I was given Armstrong’s number from a neighbor as we were in a self inflicted pickle and needed fast service so we could get an occupancy permit in order to close on the sale of our house. Not only were that at our house within a couple of hours, they did the work and got the permits and inspections ordered in time for our closing and did it all for a very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and the whole experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

I called Armstrong Plumbing on a Thursday. They came out to look at our project the very next day (Friday) and started work on the project the next business morning (Monday). Richard was very professional and provided a reasonable estimate, less than another company who quoted identical work. They were very quick and professional with their estimate and work and provided consistent updates. They answered the phone when we called, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for your next plumbing project.

Armstrong plumbing is amazing. My wife and I went to home Depot to get a new water heater and home Depot installer guys called us to cancel installation because they dont work on mobile homes. Leaving us with a new water heater in our home. After calling numerous people who said the same thing it was heart breaking to us. Then we found Armstrong plumbing and they took care of everything for us for a reasonable price. If you live in a mobile home call these guys! They are still looking out for the little guy! Best company in the United States!! Thank you Cameron!! You did an amazing job!! We will be using you guys for everything in the near future!!! God bless you guys!!!!

Armstrong plumbing has been the greatest help! We are so thankful for all the hard work they did digging and replacing our sewer lateral. These are some of the hardest working and caring guys. Outstanding service!Our water heater stopped working on Tuesday evening and Armstrong Plumbing had their crew out at our house the next morning. At my husband’s request they attempted to fix our old water heater with the understanding that it wasn’t a guaranteed repair as the water heater was in dire shape.After discussing it we decided a few hours later to just have Armstrong Plumbing install a new 50 gallon water heater. It’s awfully cold this week not to have hot water. Fortunately Armstrong was able to contact the plumbing supply company who dropped off our new Bradford White water heater at our front door early Thursday morning. Shortly thereafter their plumbers arrived. Within 2 hours everything was installed. Not only did they wear shoe covers but they cleaned up everything. Armstrong Plumbing is our new go to plumbing company. We will definitely use them again in the future. Very pleased with their courteous & knowledgeable employees and feel so very fortunate to have found our new plumbers.Highly recommend!!!

I was very pleased with the Armstrong Plumbing immediate response to an online request for price quote. The companys staff is professional and provided same day plumbing services that Jake provided in one bathroom and a contract for work in a second bathroom is scheduled to start in about a week. I would definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

It was easy to schedule repair visit with Armstrong Plumbing Inc. of St. Louis. Technician calls me to discuss the problem and provided a quote. When the job was finish, the technician called back to confirm the job was done. Tenant was very satisfied with professionalism too. I will hire them again.

One of the most professional contractors I’ve ever dealt with. Paul, our plumber/installer, came in and got the job done without making a mess or damaging anything, which can be difficult when removing the old hardware. Bradford White water heaters are the best and that is all they install. If you use Armstrong you will get a code compliant install with the least impact possible.

Contacted them from a search on Home Advisor and I must say, they did not disappoint me!! I reached out to them after a previous plumber did not correctly fix my leaky kitchen sink problem. They arrived on-time, did a professional, wonderful and completed job! I will HIGHLY recommend them!!!

The best measure of the quality of a company is not that they are flawless--its how they handle their mistakes, and no one is better than that than Armstrong Plumbing. They tried to fix a small plumbing leak in the basement. About a week later, we turned on the outside faucet, we wound up with Niagara falls--on the walls and on a brand-new rug. I called them at 7 p.m. and they had a plumber here within a half-hour. A few minutes later, the plumbing supervisor showed up. They were incredible. Fixed the leak, pulled up the carpeting and brought in industrial-strength blowers to dry the carpet, reinstalled the carpet, fixed the ceiling, and repainted. And they were always willing to fix a few little problems on their dime. Ive never dealt with such a decent, friendly, group of people. They are, quite simply, a model for all companies that deal with the public.

Excellent service. I had a leaking shutoff valve in a bathroom. They came the same day I called, arrived pretty close to the designated time and did a quick & thorough job fixing the problem. No mess, no hassle. Very nice guy. Highly recommend this company.

They were able to come out in the early afternoon, estimate the job and get a crew on site to make the repairs. As more workers became available from other jobs they were scheduled to come help finish things up. They were complete by 4:30pm and did a very thorough job cleaning up.

Armstrong did a great job with our repairs. They were courteous, professional, on time, and did good work. We had a list of repairs in our initial request, but then ended up with a new leak before they came. They fixed our leak and the rest of the list as well in one visit. Probably not the cheapest plumber you can find, but we finally found a good plumber!

Had main valve replaced today. This after 2 other tries with other plumbers where the work was not done. I blame myself for not testing the fix the first 2 times. Got busy with work. The tech for Armstrong was much more proactive. Walked me through the fix and then we tested it. Very professional and knowledgeable team including the person who worked the appointment and follow up. They want to insure full transparency and satisfaction including pricing upfront which is fixed not time and material and on the way out as they review their work with you.
