I talked to the owner on the phone and he was very cordial and polite. I requested a plumbing estimate but I happen to be out of his service area. He spent a great deal of time giving me the estimate on the phone. I found him very knowable and trustworthy by just talking to him on the phone. He helped me out a great deal. His estimate was close to the one I had from someone else. If I lived within his service area would happily have him do the job.

I am pretty impressed with J.W.Bliss. I had a leak they came out, thought they got it fixed. I still had the leak. They came out made it right with me. Explained what was going on with my hot water heater and now I am getting a new hot water heater. I am so glad they stay on top of their customers service. I appreciate the kindness they have toward their customers to take the time to explain what is going on. Cant wait to get my new hot water heater. Thanks J.W.Bliss. I would get them again.

I bought a house that had a bunch of Frankenstein plumbing. Winter came and I had a pipe burst. I had Bliss plumbing out, fast and a great price. They cleaned everything up. I couldnt recommend more.

I had a real mess on my hands due to a serious well problem. Mr. Bliss contacted a well service to take care of the problem outside and he and his assistant went to work on the jobs inside replacing a pressure tank and water softener and cleaning out my water heater. If not for Mr. Bliss I would have had to wait about a week just for a well company, instead I had nice clear water in just two days. I had no idea what was wrong when I tried to get a plumber to come out and was not happy to hear we can come out in a couple days or leave a message and we will call you back.From J.W. Listen these guys are awesome!!!! I am a widow and live with my Aunt and I own a home. So we have 2 places I need to make sure are up to par. Everytime I call them they are professional and quick acting something 2 old ladies need!!! Lol But they have not fail us yet. I do not know about $$$$ of what things cost to replace so I always check on google and there price is always on the low end of our scale so I believe they are very reasonable. Hope this helps you!!
