    Absolutely awesome service. We had Nate Haghiri come to service our home. He was incredibly thorough with his examination and measurements. Taking into account the amount of space our radiators would need to heat and how large of a combi-boiler we would need. From counting our windows,seeing if they were double paned or not, to measuring the size of each room. I had called 2 other companies to give us a quote and neither went to the extent he did to tell us what we would need. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didnt leave us hanging.For the installation we had the pleasure of working with Dean. Hes been in the business for nearly 40 years and definitely knew what he was doing! From bleeding the lines in our radiators to customizing all of the copper piping for the combi-boiler unit. Stellar work and very organized. You can tell he knows exactly what hes doing, takes pride in his work, and is not cutting any corners. He also answered all of our questions and left us feeling satisfied with the work he completed. There was no mess left behind either.Overall we were very happy to have done business with Bayside and working with Nate and Dean! We highly recommend them and the company.✨10/10 professionalism ✨Thank you for servicing our home and helping us stay warm!

    We had Bayside run HVAC upstairs in our older home and they did an excellent job. Our estimator Tristan did a thorough job of explaining what needed done beforehand and we had a good understanding of what the install would look like.     I choose Bayside because of the price. However I still thought it was ALOT just to replace a well pump judging by the price of pumps I researched and the time involved. However, they were the cheapest and that mattered. The job went quick at 3 hours and there were no problems and everything is still good. There was one thing I didnt like and that was a last minute addition of $200.00 for new wire. I felt that should have been in the original quote simply because they knew how old the pump was and it should have been included especially since it only took 3 hours.

    I had a problem with my furnace (my own stupidity) and called Bayside after hours. After reaching the forwarding service and explaining my issue, she said the Tech on call would reach me soon.     I called Bayside Comfort to have an inspection on our AC unit. They were able to get me scheduled for the same day. Xzavier was the technician that arrived in the first hour of a 3 hour window. He was very professional and very thorough. He pointed out to me a part that was failing to my satisfaction and did a great job cleaning the ac unit. Five stars to Xzavier and Bayside Comfort.

    NOT BAYSIDE: In early August 2024, our $28k geothermal system that we got with another local company in 2018 read high pressure on the thermostat and cautioned us to call a tech. We called the original installation company on the weekend (a costly mistake). Trying to keep it short on our experience with the 1st company, the eventual repair (after a long wait on parts promised in likely 24 hours) turned out to be the wrong repair (it was a TXV unit). Our thermostat then read low pressure, and the unit inside was freezing (which was not a problem before). The original company came back and now concluded it must have been the pump, ordering a new pump. Many hot/humid summer days later, the original company came back and installed the new pump. Indeed, it turned out that probably was the initial problem, but we still had no AC because the new low pressure error was still present/still freezing inside the unit. There was a day they asked us to test the unit without the filter overnight...that didnt work. At this point, we were waiting on their (still not Bayside) senior tech, and he wasnt even in Ohio and wouldnt be returning for at least a few days. We were left miserable, melting, & with no hope for an immediate solution, not even an appointment, with an elderly parent in residence. At 1 point, they did offer for us to RENT temporary portable air conditioners. The above experience, again, was NOT BAYSIDE.WE CALLED BAYSIDE at this point (now nearly a few weeks in), hoping we could find someone who might actually know whats wrong with our geothermal system now. Their most senior tech and another impressive tech (not senior only by comparison to the former) got here in short order. They did a very reasonably priced inspection that we already agreed to and concluded there was damage to parts that were recently installed (the parts, it turned out, for the repair that never needed to be done by the other company). They ordered the parts and immediately offered us comfort with free temporary AC portables (without my ever mentioning a thing) while we waited for them to come back for the repairs once the parts were in. All the techs and people we dealt with seemed extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, which is something my husband didnt experience with his interactions with the other companys techs. The parts came in, the techs came back, got us up and running, and all is right with the world again.They went above and beyond for us, making getting us up and running a priority. It felt obvious. The only wait time was for parts (as mentioned), and as long as you know it will be a few days you can prepare for that (plus, we had their AC portable units to take some of the edge off). We signed up for their maintenance program after I asked if they had one (also reasonably priced and with member discounts). The company doesnt cover the underground aspect of geothermal, but youd at least like to think that will seldom be needed (though its the first company that installed it). They gave us big breaks where they didnt need to, and it was obvious without their telling us, even though our AC problems had nothing to do with them, breaks werent asked for, and they owed us nothing. They were simply awesome.As an aside, they even have a great automated phone system in place, in so far as you never feel like theyve left you from the moment theyre with you. You know whos coming out at all times, who is just dropping something off (like the portable AC units), and you even know some of their background/experience. You can even text them. I unexpectedly broke down twice (poor people who had to listen to those awkward moments), telling them how wonderful they were -- it was such a night and day experience with this company from the original company we dealt with on this call. If there were 10 stars, Id give it to them. You just dont see companies run like this often, so complete in their service all the way around, at least in my experience. Even their vans are impressive.

    Replaced my 28 year old geo thermal with a heat pump. Tristan was very professional and answered the phone when I had questions. The installers especially John did a fantastic job and took the time to explain everything to me. My only concern was the mounting air box in the basement. They used non treated plywood. I think for the money they should have used treated plywood. Time will tell they just finished today

    I had a mini split system installed on our mobile home. The Mitsubishi products they install are super quiet and work fantastically for our situation and come with a better warranty than others I quoted. No more loud furnace/ac in our place anymore. Original quote was professional with communication down to instal. Had to come back out and fix a unit that had an issue but they were right on it and had someone out there at 10pm before the busy 4th weekend. They are on it!

    I called on a Sunday and they sent someone out. Upon arrival I noticed the employee has brought his s/o who sat in the company vehicle while he was inside. Upon visual of my furnace which was not working at all at this point, he said its a Lennox, we dont touch these, they can explode in your house. He went further into detail about he saw it first hand. He said someone would contact me on Monday to get things moving forward to get a new furnace. Moving forward, the gentleman who does estimates for Bayside comfort happened to be at my dads the next morning so he spoke to him and we got it set up to have him come take a look. Tristan was very thorough and did a fantastic job. They came out the next day and got started and were done in two days. Other than the first guy everything was great!

    My original thought and review would not have been 5 stars. I was very unsatisfied with the original installation person. We had to have a couple others come out and fix some of the install issues. We then went to start using our AC and it was not getting cooler. We had Mack come out to service and resolve the issues. He explained what the issues were, which were from the original installation person, and said that he fixed the issues. Since it was cooler out today we tried the heat and we are pleased with the outcome. There was a big difference since the actual unit is now running. (We had not known that the heat source during the winter was off of the strip and not the unit, which from our understanding played a part in why our electric bill was so high.) Mack advised that once it gets warmer out again and we use the AC that if we feel that it is not cooling enough to call back and they’d check it out. Mack has changed our opinion towards Bayside as he was very professional and explained what he had done to rectify the issues. Bayside needs more individuals like Mack.
