I highly recommend Sitz Plumbing! Last night our water heater went down after a 12 year life. I realized something was wrong during my morning shower as it went cold, but after some trouble shooting, it began to leak! Thats when the amazing customer service team, despite it being past 6:00 PM, worked with us to get Chase out this morning. They replaced our hot water heater in just one hour! They also had the best price from our research. We now have hot water again. Thanks to the incredible customer service oriented team at Sitz Plumbing!

Wow, in a sea of overworked, underqualified, and unresponsive contractors, Sitz Plumbing is a breath of fresh air. They came out right away to give us an estimate for our work, scheduled to do the work in a timely fashion, SHOWED UP when they said they would, and did the work quickly, efficiently, correctly, and cleanly...as it should be, but so often isnt these days.Matt and Tom are great. We have other projects in the future and will definitely be calling them.Trust these folks. You are in good hands.
