After my original frantic call, Joe turned up next morning as promised and went about the not so easy task of cleaning the sewer line. I live in an older house, so it was very reassuring that Joe lives and works in the area and he was experienced in dealing with an older house and plumbing system. After clearing the blockage, he also used a camera to map out where the sewer line was through our and 2 neighborhood properties. I was really pleased at the great service he provided and he is definitely at the top of my list to call if I have any other plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater was leaking and Joe came right out and gave a fair estimate. He replaced the hot water heater today and installed new plumbing around it and did a great job! Clean, efficient and reliable. We already set up another appointment to put a new drain in the master bath shower for next week. Very happy.

The owner called and moved my appointment by 3 days. The technician Sebastian immediately diagnosis the problem, called for approval and replaced the disposal within 45 minutes. He was very personable and professional. Sebastian even took the time to put foot covers over his shoes while walking on the carpet and tile. Talk about going the extra mile. Joe arrived on time. He asked questions to better understand my issues. He tested ALL drains, opened clean out value and surveyed mine and neighbors outside areas for any obvious sewer line problems.Inside, he tested ALL faucets and drain flows even if I didnt state any problems w/ some. He found 1 fairly blocked drain I didnt even know about. He treated and snaked it quickly and treated my other known problem areas w/ commercial cleaner. Though he allowed me to follow him around to observe and learn, he clearly kept me at a safe distance so I wouldnt get harmed, he allowed me to ask questions and taught me how to maintain my pipes...TY. He was VERY thorough and efficient, conscious not to soil my home, tidy and neat.One odd thing he taught me was to observe and note what any house odds smell like for that would tell him something. And here I had thought it my sickly dog!I would HIGHLY recommend him. Just have a written list of your issues for he will want minute details!
