    Fantastic company and crew. Heather and Terry were great in scoping the project and managing the process. The painting crew was efficient, independent, flexible, courteous, and most importantly high performing in terms of quality.     Terry, Heather and their team painted the exterior of our home four years ago. We were extremely happy with the result and chose to use them again to paint our interior. And, again, we were not disappointed. Terry came within a day to give us a quote; Heather is extremely communicative with all her texts and emails and their team is very thorough. They took great care and detail to make sure everything was prepped properly; they took pictures to make sure everything was put back in the proper place and the paint job was excellent.     Very big shoutout to Heather and Terry, owners of Budget Painting and Waterproofing!! They came in and began by walking through with us and verifying the walls to be done so that all the work would be done to detail! They came on time, painted the interior which was custom painted by our tenants and repaired drill holes from the termite treatment. When the project was completed they took the time to walk us through to ensure our satisfaction. The interior walls were painted beautifully and we could not be happier.     Fast communication. Very informative and helpful in choosing the right color combination. I love our new colors! The crew did a very nice job and moved quickly. There was a small problem where the paint sprayer stopped working halfway through one of the days and they returned bright and early the next day to complete the work. It actually ended up working out perfectly because the house was able to fully dry between coats. Reasonable prices as well. We are getting so many compliments from our neighbors now. My brother has also used them before and was the one that recommended them to me. I would hire them again for a future project.*UPDATE* We booked them for the interior of our home on 02/06/23 to cover up our dark gray walls. We went with the color Greek Villa, with Ultra white for ceilings and pure white for trim/doors and it turned out amazing! It only took 2 days to complete so now our home looks great inside & outside. A reliable company, fast communication and they clean up after themselves.

    This summer I hired Budget Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. to paint the exterior of my home. As a widow, its important to me to use only licensed, insured contractors with a good local reputation, they checked every box. Terry was so good at explaining exactly what my house needed and how he would properly prepare my home by pressure washing, applying a masonry sealer, using a good quality acrylic caulk, and using the right product to repair my hairline settlement cracks so they dont come back. He suggested using a darker color for the soffits and fascia making it really look nice with my roof color while modernizing it and not showing dirt as easily as the previous color. He recommended Sherwin-Williams Superpaint in a satin finish to help it stay cleaner and last longer. My garage door had a lot of peeling paint after pressure washing and they made it look new again. Mike was early to arrive each day, friendly, and very professional rarely taking breaks. I was thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone for their painting needs.

Not only did they have wonderful communication with me, the customer, they communicated and worked seamlessly with other contractors working on my townhouse so I could move in right on time.     Terry and Heather Resina were very friendly over the phone as well as when they came to my home to give me an estimate. I chose their company over other painting companies because of their competitive pricing, and their professional demeanor. I also felt very good about supporting a local family-owned business, as opposed to a corporate giant. Terry came to my house with one additional employee and finished the job quickly and neatly. Once the work was completed (and we had new lights installed in a previously very dark hallway) my husband and I noticed a few spots that had been missed. Heather was very quick to schedule a Budget Painting employee to come out and touch up the missed spots for no additional charge. We were so pleased with their work that we asked Budget Painting to do some additional work in our home. It is evident by his craftsmanship that Terry is a perfectionist and expects the same caliber of work from his employees.     Heather & Terry were nothing but professional & a pleasure to work with. After getting quotes from several companies, we decided on Budget Painting & Waterproofing Inc because we loved that they were small/family owned, experienced, and fairly priced. Pricing included putting up samples, prepping the home/pressure cleaning, taping off windows, sealing cracks, base coat, paint, trim, soffits, front door, even the porch flooring! We had some cracking in our stucco from settling but also more severe cracks from water runoff around windows. Terry was knowledgable and filled and sealed all the cracks. You cant even tell they were there! Additionally, communication with them was easy from start to finish. In its entirety, painting of the entire exterior of our home took about three days start to finish. Working with them was wonderful & I will keep them in mind for future painting projects!
