I spotted anything that needed changing they cheerfully adjusted so everything was right. Cleanup was great.They werent happy until we were happy. A Good experience. Ill use them again.

Isaac Prives coordinated the entire project, and we could not be happier with the results. Everything from picking out the tile and fixtures, to making last minute changes. The end result of our full kitchen and master bath remodel is beautiful. There is a definite opportunity to communicate better- often times we had to reach out for updates and really thought we would see the project manager we started the process with more throughout the 10 weeks. When it was complete we didn’t even hear from him to ensure we were happy with the results. Huge thanks to Alex - he was great and communicative and he values the importance of the client/company relationship.
