    Blanco Plumbing did an excellent job. Billy arrived at the scheduled time and made a quick assessment, explained my options, and once we agreed on the course of action he set an appointment. He did deliver on time and on budget, and did some extra work to ensure everything was fine. He was professional and polite. I appreciated that even Jack stopped by to introduce himself, ask whether everything was going to my satisfaction, and thank me for my business. Overall very good service.

    Absolutely awesome experience. A total team effort from the initial phone call, the same day visit, to the final completion of the project.I had a back up to my sewer system, which subsequently went into my basement. Jake was out within 2 hours of my initial phone call with Christina. Problem was immediately fixed and Jake worked side by side with myself, my insurance adjuster, and ProBlue (the disaster and clean up specialist), and got the problem covered and resolved. Could not have done this without their persistence and help.Jack Bianco has an amazing crew. Shout outs to Christina, Jake, and Danny.     Bianco Plumbing’s Bill and Josh are top notch: professional, punctual, friendly, but most of all, highly skilled operators. They’ve been to the house several times in the past few weeks to remedy some potentially big issues before they got worse.Today they came over again and went above and beyond to install a very slick water softener setup in the laundry, and a Reverse Osmosis faucet on the kitchen sink since we don’t have water from the fridge.We now have soft water for all our showers and bathrooms, one soft faucet in the driveway for washing vehicles, as well as our refrigerator’s ice maker, awesome, especially with water being especially hard in our area.Bill and Josh took the time to walk us through everything they did and answered all our questions. Their customer service is great and I can recommend them and Bianco Plumbing with no hesitation, this company knows exactly what they are doing 👌🏽.

    I truly don’t know where to begin as I want to express my gratitude towards Bianco Plumbing. You guys rock!!!!! The day that my husband died, I was having a major toilet tank issue. I called Bianco for support. They appeared that morning, saving the day as they were extremely sensitive about my circumstances. The sweet plumber was compassionate, through, and I was given a fair price for the tank replacement . Fast forward to six months later when I stopped having hot water. Sweet Craig came by and replaced my water tank. He in the style of Bianco plumbing, was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was given a fair deal on the water heater and did not feel ripped off. Instead of feeling ripped off, I felt supported and respected as a loyal customer.     I think the 5 stars that already exist for Bianco already speaks for itself, but have to call out my man Craig from Bianco. Excellent tradesman and more importantly person. Its the people at the business that makes the difference and they seem to always hit homeruns. Tina is awesome as well!     Billy came out for a water leakage emergency within 30 minutes, replaced out garbage disposal which was backed up and leaking throughout the house. He also recommended a water restoration company for us to work with for the water damage. He was very kind, professional and honest. Look forward to referring Billy to everyone we know!     Bill and his crew were fantastic.Came by and did an estimate and explained the scope of work and the products with the best price, and warranty.Showed up on time and explained and showed us all the work done to install the tankless water heater and water softener.Great job and great price.     Christine in the office returned my call right away. Jake and John showed up when Christine said they would. When they didn’t have the part they needed to fix our problem, they drove all over town until they found it for us and fixed our faucet. The price they charged was very reasonable as well .     Bill and Bianco Plumbing are great! They are very responsive and pricing is very good too.I contacted Bianco Plumbing to ask if they could come out and replace a busted hose spigot and a leaky toilet. I got it scheduled and a few days later our water heater started making some concerning noises so I asked if they could add that to their list.Bill showed up on time and immediately got to work. He was concerned most about the water heater and looked at that right away. He quickly identified the problem. Turns out, we had a broken hot water supply line in the wall behind the water heater.He was able to get the water shut off and replaced the old galvanized plumbing with newer modern plumbing and put me in touch with a restoration company to help with the water damage that resulted from the broken pipe.Bill was great! Not only did he quickly resolve the immediate issue with the water heater, but also quickly solved the leaky toilet and broken water spigot and even came out to tune up the kitchen sink with low water pressure due to some crud that came loose after the galvanized pipes were removed.Highly recommend Bill and Bianco Plumbing if youre looking for a reputable plumber in the area!

    I had some work done just this morning with Bianco Plumbing. Both guys who showed up, Jake & Dagen, were outstanding.     I called on a Sunday thinking Id lost my wedding band down the sink. Christina jumped on it with advice not to run water down the drain and had a plumber at my residence at 1pm.     Yesterday evening we noticed we had a leak under our kitchen sink. I called Bianco Plumping because they have the best reviews in town. I spoke to Christina. She was so kind, listened to our concerns and set us up with an appointment first thing the following morning. As a woman, I do get nervous of being lied to and sold things I dont really need. Jake and Dagen were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. They showed up within the time frame we were provided and walked us through the entire process. They explained and showed us what was damaged and what was needed to fix it, ensured we were comfortable with the costs and allowed us to hover and learn. We kept throwing different Plumping concerns at them and they took their time to address each one and fix it properly. We will definitely be going through Bianco for all of our needs!

Ive never had a plumber before we moved here and started using Bianco Plumbing, but let me tell you, its a game changer. Not only is Craig a fantastic plumber, but now he knows all our 1980 built homes quirks and unique plumbing characteristics. Hes been with us through a cracked water heater, installation of a tankless water heater, remodeling our laundry room/pantry, installing a water softener, 2 faucet issues, and a leaking exterior gray water sewer drain. All his work has been clean and fixed the issue. On the rare occasion something wasnt perfect, he made it a priority and fixed it, no questions asked. Great company! Great plumber!

    This entire outfit is absolutely top notch. The owner, his wife and his crew are amazing. We had a water supply line to our water heater burst on a Saturday and they were on top of it immediately. The owner came over with his tech Billy. They diagnosed the problem immediately and got to work.Lets be honest, no one wants to have to call a plumber. When you do have to call a plumber, you want a company like Bianco and a technician like Billy at your home. Very professional, prompt, and efficient.     We had a water heater go out on us Saturday. The guys at Bianco came out, diagnosed the problem, went and installed a new heater all in a short time. They were so nice, professional!     I cannot say enough good things about my Bianco Plumbing experience, but I will try. First, my project was multi-faceted and required devising and executing a complex fix. Second, it involved coordinating additional trades. Third, it was during the winter when everything is logistically more difficult. Fourth, it was time-sensitive AND semi-emergency because my furnaces had stopped working during single digit temps. Lastly, my home is pretty nice and Im very picky and wanted to be respectfully and appropriately involved, ask questions, etc. Given all that, Bianco was 5-star across the board. Their responsiveness and communication before and during the job was fantastic. Christina in the office is very talented and professional. Billy and Josh were the primary technicians on my job, and they were simply incredible - competent, friendly, trustworthy, hardworking. I really felt like they were on my side all the way. The owner even stopped by several times to make sure I was happy with everything. My project was a big success and surpassed my hopes. I had previously used Bianco for another minor item at my house and Jake came over on a Saturday to make things right. Everyone I have dealt with there is terrific. I feel like I have a secret weapon in Pinetop to keep my house in top condition and to upgrade over the years - Bianco Plumbing is that secret weapon.     My shower this morning produced a clogged drain. We tried everything to unplug the drain pipe with little success. Called Bianco (very busy day for all local plumbers) and Jake and Dagen came out in the afternoon. Very pleasant, helpful, and worked hard to solve the problem. An hour later, all drains working correctly. Jake also uncovered a potential problem that we will be able to handle ourselves before it becomes an expensive repair.     Bianco plumbing is great. I have a house in Show Low and my sump pump failed late in the night the day before Thanksgiving while I had family in town. Christina was able to coordinate with me the night before Thanksgiving to make sure a crew was at my house Thanksgiving morning.     Bianco was awesome to work with! My water heater went out and was leaking all over my garage when I woke up the other morning. It was heading into the weekend so I was concerned we would be out hot water all weekend and possibly part of the next week before someone would make it out to us. I called Bianco and Bill made room in his schedule that same day to come look at it and give us an estimate on what it would cost to convert to a tankless heater. Again I figured early the next week at best they would schedule us in. To our surprise again, Bill was in touch a few hours later and was headed back with everything to upgrade our water heater. He was extremely professional from start to finish. The work done was very clean and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently he was able to remove the old tank and redo everything to fit the new unit. The entire process with Bianco and Bill was far less stressful than I thought it would be. Not to mention the price of everything felt very honest. Great company and great employees, would recommend to anyone!

    We have enlisted Bianco Plumbing a number of times for plumbing needs at our cabin. We highly recommend their services. This April 2023 we had a pressure regulating valve fail and, in usual fashion, a call to Christina resulted in an on-site plumber in record time. The valve was replaced by Craig professionally and efficiently and we have full water service again. The customer service and responsiveness of this company is truly a breath of fresh air.     We had what was supposed to be a routine relighting of water heater pilots turn into a massive water leak when a washing machine valve broke. Christina was very supportive, helpful and kept me informed as to when someone would arrive.     We had a gas leak emergency in the attic this morning and Bianco Plumbing came immediately. Josh was our plumber and was professional, reassuring and gave us our options (which included having it fixed for free by the HVAC company that had installed the line not even 2 months ago). We decided it was well worth the reasonable expense to have it done professionally and correctly by Bianco rather than get it fixed by the original company that installed it incorrectly in the first place. It was repaired that morning and we are so very grateful for the peace of mind knowing it is repaired correctly, gas is certainly a scary thing. They have helped our family before and went above and beyond that time too, therefore we will always use Bianco Plumbing and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

    Editing:After some back and forth and supply chain issues on a second job I still highly recommend Bianco Plumbing. We have a total re-pipe planned in the future but will wait until the summer season is over.Five stars arent enough for this local company. Weve used them three times now, just recently for several leaks after turning the water back on after this brutal winter. Fifteen minutes after calling, Josh was there to evaluate. Two hours later seven leaky under sink valves replaced and the water back on. I honestly thought I was going to have to go down to Best Western for the night but they were so responsive I was able to stay home. I really just cannot say enough about the professionalism of Josh and all of Bianco plumbing.

    Had our 13 y/o ADA toilet spring a leak that we just couldn’t fix, of course on a holiday weekend. Christina was very helpful and right up front with costs and options for us. Chris made the 2 hr drive up to our little rural town and replaced the toilet in no time with a new ADA compliant one. He was very efficient and very professional the entire time.     Great service! I was in a panic this morning as I was disconnecting my washer-dryer combo and found that both my inlet faucets were in need of repair. My replacement appliance was to be delivered in the afternoon. I called Bianco Plumbing and spoke to Christina and she was great, called me back in a few minutes and found a plumber that was coming to my area and would stop on his way and would be there in 15 minutes. Gregg arrived and replaced both faucets in a very short time. What a great company, with friendly and very competent employees.

    I live in a rural area in Arizona and we have troubles with repair folks showing up on time or even at all. And, as a renter, I had no idea who would be coming as the property manager picks the company. So I did not know what to expect for my water heater repair/replacement!     Jake is our hero because he identified the horrible problem that we have had for 18 months. Weve been living with a strong irritating stench coming thru our guest bathroom.     These guys are top notch! We had a massive water line leak under our house that forced us to shut down our rental property. Christina got Lane got out to the house quickly, he gave us a detailed quote, and was able to squeeze us into their schedule the next week. Most companies in the area either bailed out on showing up to give a quote, or just never called back when I left a message. Of the couple quotes I did receive these guys were the most detailed and most competitive in price. The other company also said they couldn’t get to my project for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Lane, Chandler, and Jack all came out to do the work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked really hard.     I got in touch with Bianco Plumbing to help diagnose a problem with my water softener. Jake and his son Dagon were such welcome plumbing professionals that responded to my job. They were very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my system. Then I had them look at my water shut off valve and they went right to work to fix that too which proved to be a dirty and difficult job. They never lost their sense of humor in dealing with less than ideal conditions. They made tremendous improvements and got a new valve installed.     We have not moved full-time into our new home and were going to stay a few days. To our surprise the water heater was not working. We called Bianco on a Saturday night frantic as to what to do. They scheduled to arrive the next morning. Right on schedule they arrived on time (around 8:30)and ready to fix the problem. I simply cannot say or find the right words to describe Jake and what a hard worker, polite, informative, kind man he is.     We are so grateful to Jake of Bianco Plumbing. He came out the same day to fix two problems we had: replace a frozen hose bibb and fix a clogged graywater outlet line. The graywater line had multiple problems--poor drainage and sags in the line that caused water to stay there and freeze, combined with the usual soap/grease buildups. He is very professional, capable and experienced, and knew what it took to solve every problem as he ran into it. He kept working (in cold & wind) until he had not only cleared the line but also fixed all the underlying conditions that caused the problems.It is no fun having plumbing problems--our two issues had flooded two rooms and closets, twice!--but youll get through them with a trustworthy professional like Jake.     We have used Bianco plumbing for 8 years now! They are an amazing company! We called them with a problem today 8-13-2020 and they figure out a way to get out to my house today the same day! We bought this house in February, we have had sewer problems from day 1. We found a cracked sewer pipe under the house during our HVAC install today, we called them at 930am and had Jake out at 1230pm. They assessed the problem came up with a plan, went and got equipment and 5 other employees to re-pipe the sewer system under my house. They said they will redo the whole house and be done by today. They all worked non-stop from 1pm to 8pm, my boy forgot we couldnt use the toliet and flushed the toliet....which unfortunately came down right on an employee...we our so sorry about that, how horrible. We bought the men pizza for dinner which is just a dent in what we can owe them. We had a nightmare of a problem and Bianco plumbing jumped in with no hesitate!     Craig was amazing. We found a leak on the weekend. He came within within an hour of calling. He was extremely professional and polite. I ask alot of questions and he took the time to answer each one and gave examples to demonstrate what he was explaining.I am new to the Show Low area and wanted to make sure Im prepared for the winter weather, he gave me recommendations and didnt try to upsell me. I will be using this as my go to plumbing company here.

    Bianco plumbing literally saved mine and my families lives. I was in the hospital very ill and the drs could not figure it out. Jake was at my house working on a water leak when they found out that the hot water heater was not properly vented and was filling the house with carbon monoxide. My daughter called my wife at the hospital and told them what they found, hearing this the drs ran more test and it turned out I had carbon monoxide poisoning. If it had not been for Jake being there working on a water leak God only knows what would have happened to us.     Gregg replaced our leaking water heater. (wish builders would install water heaters in garage instead of interior bedroom closet: what a mess from leaking heater on carpet). Anyhow, he got right to work removing the leaking heater and had it replaced in a short time with a nice new Bradford White. Professional installation, great to work with, vacuumed up water from carpet (something he did not have to do, and appreciate his extra efforts). Will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.
