The Nevada staircase has been a wonderful experience. The construction industry can be challenging due to dealing with complex customers and trying to make them happy. This job could not have happened without the Nevada staircase. Ever since the initial installation, the customer has not been pleased. In order to meet customer satisfaction, they completely disassemble this staircase job and install a new one at no additional cost. The job exceeded all expectations in every way. The entire team, ranging from the owner Alex to the impressive tech and staff, is incredible. I endorse them, and I will incorporate them into my future projects.

Nevada stairs came and rescued me after a contractor had left my stairs unfinished for 3 months! Alex was so understanding and got me a comprehensive quote right away. They were booked out for 2 months but managed to squeeze me in because of my terrible situation. Tina was amazing as she helped me choose my color and spindle design. She is very professional and thorough. All of my questions/ concerns were answered quickly and efficiently by Allen and Tina. The installer Alex is really a master of woodworking. His attention to detail was impeccable. My staircase is the most gorgeous part of my house and wows everyone who enters. It is the best upgrade I have done. Don’t hesitate to choose them because they are the best.

Nevada Stairs is an AWESOME company! Our new stairs are spectacular!!! We’ve been sharing pics with friends and family and everyone is so impressed! Nevada Stairs provides excellent quality workmanship and their staff are very professional, and accommodating.Staffers Alex and Chris adhered to the COVID mask 😷 mandate/distancing and were very conscientious regarding cleaning their work areas. Additionally, Jeff was very quick toanswer all our questions, provided suggestions and immediately addressed any issues we had during the installation and finishing process.We definitely recommend NV Stairs!!!

I can not say enough positive comments about my experience with Nevada Stairs. From the quote, the dismantle, fabrication, install, follow-up and billing it has been a near perfect experience. The craftsmen that installed my very large and challenging stair railing was by far the best person I have hired in my 25 years living in Las Vegas. You wont be disappointed if you hire Nevada Stairs! It is truly the best money I have ever spent to upgrade my home.

Nevada Stairs designed and installed our staircase in a timely manner with high attention to detail. The designer, Tina, spent time with us to determine what we wanted and suggested designs that would fulfill our vision. She carefully measured the stairs and listened to us. The installer, Alex, worked diligently to install the stair caps and spindles so that the end result was that of a master craftsman. Covid protocols were enforced. We are delighted with the end result. We highly recommend Nevada Stairs.

Nevada Stairs from start to finish were excellent. Our home was built in 1995, and the stairs needed a renovation desperately. I had gotten a few quotes, and I liked the responsiveness and professionalism from Allen in terms of my quote. The next step of the project was picking the color and the style of my steps. Tina was so helpful and amazingly patient with me while the choices were being decided upon. Getting new stairs is a big choice and a big investment, so they need to be install with true craftsmen. Alex was impeccable on the details and installation. My stairs are a showstopper as you enter my house. Thanks to Allen, Tina and Alex!!!!

Not only did they get the job done correctly, but they answered all of my phone calls and questions and even work around my perplex schedule. Amazing Customer Service as another reviewer recently wrote. I am a Disabled American Veteran who was being screwed by our wonderful VA system of Las Vegas. I needed a very small job done that was the responsibility of the VA to do but they failed me. I called several of there competitors for quotes I had one company point blank say they do not do jobs under $1000.00 . Mr. Allen Morgan not only contacted me but came out knowing it was a small job to help a Disabled American Veteran so I do not fall down the stairs again of which the VA does not care about. Furthermore I get a call from a Tina giving me an update to the order. You truly do not see this type of customer service very often anymore So Thank you and I highly recommend this company

Amazing customer service! I called in because I needed to replace a spindle on my stair case. They asked me to take a photo and go to their office. When I got there, they were already waiting for me. I appreciated not having to explain myself again. They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I was in and out in 5 minutes and very happy with their service. I cannot recommend them enough. Its getting tougher these days to find a business with such a personal touch.

The entire staff at Nevada Stairs are AWESOME!!! Not only do they help you design your stairs, they work diligently to stay within your budget but still give you everything you want. From coming to your home to take measurements to designing your stairs and then completing the finish product was nothing but professional. An extra special thanks to Tina Morgan (General Manager) and Allen Morgan (VP) for helping us design our staircase and also keeping our expenses within our budget without sacrificing quality material, production and installation. An extra special thanks to David who did the install of our stairs. On a scale of 1-5 stars, without question this company and staff are a five star rating.
