Others electric was very quick to make me an appointment for my estimate. When Joe arrived, he did a very thorough check of everything I needed done. Since I am no expert on lighting, he advised me on what would give the best lighting throughout the house to avoid shadows and what not.Post work update: Joe and his team did an amazing job putting up the lights. We are extremely satisfied and we love the new look of our house with the lights. Joe also found an issue with my outside panel and was able to come back in a few days to replace the parts. We are beyond happy with the overall professionalism and expertise.

100% recommended Others Electric!!!Joe is amazing, we had an electrical issue that no one else could figure out. I had 5 or 6 other companies come out, they all told me different things, by the time I reached out to Joe I was honestly just thinking he would be another one to give me a BS answer and move on. I was wrong! When I tell you this man came out the VERY next day and gave 1000% determination to figure out the problem, he left no room for any questions he checked everything! After about an hour of troubleshooting he finally figured out the issue, he fixed it, stayed true to his word that it was a free estimate, and even checked back with me the next couple of days to see how things were going. I was so impressed with him I hired him to run electric and wire my shop. I drew up a rough draft of how I wanted everything laid out and he knocked my vision out of the park! Joe and his staff were so good at communication every step of the way, if I ever had a question he had no problem answering it day or night.Their staff is awesome, the owner Joe is phenomenal, and his prices are absolutely FAIR! He really cares about his customers and he doesnt take advantage of them like other companies do, he doesnt look at you and judge how much overhead he can make, he looks at you like you are one of his own and he truly treats you like family.I will most definitely be using them in the future, and I highly recommend them! I cant say enough good things about this company, Im definitely grateful for making the decision to reach out to him.

Great friendly team, their on time and can handle all aspects. Others Electric fixed . I thought my breaker had fried since I had lost power to my house. I called another contractor they told me I would need a new breaker which would cost me $5000. I wanted a second opinion, the guys from Others came out and tested the breaker and realized the bolts to the breaker that were installed were not tightened properly which was causing the busbar to heat up. They tightened the bolts properly to the required torque, clean the busbar and everything in the house was up and running. Save me over $4000. They will inspect and do the job right. Joe and his team were extremely knowledgeable, and extremely honest, they are true electricians. And Alyssa kept us informed of everything.I will be using them for every job moving forward, no matter what you get what you pay for and these guys are the real deal, And they know the code inside out.

We met Joe when we bought our house last year. He was a reccomendation from a friend. Joe showed up as he promised, and listened to everything we wanted for our whole home remodel. From walls coming down, usb outlets in specific locations, moving switches, adding outlets in certain areas, etc. With in a few days of our initial meeting, he had detail plans drawn up and submitted to us with an estimate attached. He included all permitting, and offered multiple selections for lighting, switches etc.This year we used him again to wire our metal building we had built.Others Electric has always showed up!Joe has been a great addition to our happiness and continued success.Thanks Others Electric!!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

On the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, an unfortunate incident occurred while having my RV parked at John Prince Park. The parks electrical power tower surged and blew up, melting my receptacle cord and plug. I called Others Electric and spoke to Alisha. Ladies and gentlemen, I worked in the construction industry in south Florida for 28 years, and I have never seen anything like the unparalleled customer service, compassion, and professionalism like I did with Others Electric. Their two men were at my RV at 3pm on the Friday before the long holiday weekend to save me and my cat from what would have been a disastrous time with no air conditioning for that sweltering hot weekend. Thank you Others Electric! I still can barely believe there is a subcontractor in south Florida like you guys!
