We recently bought a 35-year-old house and totally remodeled it. The process involved working with a number of suppliers and making a lot of choices. The part of this project that stands out as particularly successful and un-stressful was the new kitchen cabinets from Willbanks Kitchen Design Group. We already had tried unsuccessfully to work with two other cabinet suppliers when we found Tyler at Willbanks. Tyler is thoroughly experienced in the cabinet business and was able to take our ideas and show us practical, sensible ways to implement them. Tyler also helped us with choices of woods and stains and door and drawer hardware.Having been in business for many years, Willbanks has contractors who also have worked with them for many years. We were given the names of two installers to get bids from. They both were excellent, their prices were fair, and we made our choice on the basis of availability. Working with our older house required some adjustments to make everything fit right, which our installer accomplished perfectly. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. After the fact, we decided to add some drawer dividers and additional shelves, and Willbanks and our installer made that happen in good fashion. I should add that our cabinets have solid hardwood fronts and plywood boxes and cost us no more than the medium density fiberboard cabinets that the other suppliers had shown us. Our new kitchen is beautifully finished, and we love it! We highly recommend Willbanks to anyone who is looking for cabinets! -

We used Wilbanks to design our space and to purchase cabinets for our complete kitchen renovation. We also used them for our bathroom, bar and hallway cabinets which resulted in a substantial number of cabinets in total. We found them to be very professional and helpful with great ideas in each case. We did have a couple of issues including a damaged cabinet and a manufacturing flaw in a drawer front. In each case they were very responsive and only wanted to make sure the problem was quickly addressed and fixed. I had the most interaction with Barbara who was so hands on and easy to work with, but really everyone was just great. Thanks for making the process run smoothly! We highly recommend Wilbanks for all of your design and cabinet needs. -

Michelle at Willbanks did an amazing job of redesigning my kitchen. Although the footprint of the space didnt change, the functionality doubled! It looks amazing and has so much more useable space. The quality of the cabinets is second to none and well worth every penny. The only downside to the whole experience was the general contractor (M White) they recommended to do the actual installation. While the quality of the work performed by his crew was good, communications were not. What he promised to finish in 5 days actually took 7 weeks. There were many days no one showed up on the job or even called. All in all, I would not hesitate to use Willbanks, I would just ask that they refer you to another general contractor for the actual installation. -

Sampson Bush at willbanks kitchen design group is absolutely amazing! Sampson came to our house and helped us figure out exactly what we needed and for a great price. He treated the design as if he were doing his very own kitchen not only did he help us with the cabinets but he helped us with the quartz, the hardware and even the kitchen sink. And Barbara and billing was so thorough and so responsive to everything we needed. Our kitchen turned out beautifully. Cannot recommend Sampson highly enough. -

I cant say enough good things about Willbanks Design, their amazing staff and the contractors who work with them! First of all, the cabinets were an excellent price. And theyre U.S.-made, not imported from China. Buddy designed my cabinets and managed to figure out just what I wanted. His attention to detail and pride in the workmanship was really reassuring to me. He patiently answered a million questions. And when I lost my contractor early in the job, Buddy had a phone full of contacts to help me finish our house. Lance installed the cabinets yesterday and they are everything we were hoping for. We are amazed by the quality and design as well as the perfect installation. They have transformed our house! We are still in the process of completing our remodeling project, but I know that Buddy will be in touch to see the finished product. We found out that there are lots of anxious moments when you remodel, but Willbanks Design has made this a great experience. -

Willbanks Kitchen Design did an incredible job on my kitchen remodel. I had no idea what I wanted but Buddy was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me making suggestions and redesigning until he was sure it was what I wanted. Jeff and Randy did a great job of the installation. Buddy also recommended a general contractor to finish the rest of the project and that has worked out great also. I highly recommend Buddy and all the Willbanks Kitchen Design Center staff for any remodel you are considering. -

Just had our kitchen cabinets done by Willbanks and are extremely happy with the results. Got bids from both Lowes and Home Depot but they couldnt match the price of Willbanks. The installation was done well and reasonably priced. The cabinets are beautiful. -

From the first day I met buddy and dori, I knew they were awesome people. I felt comfortable around them. The maple cabinets and the color we chose are perfect. What impressed me the most was that buddy checked on the progress and the workmanship even after the job was complete. He wanted to make sure we were thrilled. And believe me we are. Very professional. Loved the cabinet quality and the customer service! I am very particular when it comes to straight and even lines. The installer of the cabinets were superb (as it is difficult to achieve with uneven floors and walls that most homes are built with)! -

Buddy and his staff do an incredible job to gain your customer satisfaction! From Buddys design and his attention to detail and accuracy, to the installer who was extremely knowledgeable, timely, and definitely an expert in his field........we couldnt be happier with the service Willbanks Design Center provides!! Oh and the follow-up----excellent!
